Summary:
Seawinds 1208 is a beautiful 12th floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Ideally located 0.4 miles from The Hangout (walk to all that Gulf Shores has to offer), next to Sea-n-Suds, with amenities galore. Unit 1208 is a spacious, updated, elegantly appointed, direct beach front condo offering the most stunning views. Come see why Seawinds is one of the areas most desired beach vacation destinations! Per HOA, only one elevator will be operational Oct 25-April 26.
The Space:
**PLEASE NOTE:**
Per HOA, tower elevators will undergo modernization from October 2026 to April 2026. During this time, only one elevator will be operational, potentially causing delays, especially during the busy spring season. Additionally, the outdoor pool will be CLOSED from March 2nd to 8th, weather permitting.
Club Building elevator (for exercise room) is expected to begin in early December 2025 and last for approximately 7 weeks. It will be completely out of service during this time (only for Club building which houses the indoor pool and gym). Access to the gym will ONLY be possible via the stairs.
Seawinds 1208 is a spacious, beautifully appointed, recently renovated, two-bedroom, two-bath unit with wood grain tile floors throughout. The living room includes a large wall-mounted smart TV with DVD player, balcony access, and a sectional sofa with a queen-size fold-out bed for extra guests. Unwind in the comfortable loveseat on the large balcony as you enjoy the tranquil beach scenery. The kitchen features oak cabinets, granite counters, and stainless-steel appliances with plenty of utensils and cookware for all of your cooking needs. There is dining table with seating for 5 plus an additional 3 stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bath, and balcony access. The second bedroom has a full-size bed plus there is a third bedroom room with a captain’s bed (full-size bed on the bottom bunk and a twin-size bed on the top bunk). This unit can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. All bedrooms have new smart TVs with access to most streaming channels like Netflix and Prime Video. There is WIFI and a washer & dryer in the condo.

The clubhouse building houses:
*The large, well equipped fitness room with Gulf views a dry sauna the indoor portion of the indoor/outdoor heated pool an owner's lounge, and an office for the onsite manager.
Other amenities include:
*A large hot tub with Gulf views
*A zero-entry splash pool with fun water features for the kids
*A grilling area, and beach access walkways with showers/sprayers available for removing sand and salt water as you return from the beach
Guests have access to the entire condo plus all on-site complex amenities at Seawinds which include an indoor/ outdoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness room, BBQ grill area.
The Neighborhood:
Seawind is located 0.4 miles east of The Hangout, directly on the beach, in the heart of Gulf Shores, AL and is within walking distance to all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment Gulf Shores has to offer. One of the area’s most popular seafood restaurants, Sea-n-Suds Restaurant and the Oyster Bar, is located immediately next door.
Other Things to Note:
One parking pass comes with the reservation. If you need a second for the complex, it will be an additional $40. If you have have a third vehicle, it can park at our office, which is 5 miles from the complex for a fee of $50..
🚫NO SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside units, on balconies, or in common areas except for the
designated smoking area.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
