Vacaciones de lujo en esta espaciosa casa contemporánea frente al mar de 2645 pies cuadrados con acceso rápido a aguas abiertas. Tres suites principales con baño privado completo y acceso directo al patio exterior, dos con camas king size y una principal con dos camas queen y acceso directo al patio.

Disfrute de hermosos asientos al aire libre con parrilla al aire libre, una mesa de café de propano con vista al muelle, mientras observa manatíes y delfines. Una cama de matrimonio inflable adicional con bomba que funciona con batería permite un total de 12 invitados.


Dos instalaciones de lavandería disponibles en el hogar.

Camine o maneje en bicicleta (se proporcionan 4 bicicletas) a la playa cercana, a 25 minutos en automóvil del aeropuerto de Tampa. Cocina gourmet, comedor interior y exterior con parrilla al aire libre y muebles elegantes. Very responsive host. The house is well maintained and clean. There were just exceptions for our stay: one of the four bedrooms had broken ceiling fan and light. Another bedroom had sheets and pillow cases with hair on it. Once we communicated these issues with host, host offered to take care of both items.

Great place for any type of vacation

This place has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable rooms, and a great view with much wildlife. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and a convenient location for many family excursions. It was also a great place to stay with a toddler.

The property was fantastic - very clean, convenient to the beach and nearby attractions and full of extras. Grace couldn’t have been nicer, and she was very helpful in explaining the home’s amenities to us and providing a five-star experience. We’d highly recommend this property.

Awesome stay, great spot, great home

The house was beautiful, really enjoyed hanging out in the backyard on the water. The location was perfect and a quick bike ride to most spots. The host was extremely well organized and always available to answer all my silly questions.

Spacious retreat

This home was great for our family of 5. We’ve stayed in a different home on this street in IRB… this one was preferred. It was a winter stay for us, so we didn’t get to use the kayaks or the beach gear, but we did enjoy fishing of the dock… and this location is a great spot for fishing.

Lovely Home

We arranged a golf weekend with family who flew in. The house and accommodations were perfect for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay. You could not beat the location and the fabulous view.

Beautiful Family Friendly Getaway

Big, gorgeous, clean home on the water with every amenity you could need. Just a short walk to the beach and a dock you can pull a boat right up to. Our family loved celebrating our Dad’s 60th birthday all together in one perfect spot.

Amazing Property

We loved this property. Plenty of space for the entire family and walking distance to the beach. Plus dolphins each day traveling along the inter-coastal that could be viewed from the dock.

Beautifully Splendid Retreat!

What a wonderful experience! V Azule is a beautiful home that is located in a quiet, peaceful area. Everything was very clean, organized and well thought out for the comfort of guests. Very clear and transparent communication. Grace goes above and beyond for her guests and I thank her very much! We hope to return again!

Very Nice House

We loved this house, it's located near of the ocean, you can walk or take the bicycles furnished by the house to go to the beach! The house has everything that you need to have the great moments, missing only a Pool but for the people that love the ocean it's perfect.

On the Water

This location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood with great views on the intercoastal. The home is supper clean and full of amenities and all the items needed for a great stay. I wish I was staying longer. Great communications with the owner and everything was perfect.

Family Gathering

We had a great time at Villa Azule, everything was even nicer than expected. The house is beautiful and roomy for a large group. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and biking and other activities during the day. The host was very responsive and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

My family immensely enjoyed our stay at this property. I was able to easily communicate with the owner prior to arrival and the information she provided was comprehensive and very helpful for our visit. The house was beautiful, there was plenty of room for the 7 of us, and the view was spectacular! The location is close to the beach, close to shops, and was easy to find. We definitely hope to return to this home for a longer stay in the near future.

Hi, I’m Grace, owner of Nova Vacation Rentals. After a career in medicine, my husband Brian, a retired Navy officer, and I began hosting a small collection of thoughtfully maintained homes. Our love of the water brought us to Southwest Florida, where we now enjoy sharing several waterfront properties with guests from around the world. We focus on comfort, care, and the details that make each stay memorable.

You can enjoy beautiful sunsets while overlooking the water from both a ground level and an upper level deck. This home has been decorated and appointed with the finest of linens, bedding, towels and mattresses for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and dishes for a completely enjoyable vacation. You can walk or ride bikes(4 are provided) to the beach (5-10 minutes), walk to cafes and bars or expand your selection by driving 10 minutes. We have a brand new dock and updated boatlift for a 12,000 boar, two wave runners and a davit. You may fish or watch manatees and dolphins from the dock or enjoy kayaking(we provide 2). This area is safe and a lot of fun.
A beautiful dock, underwater lighting, fishing and tackle provided.
Davit, boatlift and lift for waverunners provided for $200 fee.
Pack N Play and high chair provided.

The back deck offers a beautiful view of the water while dining outside or enjoying the coffee table fire pit by the grill.
