This newly offered 1800 sqare ft property promises an unforgettable getaway with its spacious layout, featuring 4 bedrooms and a loft, and 2.5 baths. 2 bedrooms are located on the main floor: The primary suite is conveniently located on the first floor with a king bed and a spacious primary bathroom. There's also a room with a bunkbed with a forest & fish theme. The second floor has 2 queen bedrooms and also an open loft area with a trundle bed.

Enjoy serene lake views through the front windows stretching from the dining room to the living room. The expansive deck runs this length as well and offers lovely lake & sunset views for your outdoor experience. The expansive luxury kitchen is a chef’s dream, boasting quartz countertops, under-mount lighting, and hot water on demand. Dine in style at the elegant Pottery Barn dining set. The living room offers comfort and sophistication with its high-end mountain-themed decor, featuring a wool rug with mountains, deer & fish, leather seating, swivel chairs, and a 55" flat screen TV above the gas fireplace. Cathedral ceilings and a dreamy loft enhance the airy, elegant ambiance.

Each room is exquisitely decorated with a woodland vintage theme, combining antiques with new high-quality pieces like the Anthropologie Black Queen bed. A Fern & fawn room queen bed room, a Rabbit & mushroom queen room, the King primary suite with deep brown paint and a forest landscape painting, a Fish & forest bunkbed room, and a loft area that showcases the cathedral ceiling and views of the lake. Every detail has been crafted by an interior designer to ensure a luxurious and inviting atmosphere.

Relax on the expansive deck, complete with rolling gates to keep little ones and pets safe, while you grill dinner or unwind on the plush outdoor seating. Delight in meals while watching the sunset over the lake.

This property offers ample space on a double wooded lot, with a circular driveway & large shed for plenty of parking & storage. Enjoy brand new Adirondack chairs and a fire-pit perfect for evening gatherings.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the first and second floors, except for two owner-only closets. Enjoy the spacious deck equipped with a living room and dining set—perfect for relaxation. Please note, our property is strictly non-smoking. For cozy evenings, there's a solo stove with outdoor seating. The shed is available for storing your bikes or equipment, and you’re welcome to borrow items from it, just kindly return them after use.

Other things to note
We kindly ask our guests to treat our home with care and respect. If you're traveling with children, please keep any delicate items out of reach to prevent accidents. We've put a lot of thought into our property's design and furnishings, and your mindful care is greatly appreciated. If anything breaks or stops working, please let us know promptly so we can address it and ensure everything is perfect for the next guest. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Other things to note
COMMUNITY FEES: There are community fees (for a temporary membership) that are required by the community to access the gated community. There is also a minimum of 2 days advanced booking & registration. Please provide info listed below immediately if you are booking within 7 days.
Temporary membership fees are mandatory and assessed to all rental parties. These fees are not based on amenities and must be paid 5 days prior to arrival.

Off SEASON RATES:
$2 per person per day (only for 6 yrs olds & older)
Vehicle Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
1 -Transaction Fee: $20

SUMMER RATES May 22nd through Sept 5th:
$8.50 per person per day (only for 6 yrs olds & older)

Changes to the reservation will result in a $20 change fee must be made 5 days in advance.
Within 3 days of reservation, no changes or refunds are available.

Parents or other individuals are not permitted to reserve the house on behalf of another person or group. ALL RENTERS MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. NO FIREWORKS ON PROPERTY.

2 Sit on Top Kayaks may be borrowed as long as you show us a picture of the kayaks, paddles, life vests returned to their storage spot before leaving. You will be charge for replacing paddles, kayaks, and or life vests. Owners do not take any responsibility for your safety. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you would like to use them, please contact me! :-)

Dogs allowed at owner discretion: (no puppies, no dogs that chew, dig into furniture or destroy possessions or property, no dogs on furniture).
$75 pet fee. $250 penalty if any remains are found on property. All feces must be removed from the property and disposed of. Use dog bags while here and all dogs must remain on leash at all times in the community. NO CATS or other animals of any kind. If your dog sheds a lot, we kindly ask you to vacuum before you leave. Do not leave your dogs unattended for any length of time unless crated.

We will need to get information from you to start the registration process with Arrowhead Lake Community. The registration fee is non-refundable.
The Fees will be added once we receive information from you: Number of total guests, # of guests over the age of 5, # of vehicles, (Advanced registration is required - 3 days prior to stay and no changes can be made within the 3 day period.)

If not paid they will NOT let you in.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

For security purposes we have Blink cameras at the entrance & rear of property (exterior only). This is a vacation home so they are installed for the security of the home when we have no renters. The cameras will be turned off during your stay unless we are watching for winter storms and need to arrange for plowing services, etc.
