Family Getaway in Cabo

Check in was great, Juan was extremely accommodating and made sure we were appraised of all the available amenities. View was amazing and we enjoyed everything as advertised in the listing

This property is exactly as advertised, very clean, spacious, the property manager is extremely helpful and the property is close enough to town to walk. There are four outside areas to take advantage of with one being the wonderful pool area. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Our family had a great time at Casa Flamingo. The house is beautiful and the service was top notch. Great location in Pedregal but still easily walkable into town.

We so enjoyed our stay at Villa Flamingo.. The set up was perfect for our family and so enjoyed New Years in Cabo. Barbara the wonderful owner was fantastic along with her property manager Juan.. I would recommend this property for your stay in Cabo..

The home was beautiful and had amazing views and we were able to walk everywhere because it had a great location. The management team was very accommodating and responsive; they coordinated with me weeks in advanced and continued to help us while we were there.

Great location -

The house was well suited for our family with adult kids. Large kitchen, dining and living room with a nice view was perfect for our needs. It was located close to one of the gated exits and was just a short walk into town. We had great chefs that cooked for us and the concierge service was very attentive to our requests.

This home was everything we hoped it would be. House is a bit spread out which you can’t quite tell in the photos. Lots of privacy if needed. Easy walk into town. We loved everything about it!

A beautiful oasis

Starting with communication with the owner regarding the property to the check in, accuracy in photos and description of the property to the attentiveness of the staff Casa Flamingo is a wonderful property. It was so wonderful to come back after a busy day deep sea fishing or being on the beach and relax in the private pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend staying at Casa Flamingo!

AMAZING HOME, STAFF AND LOCATION

We couldn't have asked for better of anything! Perfect home, Staff (JD and Juan) or location! Met all of our needs plus more! The home is even better in person than the pictures! We have been home less than 24 hours and are already planning our next trip!!

Fun birthday getaway

Beautiful property in a great location

We booked this property for a girls trip to celebrate my 30th birthday. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space. The pictures really don’t do the house justice. The pool and view were absolutely stunning. The host provided a ton of recommendations and we used their concierge service to help us book a private chef, sunset cruise, transportation, and a variety of other services. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe. Would definitely recommend and rebook if planning a trip back to Cabo.

Fabulous time at Casa Flamingo

Casa Flamingo is amazing! The views are stunning from every lanai. The property has everything you need for a great vacation. You are walking distance to the marina, shopping, dinning, and so much more, but still far enough away that you don't feel like you are right in town. You have small markets close by for basics if needed. Some of the best restaurants are just down the hill. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the local property manager/concierge were so accommodating. If you are going to Cabo stay at Casa Flamingo - you wont be disappointed!!

Great house/location

The house is set up very thoughtfully to comfortably accommodate multiple parties. It’s whimsically decorated, clean, and spacious. Beware, there are many steps throughout the property since it’s built into the hill, including steps up into the rooms/bathroom, down into the shower, etc. It wasn’t a problem for me, but another one of my guests missed a step at one point.

Wonderful!!!

Not only was the property a wonderful place to stay, but the property manager and owner were great to work with! The location of the house was perfect for a short walk to the marina and beach. Plus, the house was in a guarded community that gave it a very safe feel. The owner was SUPER patient with us as we had yo reschedule twice due to COVID. She was also very responsive and understanding during the whole process. The property manager was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better house!

Fantastic house and Location

First and foremost, Juan the property manger does an amazing job having the house ready for your arrival. Juan had groceries, massage appointments, airport transfers organized and even loaned us his personal cooler and speaker. Rooms are cool and comfortable. The living area being separate from the bedrooms allows guests to stay up late or get up early without disturbing other people in your party. Lastly, being just steps out of pedregal to get to the marina and restaurant area is fantastic, no taxis and no pedregal hill climbing.

Loved our stay at Casa Flamingo

Fantastic house, great experience, great location - very quick walk to main part of town. Great communication by the owner, super-smooth and low touch pre-stay process. We were given all the details/options needed & didn’t feel the need to request additional info. Juan the property manager was very accommodating and always available. Inclusion of cleaning service during the stay added to the bottom line cost, but it was a welcome detail and very nice touch. Would definitely return. Thank you Barbra & team!

Perfect location. Perfect mood

The owner Barbara was amazingly approachable and kind. Juan was instantly available and very respectful of privacy and anticipated our every need. While we did not book too many excursions JD was able to create anything we could want to do and our requests were not the typical. He arranged real sailing, in house spa services and advice for the local spots. The house was clean, comfortable, and so very beautiful in the perfect location. I hesitate to rave too much because I want it to be available for the next time we come!! Thank you Barbara, Juan and JD! -Linda

Great Home in Pedregal Overlooking CABO!!

Our vacation at Casa Flamingo was incredible. The location was great, in the hills overlooking downtown Cabo and the Marina. The house is a short 5-10 min walk away from down town with all of the restaurants and shops. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable (each with large King beds and spacious rooms) and private. All bedrooms, including the main living area and kitchen, each came with excellent A/C (very needed for July stay). The pool was very relaxing and scenic. The head of Maintenance (Juan Pablo) was very nice and accommodating. The concierge (JD) was also gracious and excellent, helping us to plan all of our excursions (dune buggy, snorkeling, sunset sailing, and Flora Farms dinner). Overall, and house and the team at Casa Flamingo helped to make our vacation amazing.

Very good communication from Barbara, Juan and JD. Great location, easy walk to town and the Marina (my 84 year old mom made it back and forth to town, even with a fair number of stairs ( at the house), she just took a pause here and there. Safe, clean and tons of fun. Loved the Zodiac whale watching JD scheduled for us as well as the Cabo Escape “snorkeling” trip. The boat ride, whale watching, food, cheap booze and the crew were better than the snorkeling part though. It’s definitely a party boat. Really enjoyed Maros which was about a 5 minute walk down the hill. Also a very convenient little grocery store about 3-4 minutes down the hill.

Great location/home

Had an amazing time staying at casa flamingo. Everything about getting there and checking in was executed perfectly by the property owner and manager(s). The house has a perfect location for getting in and out of el pedregal without having to rely on a taxi. You can walk basically anywhere. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we could’ve needed. The pool area is absolutely perfect and has amazing views. The pool area also gets sun all day long, which many pools in this area do not. There is also sufficient shade in the pool area with the cabana, if you’re wanting to avoid the sun but still soak in the pool atmosphere. We worked with two gentlemen by the name of Juan while we were there. Jaun De Dios was absolutely incredible, as was the other gentleman named Juan. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay, and we will without a doubt be back! Thanks, Barbara!
