Este recientemente renovado 860 pies cuadrados. cabaña tiene todo lo que necesita para una estancia cómoda y privada durante su visita a St. Agustín.

Victoria Place se encuentra en una propiedad ecuestre de 13 acres, Enchanted Horse Acres, un lugar mágico para los amantes de la naturaleza. Hermoso y tranquilo entorno rural a solo 20 minutos del ajetreo y el bullicio de la histórica St. Agustín y las arenas blancas de Crescent Beach.

Esta es una ubicación ideal entre Orlando y Jacksonville con fácil acceso a la autopista, a solo 45 minutos de Daytona Beach.

Nuestra encantadora cabaña cuenta con una cama matrimonial y dos camas individuales. Amplio baño con lavamanos doble y una gran ducha, lavadora / secadora nueva, cocina grande con nevera / congelador grande, cafetera, tostadora, placa eléctrica, horno de convección, microondas, sartén eléctrica, lavavajillas. Una barbacoa también está disponible.

La cabaña es la más adecuada para un máximo de cuatro personas. Una pequeña cama plegable para niños está disponible bajo petición.

Después de un día visitando St. Agustín y sus alrededores, relájese en una de las dos áreas del patio o sumérjase en la piscina.

Somos afortunados de estar al lado del circuito para bicicletas River-to-Sea, parte de los rieles para ciclistas de 300 millas de Florida. Siéntase libre de pedir prestada una bicicleta y recorrer el sendero pavimentado de seis millas a través de la belleza de "Old Florida".

Charming and peaceful

Great Property

Beautiful horse farm and adorable clean cottage with plenty of room! We were very comfortable. Pool was not open yet but fenced in and very nice. Horse and pony greeted us each day. It was a lovely property, peaceful and not too close to the city hustle and bustle. Thank you to Emanuelle for your warm hospitality. We want to return with our grandchildren.

Great place to stay

It was wonderful! Our family loved our stay at your place! I would had wrote in the book like others but I had no pen... I read through it though and thought that was very special and your place is spécial! We loved your horse.. She is à very sweet girl!!! We loved getting to swim in the pool.. my daughter learned to swim in your pool without her life jacket, so it gave us à spécial memory of à learning milestone.. we loved all the frogs and lizzards and all that We experienced while staying there... we will cherish the time and memories we made there for the rest of our lives.. Thank you so much! We hope to come back in the future, we loved it there!! We wish you and your horses the best!!!

Beautiful and peaceful rural property!

I would give this property and manager 10 stars! My husband and I stayed at the property for a few days. The location is perfect if you are looking for a property just out of town. Just a short 15 minutes drive in to St.Augustine. We stayed in the cottage on the property. The property had all of the amenities needed, to include a large washer and dryer. We were very comfortable. It was great to disconnect and enjoy nature, the pool, and 2 beautiful horses. The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with lots of space. The Manager met us when we arrived and communicated thoroughly. She was especially nice and just a quick phone call away if we needed anything at all. I would certainly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed!

Charming Cottage

We loved meeting the owner personally. The property was quiet and all the information we needed for a comfortable stay was easily accessible. We missed WiFi, but Verizon worked well. We would visit the location again. We both recommend it!

Great for my grandchildren!

Swimming pool, bike path, and horses! This is a wonderful and safe location for the kiddo's. Close to downtown St. Augustine. Went to most of the attractions. Loved this place!

Quaint place to stay

We chose this location close enough to and far enough away from St Augustine. It was in a small quiet residential area. Nothing fancy, but the kids enjoyed the pool and the house was clean and pleasant. It was just right for our family of 5.

Wonderful farm setting

We loved our stay. It was quiet, out of the way, but we were still just minutes from the city. Clean, tidy and lots of open space for the dogs. Even though this property was not advertised as wheelchair accessible, it worked well for us. Thanks Emmanuelle for a great stay!

Cottage in the country

Very nicely decorated. Owner was very nice. Enjoyed the quietness. Horses was fun to pet. Pool was good for cooling off. The only complaint the couch was not comfortable. Over all nice place to stay at.

Wonderful, quaint cottage stay

We loved this property! It is beautiful and the cottage was clean and comfortable with adorable decor. The pool was perfect to relax in after a long day of touring the nearby tourist atteactions. We were lucky enough to meet the owner! She is very pleasant and made sure our stay was amazing. The bonus was making friends with Chip and Allie, the 2 horses on the property!

Country break

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful property, with trees adorned in Spanish Moss swaying in the warm breeze. The cottage is as advertised...I like to cook our meals and found nothing lacking in the kitchen. Also we christened a new barbecue. Enjoyed St. Augustine and restaurants there. (I don’t want to cook all the time). We went to Salt Water Cowboys restaurant - pick a good weather day to enjoy the sunset over the water. Also enjoyed the Golf Hall of Fame. Emmanuelle was a friendly, helpful host in many ways. LOVED the horses...! Great biking trails. Recommend this small horse farm if you are looking for a break to relax. Lots of birdsong as well. Amazing location! Fantastic attention to detail!

Let me begin by saying that my husband and I and a couple of friends are from the busy city of Miami Fl and wanted to visit St. Augustine. This adorable cottage was a hidden gem! All we could say was WOW WOW WOW when we arrived. The fact there were ponies on the property was an extra bonus! We were literally 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine and 10 min from a shopping center with a Publix supermarket, but when we were "on the farm" it felt as if we had the whole city to ourselves. We barbecued one night, breathed in the fresh air and then went out to see the night life of St. Augustine. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was immaculate! So clean (I'm extremely picky about cleanliness) and chic. I would have gladly paid 2x the price to stay at this location. Emmanuelle (the owner) stopped by to feed the horses and she was a pleasure to meet; very helpful with suggestions and information about the city.

Exceptional Place to Stay!!!

Stayed at this gorgeous place for a week while on a fishing trip at the St. Johns River. Place is exceptionally nice, very clean and quite. Surroundings on the farm are also very spectacular and quaint. Property offers plenty of parking room, which made it very easy for us regarding boats and trailers. Would most definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the St. Augustine/Palatka, FL area. Property owner was a fantastic host, very easy to work with and stayed in constant communication with us on our trip. Most definitely a 5 star rating!!!!
