Moderna villa independiente con aire acondicionado de 3 dormitorios con jardín muy grande, piscina privada (opción de calefacción fuera de temporada alta ya que no necesita calor adicional en verano) y bañera de hidromasaje de lujo. Impresionantes vistas desde los jardines y la villa está a solo 100 metros del restaurante y bar del hotel. El complejo está a solo 1,6 km de las playas con bandera azul de Vera Playa y del parque acuático. En el lugar tiene 2 piscinas comunitarias, canchas de tenis y mucho espacio abierto y jardines. Esta es la España real y un gran lugar para tomar el sol y relajarse cómodamente. Great Villa to chill out

We stayed at the Villa for two weeks in July. The Villa was quiet & peaceful throughout our stay and everyone was able to relax by the pool. The layout is well thought out and there are plenty of areas to relax in the sun or in the shade. The pool was clean and a lovely temperature for cooling down at any time of day. In the evening, the pool area is lit up with decorative lights which was nice with the sound system also adding to the ambient feel. The kitchen is well stocked, with cooking utensils, glasses plates and dishes we only ate out twice as we preferred to cook using the outside cooking area. The air conditioning worked really well to keep everyone cool when eating inside. The house is very clean and there is a roof terrace for playing ping pong although it was very hot for most of the day being there mid July. The supermarket and beach are close by which was great. Overall we all enjoyed our stay at the Villa for our first visit to mainland Spain.

Lovely peaceful location

Fantastic outdoor space in a lovely setting. Villa was very clean. Steve was very helpful with some good information. Large supermarket close by. Visited surrounding area which still maintains its Spanish charm. Recommend Lua restaurant facing Consum for a lovely lunch (menu del dia) and also a relaxing drink in lovely surroundings.

The booking process was first class both with the owner and property manager. the instructions and information about the property were extremely helpful. The property was more than home from home. There were all the equipment if you wanted to eat in and there was fantastic facilities for simply enjoying the villa. there was plenty of space many different areas to sit and relax. the villa made for a memorable holiday for the whole family. A truly stunning villa. High spec, wonderful location, very private. We hired a car which I would recommend. The outside area is beautiful and plenty of room for a family of 5. The pool was amazing. The BBQ facility and outdoor seating was greatly valued. I would highly recommend this villa to families. Steve was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Owen and his quick response to emails regarding booking the villa and recommending car hire companies. Would love to book the villa again

A truly stunning holiday home

We have just returned from a fantastic week at this villa. Too often you see photos of properties where an owner has obviously cleaned up in an effort to make a good impression but in this case the pictures are exactly as you find it and it is stunning. Plenty of space and amenities that are second to none. You can see the pride and expense the owner has placed in the property to provide both a true home from home as well as a break away from home. The communication and helpfulness of Steve, in the resort, is also second to none. The villa is ideal for a couple, a family or a group of friends and you literally want for nothing to keep you happy and entertained. If it is at all possible in the future we would definitely return. Thanks to Owen and family for sharing this truly fabulous villa.

Another perfect stay, paradise

2nd stay at Owen’s villa, and again everything was perfect. Great communication from start to finish, Steve who looks after the property is first class. The villa itself has everything you need pool and jacuzzi are amazing and regularly checked. The outside space is huge with lots of beds tables and chairs, bbq is very big easy to use and clean. A lovely roof terrace ,although we didn’t use it as we have young kids who wanted to stay by the pool. Inside the villa is everthing you need to have, enjoy and make your stay easy. Fantastic a/c system, nice size bedrooms and all you can watch t.v . A car is not essential but does help if you like to get out and about a lot. We had a brilliant two weeks and will definitely be back, thanks again Owen for making your villa a great place to stay

Fantastic holiday!

This villa lives up to previous reviews, especially the outside space. We had a wonderful holiday here and would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone else. We would definitely return in the future if we are visiting this area. The table tennis and table football games were brilliant additions, and along with the lovely pool got a lot of use by all the family. Even though we were here in August with high air temperatures the pool always felt warm and inviting. We had several meals at the on-site restaurant, La Peperina, and found the quality of the food very good and reasonably priced. The staff were all extremely friendly and spoke good English. It took us a little while to find the best local beach, but if you head down to Puerto Rey beach it is more sandy than the closest one to the villa, with some nice beach bars/restaurants. Owen was very professional and helpful to deal with all through the booking process and quickly returned the damage deposit.

BRILLIANT

The villa was fantastic and had everything we needed. The garden was amazing you couldn't ask for more. The only small issue we had was the TV wasn't working correctly and we couldn't get any English channels but this was no big deal. The on site restaurant was a bit disappointing as the staff didn't seem intrested and the menu was lacking. You need a car to get around and if you like dinning out like we do the restaurants are very few and far between. The beaches in Mojacar were lovely and there were a lot more choice of restaurants but it would take about a 15-20 minute drive, which you wouldn't want to do every evening. Overall though you couldn't fault the villa and Owen was very helpful.

Excellent!

This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Owen was extremely helpful from the moment we considered booking right up until leaving day. Communication was fast and easy and any problems we had before we went and once there were dealt with by Owen and Steve the property manager quickly. The property itself is absolutely wonderful and we will most definitely be returning. It was very well equipped with everything you could hope for and the outside space in particular was excellent. The outside lighting and landscaping were the best we’ve seen in a rental villa, it was truly beautiful! We paid extra for pool heating and are glad we did as the pool was always a lovely temperature no matter what time of day we swam and we like a warm pool. The location was perfect as it was away from the busier areas but close enough to be able to quickly drive to the supermarket and the sea front. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing family get away. We felt at home for our whole stay and our children have made us promise that we will go back.

Amazing villa ❤️

Had the most amazing time this villa is beautiful very modern and has everything you could possibly want . The garden and pool Area fantastic even at night time when all the lights come on it's very pretty , and maybe spent the majority of our holiday out here from breakfast time until late ! Unfortunately we didn't have a car didn't find this too much of a problem manage to get a taxi to supermarkets a few times and even managed to walk to the beach , car might have been easier but wouldn't put me off going without one . Steve the kind of manager of the villas was great gave us a lot of information about where to go and supermarkets local area and stuff even dropped us at the supermarket when we had arrived this was really nice of him . All in all had a wonderful time stayed in a few villas this is by far the best and prettiest villa so far had loads to do and the roof offers some amazing views of the mountains especially at sunrise . Would definitely return. Thank you Owen and Karen you have a wonderful villa and we will definitely be coming back and also thank you to Steve u where really helpful xx

Totally amazing, home away from home

I would first like to thank Owen ,a grat guy to deal with. Any problems you have he will sort asap ( we had only 1 minor problem and it was technical and sorted within 24 hours ). Now the villa itself is just fantastic,as soon as you walk in you feel at home. Everything is new ,clean and well looked after. Kitchen has everything you need and is more spaceious than it looks on the photos ( the photos don't do this place justice). Bedrooms are big enough with space. The on-suite has a great powerful shower, the main bathroom has a big bath an another powerful shower. The air-con is great( although we didn't need to use it that much) Outside area is were you'll spend most of your time, it's huge with a great size pool, lovely jacuzzi, terraced area, dining area and separate bbq area. The speaker is great for them days at the pool . The villa isn't overlooked at all , it's very private on a lovely gated community. Try La Peparina lovely food and cocktails with nice staff.Cositas is good for a drink and watching the football situated just outside near the bus stop Car isn't a must but you get to see alot more if you do hire one. Traveled as family of 6 , myself, wife,her parents and our 2 boys age 5 and 10 months. Thanks again, see you soon Jason and family

The perfect villa in the sun

This is a lovely villa, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and hassle free holiday. The inside is clean and tidy, and the beds very comfortable. Access to UK television was a bonus, and it meant the children could take a break from the midday sun and watch a film. The real show case though is the garden and pool area - wow! The pictures don't do it justice, and at night time, with the lighting, it is delightful. You are spoilt for choice with loungers and seating arrangements around the pool. The shaded pergola area is a sanctuary for quiet reading (or snap chatting). There are special little details around the villa that make your stay just that bit easier. It is very obvious that Owen & Karen care that their guests have a good holiday. On the practical side, there is ample parking, a supermarket (a short car journey) down the road, restaurant and bar on site and one just outside the pueblo. We would recommend visiting the Pueblo de Mojacar which has some good tapas restaurants and a beautiful vista. We found the best beach (in our opinion) to be at San Juan de Los Terreros. There are beach side bars and restaurants and the children enjoyed hiring out the pedal boats with slides on top, and jumping into the sea. We also spent a day at the Mini Hollywood on the way home, which is fun entertainment and a good way to kill the time if you have a late flight home from Almeria. Overall this is a brilliant holiday villa and the care and customer service from Owen and Steve (who looks after the property) was first class - thank you.

Villa to die for🤗

From the moment you arrive through the gated reception you know you are in for a fantastic holiday. The villa is well positioned and in my opinion one of the best (if not the best) Villa on the site. From walking through the garden gate and through the front door you feel as though you have arrived at your little bit of shangrila. The villa is one of the best ones we have ever stayed at and I would be proud to own it. Owen and Karen have put a lot of work not only into the Villa but also the out door space which makes this villa so special. We never ate inside and stayed out from 6am when we got up to 10:30pm when we went to bed. You get sun all day long and it is truly a sun bathers paradise. The pool you cannot fault. It is fantastic. The Astro turf and planting of the garden make it a joy to relax in the garden and not be annoyed with ants. Every aspect has been considered. There are places to sun bathe, rest in the shade. Many places for children to play and relax and an added bonus was the roof terrace. You can check out the surrounding area and beautiful mountain view towards Garrucha and Mojacar. Inside is made to feel very homely and decorated to a very high standard. Each of the bedrooms have enough storage for clothes and accessories. The en-suite and family bathroom have everything necessary to make your stay a joy. I think we may have watched the magnificent tv with 2000 + channels on our arrival but not for the rest of the holiday. But it is an added bonus if you want to catch up on your UK tv🥴. If you have any issues Owen is only an email away and gets everything sorted. Steve (the property manager) is on hand if you need anything urgent. Him and his son are great and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The cleaner also puts a lot in to get the villa looking it’s utmost perfect presentation. Only issue which is of no fault with the villa is the neighbours are a little noisy but I think that is the Spanish way. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this villa you will not be disappointed.

Espectacular!

Pasamos una semana de 10! La casa es maravillosa, es tal cual se ve en las fotos. No le falta detalle, las camas comodisimas, cargadores en todas las mesitas, altavoces en todas las habitaciones, infinidad de utensilios de cocina, cosas para la piscina como colchonetas y pelotas... llevo años alquilando casas para vacaciones y nunca me había encontrado con una casa tan cuidada. La urbanización en la que se encuentra cuenta con piscina comunitaria y mucha zona para estar con los niños con las bicis por ejemplo. Esta cerca de supermercados y a escasos 10 minutos de la playa. La recomiendo sin duda! Gracias por todo!

Zona piscina maravillosa

Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa. La comunicación con Owen en todo momento ha sido muy rápida y muy buena. Steve que es quien nos entregó las llaves y nos mostró la casa muy atento. La casa está en una urbanización, con control de acceso así que es muy tranquila y segura. La vivienda está muy bien en general pero sobre todo el exterior, la zona de la piscina, está decorada con muy buen gusto y cada rincón tiene un bonito detalle. La piscina fenomenal, y la iluminación nocturna le da un toque especial. La recomiendo sin ninguna duda.

Volveremos seguro

Hemos pasado una semana en esta casa y nos gustaría comentar que hemos alquilado muchas, pero como está ninguna, no le falta detalle, tiene de TODO, el jardín y el jacuzzi fantástico.. Steve quien se encarga de entregarte las llaves y enseñarte la casa, encantador y súper amable. Enhorabuena Owen por tener una casa tan especial, hemos ido varias veces a Vera pero en lo posible intentaremos reservar esta. Saludos!

Maravillosa casa con todas las comodidades

Mi familia y yo hemos pasado 5 días estupendos disfrutando de esta villa y de sus magníficas instalaciones. La zona de jardín, piscina y jacuzzi ha sido lo más disfrutado por nosotros y los pequeños de la familia. Sin duda alguna, una experiencia para repetir Tanto Owen, como Steve, muy atentos a resolver nuestras dudas Estupendas mini vacaciones!!!

La maison est tres jolie et l’on s’y sent bien. Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines en famille. Le lieu est calme et relaxant. Il y a pleins activites autour et de tres bons restaurant. Je recommande cette maison si vous avez une voiture vous allez etre tres bien.

Fantastisch vakantiehuis

We zijn vele malen in Vera/Mojacar geweest. Dit huis heeft alles voor een heerlijke vakantie. In de buurt van alles: strand, winkels, restaurants en attracties. Heerlijk zwembad en alles voor lekker eten thuis. De communicatie met Owen is perfect. Zou het iedereen aaanraden

August 2019 holiday

Lovely, well equipped villa with fantastic pool and pretty garden. The outside space is ample with lots of different zones for relaxing. Inside the villa has all you need and is in good condition. Onsite there is a restaurant which we used one evening. The food was good and the service was too. Just needed some entertainment (nothing too rowdy) and maybe we would have used it more. Security onsite are efficient which is reassuring. Highly recommend this property.

We had another property on the complex (property 463913)and loved the views and size of this one. The complex only has 4 detached villas and this one has been fully upgraded and with all new fixtures and fittings and a lovely swimming pool and garden.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

On a mature complex with its own pools just 1 mile from the blue flag beaches of Vera. The villa has amazing views to Mojacar and the mountains from the garden.
