Our second time staying at Casa Alta Vista -see previous review from August 2023.The Villa, pool, grounds, amenities in the villa were again all superb & we again enjoyed two weeks of doing nothing other than sunbathing, dipping in the pool & enjoying the fab views from the terraces enjoying breakfast in the morning & BBQ's on the evening. Christophe & Nelly offer superb communication beforehand & this time Zoe the house manager was fab we only need to contact her to replace the BBQ gas bottle. We hope to return again in the future.

We had a fantastic two-week stay and thoroughly enjoyed the villa. The location is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing, with wonderful views across the surrounding countryside and towards the coast. The villa was very comfortable, clean and well equipped, and the outside space and private pool were particular highlights – exactly what we wanted for a relaxing holiday.Bédar itself is a lovely traditional Spanish village and a great base for exploring the surrounding area, while still being within easy reach of Mojácar and the coast.Communication with the owners was excellent both before and during our stay. After the wildfires unfortunately meant our original July holiday had to be postponed, they were extremely helpful and kept us informed about the situation in Bédar. We were very pleased that we were eventually able to rearrange our visit for September. We had a great holiday and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Two superb weeks at Casa alta Vista

Just back from two weeks at Casa Alta Vista, the communication with both Christophe & the house managers Stuart & Natasha was excellent. The house is a very comfy home & has everything you need in the kitchen for self catering including store cupboard items. The lounge area is large with great UK TV available. Bedrooms are all comfy with great air con & clean modern bathrooms. Both the pool area & terraces offer great views of Bedar with the sea in the distance, we spent hours in & around the pool during the day & on the terrace enjoying BBQ's in the evening. In Bedar there is a great bakery for fresh bread & a well stocked supermarket & for a larger supermarket their is Mercadona in Mojacar approx 25 minute drive. We have stayed at a few villas in the last few years & this is one that we will definitely return to. Thanks for a fab holiday.

Check- in und Check out klappten reibungslos.

Beautiful property

We have been visiting the Mojacar area for 15 years and this is the nicest villa we have had the pleasure of staying in. Bedar is a lovely village, especially for evening walks and the property has great views. A real home from home the villa had everything we needed to really enjoy our stay and the friendly agents and owners made it really easy and simple to enjoy our time. We will definitely be back!

Bref on recommande !

The real deal

Casa Alta vista is supremely comfortable ,spotlessly clean and well equipped but it’s main attraction has to be its location ,high up overlooking Bedar with sea and mountain views all around. We spent a truly relaxing month in the villa and it certainly ticked every box for us. The location offered a variety of great walks from the door of the accommodation plus easy access to coastal walking in Mojacar ,Garrucha or further afield at the wonderful national park of Cabo de Gata The pool area was the ideal way to relax in the spring sunshine during the afternoons. The area was awash with amazing spring flowers and lush greenery . Bedar itself is a typical Spanish white village with a couple of bars and restaurants plus two very small but well stocked supermarkets ,a pharmacy etc . The villa was a great base from which to explore this part of Spain and visit some lesser known villages including the nearby Lubrin with its agricultural heritage and the bonus of an amazing authentic tapas bar!! The local property managers were excellent and the few issues we had were sorted out immediately despite it being a weekend. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this great villa .

Perfekt ausgestattete Villa in grandioser Lage
