Two lakefront cottages, 158 feet of frontage on Bear Lake
Our family cottages sit on 158 feet of private lake frontage (a rare find!) on beautiful Bear Lake. Bear Lake is an all sports lake with shallow water 20 feet out. The zero entry beaches and hard sandy bottom make it perfect for kids.
Roadside (sleeps 4, could fit 6 by using the pull out couch) and Beachside (sleeps 6) are the two rustic cottages on the property. Each cottage is about 600 sq. feet. The property comes with WiFi, TV, window air conditioning units, a grill, kids kayak, 2 paddle boards, canoe, 1 picnic table, plenty of outdoor seating and a large yard for games. All linens are provided, please bring your own beach towels
Roadside Cottage: This cottage is at the top of the hill on US 31. There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bottom bunk and twin top bunk. There is 1 full bathroom, open living area with a TV, dining table and full kitchen. There is a portable AC unit.
Beachside Cottage: This cottage has a main floor queen bedroom (with a TV), bathroom, open living room, full kitchen and a loft bedroom with 3 twin beds (one has a trundle to make 4 beds) and a TV. There is an AC window unit in the loft and one on the main floor.
The lake frontage is what makes our cottages unique. With 158 feet of lake frontage, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Whether you want to relax in the hammocks, enjoy happy hour on the deck, play wiffle ball in the yard or read a book on the beach, there is a spot for everyone.
The lake has a hard sandy bottom and is shallow for a ways out, which makes is perfect for all ages. Because it's shallow at the shore, the water temperature is typically warm enough for swimming all summer long.

Our cottage is centrally located which makes it great for day trips, although it's hard to leave beautiful Bear Lake.
The water is clear with a hard sandy bottom which is perfect for young kids swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing and just relaxing in a tube.
The large yard is perfect for all to enjoy. There are areas to relax, nap or play games.
We have a two zero entry water entrances (no rocks to step over) and one has a large beach to enjoy the sun.
The water is clear with a hard sandy bottom which is perfect for young kids swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing and just relaxing in a tube.
The large yard is perfect for all to enjoy. There are areas to relax, nap or play games.
We have a two zero entry water entrances (no rocks to step over) and one has a large beach to enjoy the sun.
