Hermosa casa a estrenar con jacuzzi privado y vistas espectaculares de las montañas de La Sal.

Nuestra espaciosa casa de 1800 pies cuadrados y 2 pisos cuenta con un diseño moderno con 2 salas de estar grandes, 2 patios exteriores cubiertos y un amplio estacionamiento para varios vehículos.

La casa se encuentra en un acre de tierra, a 10 minutos en automóvil al sur del centro de Moab. Es ideal para explorar los parques nacionales de Arches y Canyonlands, cerca de ciclismo de montaña, senderismo, 4 ruedas, escalada en roca, rafting y paisajes increíbles.

La casa incluye acceso a Internet WiFi de alta velocidad, puertos de carga USB en todas las habitaciones, servicio de Dish TV y altavoces Sonos en las áreas de estar.

En el exterior hay 2 patios cubiertos separados con una nueva tina de hidromasaje privada para 7 personas, cómodos asientos, una gran mesa de comedor y una parrilla de gas. El patio trasero también cuenta con un gran pozo de fuego.

Todas las camas tienen lujosos colchones Simmons Beautyrest y muchas almohadas y ropa de cama de alta calidad.

You cannot beat this place for Canyon Land, Moab, and Arches. A little bit less busy than being in town but much quieter.

This place was absolutely perfect. Its proximity to (and separation from) town were huge selling points. Lots of memories were made around that fire pit. Love the winery too! Easy to get too and easy to get in and out; would definitely stay here again.

The property was fine. Beds and pillows were comfortable. There were Mountain views but there are many power lines and construction vehicles due to being located by a cement plant. The washer and dryer are very noisy. Also when we arrived on a Tuesday the trash bin was overflowing and very smelly and trash wasn’t picked up until Friday. The towels were musty smelling and not very soft or absorbent and should be replaced.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed, the house was very clean, the hot tub was great, and the two levels of living spaces were perfect for our group. We had plenty of space to all be together, yet also space to have some privacy. The layout works very well for a group. Communication with the host was also very easy. He responded promptly to any questions we had and was very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

An absolute gem!

We loved this property and would book there again in a heartbeat. Beds were very comfortable, everything was immaculately clean, the hot tub was great, and the location was fantastic for access to Arches and Canyonlands (we wanted to be about halfway between the Needles and Island in the Sky districts, and this home was perfect. Everything was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully planned, and I hope to stay here again when we visit Moab!

Home was wonderful! Location excellent for day trips to explore Moab area including Arches, Canyon lands, Dead Horse state park and La Sal mountains—gorgeous area. The Spanish Valley were this house is located needs some work—homes nearby in rough shape and junk yards on their properties. Hope they get this valley cleaned up and junk removed. Owner was wonderful and quickly responds to messages. Would definitely recommend this property regardless of issues noted above with Spanish Valley, Moab is an amazing place!

Moan Mountain Biking Trip

This property was perfect, for trip to catch up with childhood friends! Modern, clean, beautifully equiped. We had a great time relaxing, catching up, and soaking in the hot tub while soaking in the beautiful views after mountain biking all day. Stargazing

We had a great time enjoying the house. Eric and Andria were quick to respond with help when needed. We had enough towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc for our trip. It’s far enough from the main part of Moab in order to stargaze in the hot tub.

Quiet escape in Moab

We spent the week in Moab to visit National Parks and explore the shops and restaurants in Moab. Very spacious common area upstairs that was comfortablebfor our kids. We all enjoyed the private hot tub as well. The kitchen was adequate for the meals we were making. The owner was very prompt with communication. Dryer was not working while we were there which was a little challenging as we packed with the intention of doing a load of laundry during our time away. Great option for privacy and extra space.

Very clean!

This is the first home we have stayed in that felt really clean. It also has one of the largest main floor bathrooms we have ever experienced. The home has a lot more landscaping around it now, much more than the photo depicts and there is an RV campground behind the home (just out of view of the photo area). It wasn't a problem, it was just a surprise. We really appreciated the ability to part two trucks and trailers in the driveway, rather than having to use street parking. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, roomy, well appointed house near Moab

We wanted a place that was a little outside of Moab. This house was pretty much perfect. It's in Spanish Valley, 10 min. south of town and 15 min. from Arches. The house is pretty much brand new and really well appointed with everything a group would want. It's in a quiet, rural area, which is a nice change from busy Moab. Communication, check-in and house instructions are all handled really well. Every message i sent to the host had a response within the hour. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and Peaceful Getaway

The home is clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are board games available for entertainment. The kitchen has all the necessary items, along with two coffee makers—one for drip coffee and a Keurig. It was a thoughtful touch to have coffee pods, tea bags, and Clif bars provided.Although I didn’t use the hot tub, it looked clean and inviting, with towels readily available. The beds and pillows are comfortable and appear to be in new condition. The upstairs family room features a large, cozy sectional that's perfect for stretching out and relaxing.The location is convenient to Arches National Park, and downtown Moab is just a short drive away with plenty of restaurants and a nearby grocery store.

Week in Moab.

My wife and I spent a week here while exploring Moab and surrounding areas. Easy 10 min drive south of town. You are about a three minute drive to Ken’s lake which has a great 3.4 mile trail for running. The house was very clean and well stocked. We utilized the hot tub nightly and would definitely stay here again. We visited Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point State Park, Scenic HWY 128 to Dewey Bridge, Fisher Towers, the petroglyphs and Dino tracks down Potash road and Corona Arch. Would highly recommend the Devil’s Garden loop hike and Fiery Furnace Permit hike if your are into that. Our only recommendation for the house at all would be blinds, shades or curtains on some of the common area windows but again we would 100% stay here again.

Great rental if you don’t plan on cooking a lot

We enjoyed our stay post Christmas for a week of desert hiking and biking. Rental was fine, a few issues but host was very responsive. I will say the kitchen is really less than ideal if you plan on cooking a lot. It is tiny, poorly equipped with somewhat dreadful cookware (two scary scratched non-stick fry pans) and absolutely no where to put any groceries. We cooked every meal at the rental and it was a challenge with the limited stocked kitchen. It didn’t prevent us having a great stay but if you like to cook and want a kitchen that is well equipped you will be disappointed. The upstairs living room was fantastic for movies and lounging.

In general, we enjoyed our stay in this house. The basics are there: the beds are comfortable, the internet worked, the hosts were communicative and responsive. The hot tub was a great way to wind down after a day of hiking. We didn't love the neighborhood: it's in a somewhat unattractive industrial area south of Moab, and it's a bit of a hike to run errands. The kitchen is decently stocked but we had to run the dishwasher pretty constantly to have clean things to eat and drink off of (and the house could use some wine glasses). Note: if anyone in the party is sleeping on the sofabed in the upstairs living room, there are no curtains on the windows so you'll be up at the crack of dawn. We ran out of basics during our stay (dish soap, paper towels) but the host was responsive to restock.
