Diseño personalizado recientemente remodelado con murales personalizados pintados por Curt Miller, cocina que incluye microondas, horno de convección, cafetera, vajilla y utensilios. El baño incluye champú, jabón, acondicionador para el cabello, toallas adicionales y secador de pelo. Baño privado, entrada privada, TV de pantalla ancha e internet gratis. ¡Es un gran lugar para sentarse, relajarse y tomar una copa de vino! Mi estudio está a una corta distancia a pie de la estación de metro Blue Line, que le brinda un fácil acceso al centro de Long Beach y al centro de Los Ángeles. ¡Cerca de las autopistas 405 y 710, y a una milla y media del océano! Great stay, cozy studio.

Studio is very comfortable and has everything I needed. Katen met mrs when I arrived and made sure I read comfortable, asking if there dad anything else she could do. Appreciated the book of suggestions for the area. Also had use of the beautiful backyard do I could enjoy the sunshine

Great little gem!

Karen was a wonderful host with tons of information. She has a beautiful home with an amazing yard to relax in. The place was perfect for me while I was in a conference all week. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and I enjoyed the keurig in the morning. If you are looking for a cute place within a quiet neighborhood, look no further! Karen and her dog Monkey were a pleasure to visit with. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!!

Great Time in Long beach

We were in town visiting my son who is a student at CSULB and we needed somewhere to stay with our puppy. We could not have been happier with our VRBO rental. Everything was better than expected and the casita was well equipped and comfortable. As others have mentioned, the gardens are magical. And, we highly recommend the bread at Long Beach Beer Lab only a few blocks away. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cute Little Bungalow

Cute little bungalow was just right for my husband myself and our dog., while visiting relatives for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was quiet, safe, and Karen (The owner of the property) was on site and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Very Serene Studio

Karen accommodated me and my partner last min when we had to change our departure from Newport to Long Beach last min for Catalina. She is a great communicator and even advised us on where to go at Catalina. The studio was very peaceful, you can hear the sound of the water fountain next to the windows. And the room was very beautiful. Thank you for hosting us Karen! We didn’t have enough time this time. But I hope we can get you the buffalo milk next time around :)

Quaint studio on shared property

I stayed with my husband and dog here for over a week. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and little kitchenette equipped with: mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and a Keurig. There were dishes and utensils and all the necessary supplies. Karen was very kind and typically nearby (as she lives in the main house). There is also another VRBO attached to her house which had a couple renters while we were there. Her dog, monkey, is very sweet and got along with my dog. Her yard was a decent size for the area and my dog enjoyed playing fetch there. I will note that there is no A/C which was difficult given that it is August. That was listed I believe but I forgot to check. There are several fans which help but just something to be aware of during the hotter months. Having tv with cable was nice. Unfortunately though, Netflix on the tv did not work throughout our stay and WiFi was spotty. Karen had someone come by to look at the WiFi connection which helped but we could still only have one of us use the connection at a time. And Netflix continued to have trouble loading. Other that that, everything went smoothly. :)

I am a certified wine specialist should you have any questions regarding wine. If you want some great places for a night out, I will be happy to give you my list of favorites! I hike, swim and sail. I love traveling and have visited South Africa, Namibia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Samoa... just a few places! I'm available for any questions by phone or text.

There's a lot of fun things to do here: Tour the Queen Mary, go whale watching, visit Aquarium of the Pacific, Huntington Beach International Surfing Museum, spend a day at Catalina Island or attend the Long Beach Grand Prix in September! The Metro Blue Line is a short ride to Downtown Long Beach and the ocean! Plus you can also take the Metro into Downtown L.A. and Dodger Stadium, SoFi Stadium, the Staples Center, Grand Central Market, L.A. Live, the Grammy Museum, Union Station, Olvera Street, Little Tokyo, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and Walt Disney Concert Hall to name a few!
