Maravilloso Renacimiento español / dormitorio privado y baño con entrada privada. Cama de matrimonio. Tenemos una mini nevera, cafetera Keurig y horno de microondas en la habitación. El baño se entrega con secador de pelo, champú y jabón de baño. Tenemos mascotas que son amigables. (un perro y dos gatos) Admitimos mascotas con una tarifa por mascota no reembolsable de $ 50 por mascota. .. y deben pesar menos de 35 lb, deben estar castrados y bien arreglados con champú AKA y deben llevarse bien con perros y gatos. Estamos a una corta distancia a pie de la Línea Azul del Metro, las autopistas 710 y 405. Se puede acceder fácilmente a Staples Center, el centro de Los Ángeles, el condado de Orange, Anaheim y Pasadena en metro (puedo mostrarle). Hermosa habitación privada con un gran patio trasero. WI-FI gratuito, aire acondicionado y calefacción central, estacionamiento en la calle. Hay muchas cosas que son divertidas en nuestra área, tenemos una cervecería ... una cafetería vegana que fue parte del Gilmore Girls Revival. A poca distancia de supermercados, farmacias y correos. Hidden Gem!

The property was clean, comfortable and easy to find. Karen was extremely kind and so helpful! Would definitely recommend to anyone considering staying here.

We had an amazing stay ! The backyard was so beautiful. The host was awesome at communicating and the room was great (we did struggle a little to unlock the door) The room did get warm early during this summer heat but the host was able to turn on the air. Definitely recommend, would stay here again !

Good Location for our Stay

The room was clean and well appointed with coffee maker, microwave, fridge and space heater. Good communication with the host. Pet friendly. The room was a bit tight for 2 people with no real place for luggage and no closet. Room had additional furniture and chair that made it even tighter than shown in the pictures. Street parking was impossible for almost all days of our stay, and parking in the driveway meant shuffling cars a few times. The back yard was undergoing some messy construction. Overall it was a pretty good place to stay.

This stay was perfect! Very well kept and clean and comfortable. Property owners were very kind and welcoming and willing to help with suggestions on where to go and things to do. Can't beat the beautiful backyard! I would return again and recommend to others! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Quaint place

Parking can be a chore, but everything else was up to par. Nice and peaceful yard and clean studio. Owner is very polite and accommodating. Monkey and Mila got along very well.

Great stay!

What a wonderful property! I had a great stay and Karen was a fantastic hostess. Monkey, the pup, was a plus. The room was well appointed and furnished with all the amenities you could need. I am very picky about cleanliness and have been known to leave if rooms are dirty.....this place was spotless. I felt comfortable, welcomed, and safe. I will definitely stay here again when I visit LA in the future!!

In town for a family function, prop was as described, parking was a little tight for my larger truck, the owners helped us out on the last night by allowing us to park in their drive, would stay here again! 🙌

I really liked the fresh limes that the host gave me off of her tree. the best ever. the bathroom did not have a handicapped bar adjacent to the toilet or shower.

Nice little room

The room and bathroom are nice - they do share a common wall with the original house. There was a lot of construction type of material laying around the outside which made using the outside space not so desirable. Parking is non existent on the street - I came in late both nights I was there, and had to park in the owners driveway (which I apologized for in the morning) and she was fine with it - but it isn't the normal procedures. Overall a small but nice room for 1 person.

Looking for a quiet and quick place to rest our heads for 1 night

Not what we expected. Lots of decor things have been added to the small room - different chairs, lots of decoration pillows, Frig, coffee maker, etc. Not a lot of room for guest stuff once you move all the decor pillows to the chair and floor. No place to set suitcase, no closet (few hangers), and no bathroom counter space for guests personal items. Pictures online are not updated to show it is full of things. I wanted to see if I made a mistake thinking it was a bit more open. The owner did work with us on check out time we appreciated that. Be sure you understand if owner will communicate by text or through VRBO. We missed a message when the owner went from test to VRBO messages after texting us all other access info. We arrived after midnight (there was no street parking at that time) and they allowed us to extend from 10am to 11:30am check out. This is where we missed the message from the owner, they offered us to park in the driveway - but we did not see the message. I was checking my texts but did not open the VRBO communication. We ended up leaving early because the dogs kept us up after we arrived and woke us up the next morning. The owner did apologized by text. The three dogs were very active in the morning. The place was quaint and very different from our other stays with VRBO - if you are a garden and plant lover - who want to sit in a patio area. This may be just the place for you. Ours was a very unique situation flying in and out for a memorial service and we personally need some peace and quiet. Bed was nice, Shower was good. Not sure we would stay again - it was not our cup of tea. Lots of things right. Which is why we gave it a good rating.

Great place, terrible parking

My sister and I loved the backyard. It was absolutely GORGEOUS. There was some hairbands and things under the bed, but besides that it was very clean! The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. The host was very nice, and she was a huge help in giving us ideas of things to do. The worst thing about our stay was definitely parking. The owner asks we don't park in the driveway, but her partner parks in front of the house and she has another room she rents out, so the parking on the street is almost impossible to find.

The supreme oasis for our honeymoon

Metro A LINE is within walking distance. You can spend a day at the ocean, attend the Long Beach Grand Prix ,catch a game at the SOFI,Dodger Stadium
,pantages or terrace theaters and all the events for the OLYMPICS and everything thats going on at the queen mary all via the Metro save yourself the cost of parking and the aggravation of driving I will be more than happy i have a beautiful backyard!to give you durections....just ask!!
