Nuestro exclusivo plano de planta en ángulo ofrece vistas al oc��ano desde todas las habitaciones. Este es "NO" el plano de planta típico de tu arma de fuego. Todas las habitaciones son angulosas y abiertas con puertas / ventanas de vidrio desde el techo hasta el piso. Además, todas las habitaciones se abren a un enorme balcón de 28 pies con vista a la piscina y al hermoso Golfo. Nuestra unidad es muy abierta, grande y tiene techos de nueve pies. Las características únicas de este edificio incluyen pasillos interiores con aire acondicionado y estacionamiento cerrado. Surfside Resort ofrece una de las instalaciones más completas de la zona.

Un enorme dormitorio principal con una cama king-size con vistas al golfo, hermosos muebles, TV, amplio vestidor iluminado, tocador y un amplio baño principal. El segundo dormitorio también tiene vista al mar con 2 camas tamaño queen con hermosos muebles, TV, closet y baño completo con bañera y ducha. The host was absolutely fabulous. She responded within minutes of any text that was sent. The property was beautiful. The only negative for any of the 6 adults staying was the pillows were not comfortable at all. We definitely plan on staying again next year.

The views were amazing, the host was very reachable and accommodating. We had a minor issue and they came fast and were able to resolve it quickly and we did not have any issues after. It was easy to get our allotted chairs and umbrellas and not having to worry about carrying those things to the beach and setting up was wonderful. Overall, the space, halls and grounds were maintained nicely with close amenities.

Great week! Condo had everything we needed, including anything you could imagine in the kitchen for cooking during your stay! Our littles enjoyed the pool, basketball court, grassy grilling area, and sky bridge area to the beach! Communication with the host was pleasant and immediate. We will stay again!

We had a very good stay here. The condo was more spacious than what we imagined. The beach being across the street was super convenient for us especially with little kids! Hope to be back soon

Overall this condo was great! Great views! Loved the spacious balcony! Beach access was easy. It was spacious enough for 4 adults, 4 teenagers and a toddler. It just seemed like there needed to be a little updating both in the condo and around the building. Looked like the host had done some renovations but you could tell 2 of the bathrooms needed redone. The kitchen chairs had bolts loose and nuts would randomly fall from them just while sitting on them. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub at the property but some of the bricks were coming up especially around the little kiddie pool where my toddler kept messing with them.

It’s a very clean and big condo!! We spent a lot of time on the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful view. Our kids loved the pool, hot tub, basketball court, and pickleball. There is a lot to do there for all ages. It was a great trip!

The condo had an amazing view, very spacious plenty of beds for our group of nine. The resort have plenty amenities and the restaurant was amazing. The main thing that I loved about this condo is that it was right across the street from the beach.

Few issues with room , needs updated very dated , shower doors coming off and falling apart, floors need a good cleaning, AC quit on our last night but was fixed bout 10pm at night . No golf carts allowed on premises wish I knew that before we spent 950.00 on two of em. No refunds. Need more or better elevators, waiting long time to get to room.

Surfside experience

This condo met our needs and had everything from location to accommodations to amenities. This was convenient to most everything. We had some first time beach goers that were in awe of the white sands and clear emerald waters. We enjoyed the trip and the condo would highly recommend and book again in the future.

Great place, great value, great price!

The online information is accurate but the unit is much larger than expected, which was a positive surprise. The location is perfect, the floor level is spectacular and the views are amazing. I would highly recommend this property and the communication with Julie (property manager) is spectacular. I reached out to her regarding a few questions and she was extremely quick to respond. Highly recommend this location/property for Miramar!

Beautiful view!!

We had an amazing time! The condo was bigger than expected and the view is incredible! The sky walk was great with kids so we didn’t have to worry about the traffic. Wonderful property. Only thing I would recommend is a new bed for the bedroom that has the extra fridge. It sounds at time like the box spring is broken and not very comfortable. Everything else was great!

Great Condo and Property Manager!

This condo was perfect for our family of 9. Very clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and had a great view. Julie, the property manager was proactive in checking on us, super sweet, and promptly answered the few questions we did have. We had a great week here! We were SO glad to have the 2 sets of beach service. Though it’s not advertised, there were also some beach toys and fans for the bedrooms that were nice little extras that added to our trip. We acquired some bougie boards/sand shovels and payed it forward by leaving them in the condo for the next guests as well. Hopefully they hold up for others enjoyment for a while. There is also a spot for people to leave/take free beach toys by the beach access stairs across the street as well, which also saves vacationers some money. Thank you for a great experience! We hope to stay here again!

Super upset on the misrepresentation of the way my supposed security deposit was handled.

Refrigerator doesn’t work properly. It would not keep anything cold. Other than that nice place. Although they misrepresented security deposit. I was told one thing on phone and another after the stay. That being said. Beware of VRBO’s “fees”. Very shady.

I am quite surprised to see that you gave us 1 star. You texted me after your stay to tell me that the condo "is awesome" and that you had recommended us to your friend. I am sorry that you are upset that we did not actually collect a security deposit so that we could then return it to you. When I explained this to you, you then seemed upset with the VRBO service fee. Unfortunately your 1 star does not reflect the positive comments you made to me about our condo. When you book on VRBO you receive a quote that clearly lists each charge. The service fee is listed separately from our damage deposit and each fee is separated out. The service fee goes straight to VRBO. Because your credit card is in the system we feel that is sufficient to act as the damage deposit. Most guests we have appreciate the fact that we don't collect that deposit. It is like a hotel that keeps a card on file while you are staying with them.
