Esta encantadora villa de vacaciones con piscina climatizada orientada al sur, solárium ampliado y pantalla cerrada, está situada en The Villages at Nature's Edge, ubicada en Lake Pierce. Mucha privacidad y hermosa naturaleza para dejar de fumar. En 6 minutos encontrará dos hermosos campos de golf: Grenelefe y Diamond Back.

La paz, el espacio y el juego de golf se combinan con el entretenimiento 'Capital del mundo' Orlando a su alcance. ¡Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studio's, Sea World, Discovery Cove, el Centro Espacial Kennedy y Legoland están a poca distancia en auto!

Nuestra villa cuenta con cuatro habitaciones (incluyendo sala de bonificación), dos baños, una gran cocina, sala de estar. Dormitorio principal con cama king-size y baño en suite. También dos habitaciones con baño compartido. ¡Una habitación queen, una habitación doble y una habitación extra! Ideal para vacacionar con dos parejas. Nuestra villa cuenta con aire acondicionado para su comodidad y cuenta con tres televisores, el gran televisor de 47 'en la sala de estar también con DVD.

La superficie habitable es abierta, luminosa y espaciosa. La cocina con lavavajillas, triturador, microondas y nevera, espacio independiente con lavadora y secadora. El rincón de la cocina cuenta con una mesa redonda con cuatro sillas y en la sala de estar, otra mesa con seis sillas.

Afuera, en la parte posterior, encontrará un lanai, una gran piscina y una amplia zona protegida rodeada de césped. Siempre sol o sombra para disfrutar. ¡Un nuevo regalo de barbacoa! El riego se engancha en un pozo, por lo que siempre hay un bonito jardín verde.

Nice peaceful stay

Loved it!

Would absolutely stay here again and hope to do so! Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Very clean and spacious home. Loved sitting on lanai early morning and evening. We only cooked breakfast, but there appeared to be plenty of kitchen supplies to cook whatever you would want. It was a great place to relax and visit family in the area.

Quiet and Comfortable

This is an excellent property. It was cleaner than my own home and everything we requested such as the pool being heated was done and we had no issues. It is a little bit off the beaten path but we got to see a part of FL we wouldn't have seen otherwise.

The house was nice overall, clean, and the pool was great. The beds were very firm, and the fan in the garage bedroom didn’t work properly. There were a lot of rules and checkout instructions, which made the process feel more extensive than usual. They only provide one laundry pod per day, and since there aren’t separate pool towels, you have to reuse the bathroom towels. With the limited pods, it’s not really possible to wash them as often as needed. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant

Great Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay. We had stayed at a rental home before and we are always worried about what to expect but we are happy to say there were no surprises and everything was clearly communicated. We were about a half an hour or so to Kissimmee. It is a nice quiet area and we enjoyed several walks and the view was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood with wildlife

The property is very adequate, but the location is sort of out of the way. I guess if you are familiar with some of the back roads, you can get to most of what you need in 15-20 minutes. It took us awhile to learn this.

very relaxing atmosphere

We really enjoyed the house set-up. The pool was the best item for my husband. Our neighbours where great and very helpful. The owners were quick and efficient when we had to contact them. Very relaxing location and great to see the outdoor live in our back yard. We enjoyed walking down to the entrance to see if the alligators and turtles where out sun tanning. Thanks for letting us stay.

This home is beautiful and quiet. So much space for my family. Fully stocked with all items needed for our stay. The only thing was that the location was so far away from stores and shopping. But the serene surroundings, neighborhood, backyard pool, everything was made up for it!! So relaxing. Thank you René, for your wonderful assistance with our issue and for the gracious hospitality!! Quaint Rural House

This house is definitely out away from everything but if you like quiet and tranquil this is a place for you. It is in a small 1 street addition that is very quiet and inviting. If you enjoy nature, you'll enjoy the quietness of this place as you will be able to hear the music of the frogs as well as see plenty of little reptilian. The only deceiving thing is with the picture of the lake, it was not as close as it seemed but you can still kind of see it and if you like to walk I believe there is a sidewalk that might take you back there.

Everything was as expected and worked perfectly for our need. We did have a couple issues which were easily mitigated by the owner. They were easy to reach and quick to respond. We elected to have the pool heated (in October) which was the only way I would get in the pool (I like a warm pool). The ambient temperature was unseasonably cool and the pool heat was just not enough for me to be willing to swim. The owner did make an adjust to the pool heat which improved the condition enough for me to swim but unfortunately our trip was half over by the time the pool was regulated. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything we needed was available and we cooked almost every meal while we were there.

Labor Day visit

First impressions are everything. Walked into home and thermostat was at 80 degrees. At 10:00 after got back from din we it was still 76 degrees in the house. The house should be set up for guest arrival and comfortable. Next, every bed was as hard as a rock and very, very old. I had to go to Wal-Mart and get a memory foam topper just to sleep. I really wanted to like this home but these two things really set the tone for this visit. The house was dated, but clean and as described and shown. I thought this property was on a golf course but apparently that closed several years ago just remnants of it were still visible. This could be a great spot just need to take care of the things noted and would be a great place to stay.

All the comforts of home!

We had a great week at this villa. It had everything we needed and was the perfect location for us (to visit our family in Lake Wales, Disney and Legoland). Others may think it's a little off the beaten path but we loved the area. Neighbor is very friendly and even put the trash and recycling out for us. My kids loved the pool (beware it's heavily chlorinated so bring goggles if you are an underwater swimmer like my son and make sure you shower before and after). There was an assortment of pool floats and sand toys available which was great even though we had brought our own. Bring your own beach towels (or buy some at the Dollar General or Walmart not too far away). Beds were on the firm side but we prefer that so it didn't bother us. Not a terrible drive from Tampa or Orlando (about an hour). So nice to have laundry for the week! It was super clean when we arrived and everything worked as it should. Guestbook had a lot of great info. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids ages 4 and 10). Can't say enough great things, it was the perfect home away from home.

Home away from home!

This was our second stay at this property and we had a great time, just as expected. We love the quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and the privacy that this place offers. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough that it didn't matter to us. Less than 10 minutes to a Dollar general and less than 20 to Haines City for several bigger grocery options. There's also a Super Walmart less than 20 minutes away in Lake Wales. The pool was chilly (we opted not to heat in early April) but my kids didn't mind. 90 minutes to Vero Beach and a little further to Clearwater/St. Pete's made for nice day trips to both coasts and we had beautiful weather. We skipped Disney this trip but Orlando is just under an hour and an easy trip. House is clean and had everything we needed. There were even some nice upgrades since the last time we stayed, my husband and I were excited for the new master bedroom furniture as the footposts of the old bed were a calf/shin/kneecap killer. Glad to see that remedied. Don't hesitate if you don't mind being a little farther away from things and don't want a rental feel. We felt like we were in the middle of a cozy neighborhood where people actually live (and work all day) because it's so quiet... kids riding bikes in the street and friendly people. Felt like home! De woning is keurig verzorgd, wij waren er voor de tweede keer. Na een roadtrip door Zuid- Florida heerlijk tot rust gekomen. We hebben bijna dagelijks genoten van het verwarmd zwembad. Wij vlogen rechtstreeks van Amsterdam naar Tampa omdat we dat een mooi vliegveld vinden, maar Orlando is dichterbij. We hebben uitstapjes gemaakt o.a. naar de Bok tower & gardens ( dichtbij in Lake Wales), Orlando en Cape Canaveral. Uit eten moet je zeker een keertje doen bij Cherry Pockets Steak n Seafood vlakbij 6 minuten rijden. In Winterhaven heb je ook veel restaurant van Longhorn, Outback, Olive Garden, Manny's Chophouse en nog veel meer.

The friendly people, beautiful nature, clean streets and the endless roads make it our number one vacation land! We absolutely love our Florida home and tried to make it as comfortable as possible for ourselves and of course for you, our guests!

As we travelled a lot by car through the entire country for a few decades, Florida always felt like 'coming home' to us. The area where our house is located offers both nature and privacy and the entertainment of the Orlando parcs, beaches on the Atlantic Ocean and Golf of Mexico.
