Gas BBQ grill can be rented for $65 for 7 days (one week)

Great experience from initial inquiry thru our stay! Rebecca responded right away and made this an easy selection! We throughly enjoyed all the amenities, with the heated pool & hot tub a unanimous favorite!! We would highly recommend this house and personally look forward to staying again!

Relaxing

Property location is a nice place to be if you’re looking to relax or work remotely. This was a workcation so it was perfect for my 7 & 8 year old boys to play in the pool while I worked. Management team were responsive and check in was smooth. They also allowed me to check out late to accommodate my travels. 😊

Beautiful Condo- Great neighborhood- Great fun was had by all

Overall experience was excellent! They thought of anything you could possible need while on vacation. There were extra pillows, blankets, strollers, high chairs, there was even a portable crib just in case. Only a couple of maintenance glitches but they were handled expeditiously. Would definitely come back and recommend to others

Awesome Property and Location

We were visiting Legoland and this place was perfect. It had plenty of room for our party of 6 but could easily sleep 10 or more. The game room was awesome and the pool was great too, but it was a bit cool for swimming and we didn’t heat it. The manager was super responsive if we needed anything. The only thing is to bring anything you might need with you like salt, oil, etc. We also ran low on toiletries but we didn’t ask for more-we just bought some. Overall, wonderful place!

Nice home, needs to be updated all the beds are really bad they are woreout, needs light bulbs changed throughout the house. It was a nice house just needs to be updated thats all.

Hi , I am sorry the air went out and wifi, but we sent repair man out after hours the night you called about it and had the problems fixed within a 12 hour period. The homes can have issues but the way we handle it is what is important and we had both issues fixed fast. We talked to you a few times and The bed was never mentioned as being bad? Nor has any one else complained, but we are very sorry you did not have a good time , we thank you for staying with us and hope you have a safe trip home. Thanks Rebecca.

House HOT

Everything excellent with the exception of the AC. The owner had control of the AC setting and it was set at 78 F degrees during the day and it was 86 F degrees during the night. You could override the temp for approximately 2 hours but that made for very sleepless nights. In a nutshell the house was very HOT. We will not being staying here again.

Better communication for check in would've been nice. No information or direction was given where guard shack was * Blinds in living room did not turn to close for privacy at night * Pool had a lot of bugs, even after calling property manager, and pool cleaner came there were a lot of bugs. We didn't come on vacation to clean the pool each time we wanted to use it * Beds were very uncomfortable. Master Room's bed squeezed with the slightest movement. Neighborhood was quiet & people were friendly * Close to Walmart to get essentials.

Hi, thank you for staying. I am confused over your review. I have eight back-and-forth messages to you before you arrived .. in which we allowed you to check in six hours early on day of check in at no extra charge . Messages telling you how to get into the home, how to access the gate guard , all the instructions you would need to get in we sent to you and you responded .. so I am confused over that comment . . Also in Florida you will get bugs in the pool , that’s why we leave a net t for you to net them out , as the pool guy only comes once a week to clean pools and I see that you did not report anything about the blinds to me or the bed, so I am sorry to see those comments but I will get that looked at and fixed. Thank you for letting me know now in the review. . And thanks for staying.

This was our second stay at this lovely home. We enjoyed every aspect of the home and amenities. The owner and emergency contact staff responded to the 2 very minor issues that we had and rectified them in a very timely manner. The home was clean and spacious for my family of 5. The pool and spa were clean and enjoyable with a lovely furnished patio area around it. I personally loved the layout of the home and 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms which made it nice for myself and my older son to have privacy and relaxation with 3 teenagers. I read reviews about decor being outdated and the mattresses being uncomfortable. The decor is modest and works well to give it a lived-in feeling so you don't feel like you will break things by looking at them. The mattresses were not as comfortable as my own at home but I didn't rent to sleep. After hot exhausting days in the parks I was just happy to have a soft bed to lay in and I slept just fine. Given the choice between a more comfortable mattress and this great value for my money I would choose the latter everytime. My only suggestions would be a way to make the gameroom cooler to be able to enjoy it more during the hot rain showers when you can't enjoy the pool, perhaps a swamp cooler and bigger TV's in the ensuite bedrooms but neither of these things would prevent me from renting again when I am in the area. You get what you pay for

The house was pretty spacious with good sized rooms, a large master bath and big walk-in closets in two bedrooms. The pool and pool deck are nice, and the pool heater worked great. We felt very safe in the gated community. But…the house is in real need of a makeover. The mattresses are worn out, so they just put mattress toppers on all of the beds. All comforters and some towels are “well used” and should really be replaced. Many of the drawers in all four bedrooms are broken and won’t stay on the track, making them virtually unusable. The carpet is very dirty and stained in all the bedrooms and front sitting room. The kitchen appliances are all older and don’t work to top capacity…stove burners were glitchy even after we had maintenance look at them, ice maker didn’t work and dishwasher didn’t do a very good job. The kitchen really needs some pot holders and a good can opener. The game room is good as long as the weather isn’t too cold or hot because there is no heat or air in the garage. But I guess if they made all of these updates, the price would probably be a lot more as well. So, I guess you get what you pay for.

Nice dated house with some issues but very clean.

The community is secure with a 24 security guard. Major plus!!! There were a few issues with the house but nothing that tremendously affected my stay, if we ever come back to Florida I’d consider this house again. 1.There was a note from the management that someone would be by “tomorrow” to fix the vertical blinds and the leaky master tub. No one came during our entire stay of 8 nights. 2. The water pressure in the showers are weak in 2 of the 3 showers. The fixtures in the master shower are wobbly, the plumbing pipe within the wall is shaky which makes the fixture hard to adjust . 3. The lights in the house are not quite what I’m used to. The kitchen light needs time to warm up the fluorescent bulbs, the light flickers horribly when you first turn it on. The ballast might need to be changed. 4. The game room. This room is a repurposed garage. With the gas water heater and central ac units in there is makes the room a sauna in the afternoon when the sun warms the garage door. There wasn’t a time that the garage wasn’t warm/hot. The pool table in the game room is not quite level. The balls rollaway from the garage door toward the middle of the table . The air hockey table is operable and fun. You just need to keep score yourself as we couldn’t get the digital scoreboard to work. 5. The master bed is the most squeaky bed I’ve ever been on. You couldn’t move or get on or off the bed without waking your spouse. Squeaky! Squeaky! Squeaky!

Nice Place to Stay

The house is a nice house with nice pool in a gated community and a really good value. You need to buy your own toilet paper and paper towels and salt and pepper etc.
