Vista panorámica del puerto de Cruz Bay. El ático Love City Penthouse de 1 habitación es el escape perfecto (los recién casados echan un vistazo :)). Tendrá impresionantes vistas no solo de la hermosa Bahía Cruz, sino también de Caneel Hill y las islas periféricas de VI.

Este ático de la unidad final cuenta con un balcón cubierto exterior de 280 pies cuadrados y un área de descanso totalmente equipada para disfrutar de su café y desayuno por la mañana, y cócteles por la noche antes de su corto paseo por la ciudad para elegir entre más de una docena de excelentes restaurantes. Esta unidad también está completamente equipada para una cena romántica en. La cocina completa incluye una estufa de tamaño completo, refrigerador y lavaplatos, así como una parrilla afuera. Siempre puede tener la unidad completamente abastecida con sus comidas y bebidas favoritas antes de su llegada.

Location great, place was clean, kitchen, well stocked, and parking spot provided. Also beach chairs provided although they need to be replaced and also two coolers provided some things need to be fixed and upgraded for sure. Lighting above the bathroom sink is about as bright as a nightlight. Most plugs and light switches are loose and glitchy. And the beach chairs need to be replaced.

The Love city, 1bedroom penthouse was amazing. It was clean, decorated very nice and had everything we could ever need for our stay. We were there for two weeks to celebrate our 50th anniversary. To save on expenses, we went grocery shopping and bought things to grill outside on the provided grill. All utensils and dinnerware were also provided. We enjoyed staying in a few nights to eat supper on the amazing large patio overlooking Cruz Bay. We can't say enough about our hosts. They texted to check on us a couple times to see if we needed anything and quickly provided us with a new coffee carafe after I accidentally broke it while washing it, and wouldn't let us pay for it. It was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend staying there!Susan and Dave Paxton

Much needed vacarion

Perfect get away. Just what we needed. Close and convenient to local restaurants and bars. Easy walking distance to everything. Perfect place for morning coffee. Very relaxing.

What a View

Love City Penthouse was a perfect stay for two people. The hostess was great and responded within minutes to our questions. The crew at the front desk were friendly and helpful as well. This was our first time to visit St John, and the location was really convenient to restaurants and other attractions. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the covered porch. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Amazing views!!

This place has such an amazing view of Cruz Bay and the convenience to town with restaurants that you can easily walk to is a plus! The only things that were questionable was the A/C wasn’t strong and it was well into the night before the unit felt comfortable and the bed. Bed is very hard and make sure to bring your own pillow. Not comfortable at all. Parking was great as we had our own reserved spot to park in.

Perfect Cruz Bay Getaway

Excellent property for two! The owner is top notch and communicative. The condo is in great shape and well stocked for two people. It is in a perfect location for access to restaurants, shops and boat excursions. This is our second stay in this unit and we just love it!!

Just perfect for us

Love City Penthouse Studio was absolutely perfect for us. The size was ideal and offered the convenience of amenities that made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was convenient and walkable to town, which made exploring easy. The jeep rental available from the owners was straightforward and added to the flexibility of our trip. Communication with the management group was seamless, making the entire process stress-free. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking — you’ll never want to leave! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. John."

Cruz Bay

Very nice property with perfect walkable access to everything Cruz Bay. Walked easily to ferry dock on morning of leaving. very well stocked with everything you may need for your stay with the exception of food/drinks. We will be booking again soo! Highly recommend!

Kitchen:light and fan switches didnt work Bedroom: lights and fan switches didnt work ac didnt work Bathroom: shower control didnt work Elevator: did not work the whole time we were there(1 week) so we couldnt use pool or go out as much becausae of 4 flighyts of stairs We were never asked to be moved or accomidate us in any way. A 62 yr old and 58 yr old We recommended friends to stay there(Farnworth party) They could not visit us either because of stairs Very embarrassing June 10 no power for 2 hrs, generator never kicked in, freezer stuff melted Helen would just say sorry for inconveinence Very bad experience, we used them before, thats why we went back. I would appriciate a reply Thank you

Mixed Review

The unit is in a great location. Awesome views from the patio. Walk to everything. Unit was great. No issues. My issue is that when we arrived we were informed the elevator was Out Of Order. So we had a 4th Floor Walk Up for the week. Up and down ourselves was ok. Carrying luggage, food, beach chairs and garbage was a bit much. What if we couldn't make up 4 flights of stairs. We should have been informed.

Vacation not so good

It was bad from the time we stepped off ferry. Our greeter did not pick us up at ferry. We had to walk to the resort,but its not a bad walk. When we got to office at resort the greeter was there all cool and refresh. He then took us to the condo to settle in. When I askhim about the rental jeep he acted like he did not know anything about it. He did finally realize there was a jeep already delivered and in the assigned parking and got the key for us. Things went good until Friday afternoon the second day, when we walk into unit water on the floor,with A/C return leaking badly. We call front desk around 3:00 for maintenance. For five days we had to deal with calling for maintenance, damping trash cans full of water with mop buckets of water

Great views, incredible area

Pam’s property is the perfect place to stay and enjoy Cruz bay. Wake up to beautiful views, walk down the steps for access to 5-6 different amazing restaurants/bars. Very close to beaches. Would 100% stay here again!!

Penthouse getaway

We loved staying at the penthouse. It had everything we needed. It is an easy walk to downtown. The deck is a great place to watch the coming and going of the bay. We will be returning!!!

We bought this property to continue bringing ourselves, our children, family and friends to the island. We love the USVIs and BVIs....it has always felt like home to us! We cannot say enough about not only the beauty and serenity St. John oozes, but of the FUN that we have. The people are as beautiful as the views, and we rent our property with the motivation to bring you, your family and friends that same love and fun.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

These units provide unobstructed views clear from power lines (lower building views can be obstructed by power lines) and panoramic views of both St. Thomas (not visible in the far right units in Grande Bay) and Cruz Bay. Our family loves spending time on the balcony, and we would argue it has one of the best views there is :)
