Ubicada en el corazón de Boulder, nuestra hermosa casa es el punto de partida perfecto para explorar la ciudad y sus alrededores. ¡Todo es nuevo y está amueblado perfectamente! ¡Un gran lugar si está visitando a un niño en CU, en Boulder por trabajo o aquí para disfrutar de la increíble caminata! ¡Camina hasta las tiendas y restaurantes de la calle Pearl y también al campus de Google y a menos de 10 minutos en automóvil del parque Chautauqua para realizar increíbles caminatas! Relájese en su propio hogar acogedor lejos de casa. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita para pasar una noche en. 2 dormitorios con gran suite principal y baño adjunto. ¡Mucho espacio para una familia o 2 parejas! Apartment was clean and well decorated! It was a great location for University student and accessing Pearl street. Just note it is on third floor via stairs. We would definitely stay here again!

I had an incredible stay at this property and would absolutely recommend it. The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to a variety of restaurants and shops, which made getting around and exploring super convenient. Parking is tight but doable with two small SUV’s.Communication with Leslie was excellent from start to finish. She was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.Overall, a fantastic experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Boulder is pricey, and we booked a bit late. We couldn't find a 1-Br w a king sized bed, so this condo on 22nd St suited us. I didn't think we'd have to walk up to the third floor, which also meant we suffered greatly during the record heat of summer 2026. Heat rises. The manager was very responsive and had ordered an additional AC unit within 24 hours. We spent a month in CO, traveling around to different rentals and Inns and hotels for a month and no place has central air conditioning. Unless you're in an a high end hotel. So it's not their fault that it was 100F in a place that usually doesn't need efficent AC. They also offered us a discount for the nights we spent without adequate AC.The location is walkable to Pearl Street; we only did the walk once on a humid 89F night, otherwise it was blazing hot so we drove and paid a bit for parking. We never used the porch as it was too hot; again, not their fault!The best thing about this property was the bed. Very stable, lots of pillows, it is quiet on the top floor, we had wonderful sleep on that bed once it was cool.Kirchen was cozy and fridge was just big enough to handle our needs. The decor is cute. The window and doors and trim, table, etc., are aging but suited us just fine.The second best thing is the laundry right in the unit! Loved that, and got ahead of our laundry here. Thanks to the smart and responsive manager for helping us.

Wonderful place, convenient location

In town with a friend and his daughter for a Dad/Daughter weekend to visit my daughter who is studying at CU. We were looking for a location close to hiking and dinner options. The place hit the mark location-wise. It was incredibly clean with comfortable beds as well. I would highly recommend!

22nd street Apartment

Very nice. Walking distance to many locations like Pearl Street District, parks and CU campus.Would be 5 stars but it’s a third floor walk up and my legs were tired enough from all the hiking.

The location was amazing. The apartment was clean with up- to-date features. Parking is tight- but we could always get in our space, and I think that is probably par for the course in Boulder- we just had to let the passengers out before parking if the people on either side parked poorly. The shower curtain in the primary bathroom has some calcium buildup. It’s a 2 fix. Honestly we had a great stay - we came for a college visit for our daughter and it worked great. We had some personal car problems on check out day and it would have been nice to get a response on the app about a place we could contact for help since we don’t know anyone in the area.

I honestly have a hard time describing how disappointed I was in this property

I was here 70 days. September through December. To begin with I arrive on a cold winter day and the heat was out. The communication with the manager was awful and took me all night to figure out why the heat didn't work, turns out it was because the boiler was out and took 3 days for it to be fixed. It was 50° at night in September when I arrived. The house was also very dirty all the appliances did not work very well or were extremely noisy. There was not any recessed lighting in the ceiling so the entire apartment was very dark. Then come December the heat went out again for 2 days and the temperature in the apartment dropped to the 30° range and the apartment manager did nothing to try and get me heaters or fix it immediately and I had to basically suffer through freezing temperatures. Then in December when the heater did actually work it couldn't heat the apartment up past 55°. So no matter how cold it was outside you were stuck at a 50-degree temperature for the winter. The door latch did not work from the day I arrived. When I got there it was open and I assumed it was for the cleaners to let the sanitizer smell air out but soon I realized that was not true because every time a breeze blew by the door would fly open. The deck was a terrible location and looked out on the walkways in the parking lot so there was zero privacy when sitting outside. The only decent thing about the whole property was location other than that it was dirty the blinds all had holes in them the heater barely ever worked and manager was awful to talk to and the entire property just sucked.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It's typical of Boulder, the exterior Bldg is older and needs updating but the inside was well set up. It was a nice two bedroom with a small living and kitchen area, perfect for our needs. The little deck area was nice to have - no great views but still had fresh air and a nice place to enjoy coffee in the morning. We were very grateful for the air conditioning (not all places in boulder have that) and even though it's a weird set up - it worked beautifully and kept the entire place cool. I also want to say kudos to the management company. it's clear they want their guests to be happy. I had a small issue in the beginning and they were quick to make it right. I was clear they care and I knew we were in good hands. I would absolutely stay here again, really loved the location. Close to everything, can walk/bike/scooter over to the creek path and get to anywhere from there.
