¡Venga y alójese en el C5 Ranch!
Esta hermosa casa de campo de 5 dormitorios se encuentra en 30 acres cubiertos con grandes árboles de roble. Perfecto para una gran familia, grupos, reuniones, bodas, caminatas, pesca (los niveles de agua varían debido a la lluvia), observación de vida silvestre, natación, cuatrimotos, etc. Es realmente una hermosa escapada. A solo unos minutos del popular mercado de Magnolia y la Universidad de Baylor. El rancho C5 tiene comederos para ciervos que trabajan durante todo el año y tiene una gran cantidad de ciervos de cola blanca. Siéntese en el comedor o en el porche y observe los ciervos por las mañanas y por las noches. Una gran cancha de baloncesto con 2 objetivos ajustables, piscina y senderos es la escapada perfecta para que los niños jueguen y disfruten su estadía también.

Con 3 parrillas de barbacoa diferentes que se ofrecen en el rancho C5, puede asar en la piscina o en el área cubierta de la cocina al aire libre. Una tienda de comestibles está a menos de 10 minutos si elige comer en ella. Visite McGregor Tx (menos de 10 millas) para conocer los restaurantes pequeños de la ciudad de Texas, o Waco está a unos 15 kilómetros con una gran cantidad de tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento.

Great house - plenty of space to accommodate our group of 12 people. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our meals. We wished the ping pong table wasn’t broken. We enjoyed visiting with the friendly outdoor cat.

So Peaceful!

We had such a great time at Jon & Jessica's property! It is such a peaceful area outside of town. The pool and basketball court were perfect for our crew! Loved our stay, would highly recommend.

Very spacious

What a great house! Lots of living space for a good sized group. We had family and friends, 16 of us to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Baylor. The only think to know is that it is 30 minutes away from Waco.

Christmas trip

It was easy to find easy to check in the kids are disappointed. The ping-pong tables were broken. The outside kitchen was trash in the bin. The refrigerator had mold in it. It could’ve been a little cleaner. We enjoyed our stay.

Fun filled weekend

It’s beautiful and very roomy. Grandchildren in their twenties loved the basketball court and pool enjoyed the ping pong table The outside cooking area was awesome. We had a great visit with the family and didn’t feel crowded at all.

Beautiful Setting

The C5 ranch was an amazing home with a beautiful setting. We enjoyed our stay there very much. I asked if they could decorate it for Christmas even though we were there before Thanksgiving and a Jessica did. It was beautifuly decorated. It made our Thanksgiving/Christmas celebration memorable. A truly amazing place.

Girls weekend

Large house with lots of bedrooms ( no bunk beds) that suited 14 ladies ranging in age from the 20’s to the 70’s. The owner is VERY responsive. It is a country house that is casual. Wonderfully spacious dining room was great for meals, crafts, and late night chats. We had a wonderful stay!

Large Group Meeting

Centrally located for our Sales retreat and meeting this was ideal for the 10 of us in the group. Lots of parking Jon checking in on us the first evening and made sure we were ok! Outside Waco but close enough if something was needed. The pool was a plus with the weather being Texas hot summer. Thanks for everything!

Family getaway for 75th Birthday

We had a family gathering for a 75th birthday. We had a great time swimming and hanging out around the pool. There is a lot of space to accommodate large families. Beds were very comfortable! Master bath is wonderful! Jon came by to meet us and showed us how to use the hot tub. We had a situation with a grease fire while grilling burgers. Jon was very kind and a class act. The Collins are good people and you will be in good hands! Rent this property!

Great Thanksgiving week stay with family!

House was well-stocked, and owners so great to answer all my little questions by text throughout the week. Kids had a blast on basketball court and using trampoline. Even used hot tub once. Such a great country living in luxury experience with a beautiful large house, but with roosters and barn cats outside too. Our extended family had a great Thanksgiving together here; would definitely return. If I had to come up with something to suggest, it would be to have some comfortable furniture in the back so that family could sit around and watch kids playing on court, trampoline, etc.

The house is beautiful but could use some updates. Breakfast nook bench was all worn out. The upstairs bedroom had an artic cooling system that kept shutting down during the night.. It needed to be unplugged and plugged back in. Other issues too toework.

Peaceful Country getaway

Dont be scared off by this place being listed out in the country! It has everything you need to enjoy your getaway! The house was large enough to accommodate my large group, plenty of bathroom space and plenty of lounging around space. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to make our meals and it has a very nice covered outdoor kitchen as well. There was a large dining table so we could actually all sit together for meals, hard to find when you travel with a larger group. We utilized both the pool and the hot tub and even hiked to the back of the property and explored the riverbed. We got to watch deer wander thru which is always exciting for a city dweller. The owner was available to meet us at the property and give us a quick tour so we could ask any questions we had. It made for a very nice family retreat to reconnect and unwind. Highly recommend!

Lovely place

As a quick Christmas/appreciation getaway for our spa team, I was looking for a quiet and enjoyable place for us to relax, yet not be bored. With only two nights to steal away from work, this home was exactly what we needed! It's very clean, open, comfortable and pleasant. The pool, hot tub/spa, gas grill, fire pit, basketball court, swings, open and equipped kitchen, etc... such wonderful amenities... we used it all! And we really didn't want to leave. There were 7 in our group and the place was perfect for us. The home is beautiful, private and very peaceful grounds... yet right off the highway and easily accessible. A close drive to Waco if you're going to Magnolia... and Crawford its self is an adorable town too. The owners, Jon and Jessica, were an absolutely delight! Very accommodating, attentive and kind... and also very respectful of our time there. They showed us the house and took us around some of the property as well. We could have hung out with them all day though, they were very enjoyable company! I highly recommend this property.... I'd come back for sure.

Winning experience!

We stayed in the owner's lovely home during the Waco Ironman race and it was a wonderful experience. The homeowner was very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and hiking the property. The chickens were fun to watch in the morning and we were the lucky recipients of some fresh eggs. We really enjoyed our stay and the house must have been lucky because my husband qualified for the World Championship in St. George, Utah. Thanks Jon for being a great host.

This place is an Amazing Get away

Me and some friends were looking for a quick get away from Dallas to celebrate the New Year holiday. This was the perfect place. The house is simply stunning. Our group was just adults. It’s very private and secure. We felt like we’re at a resort. The house is very spacious. We hiked to the lake. Sat outside on the outdoor patio Kitchen area played cards, laughing and just enjoying everyone’s company. Jon and his wife are just the best people you’d ever want to meet very gracious hosts. They met us with the warmest welcome, gave us a tour and background on the property, and left us to just enjoy the beauty of the ranch. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable there’s plenty of bathrooms and dinning enough for 12. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Jon and Joanne!
