Stay in this cozy and fresh farmhouse just outside of Waco, Tx with conversational living area and beautiful views of farms and land. Plenty of room to spread out in the country with a short 15 minute drive to downtown Waco. There is so much to do in and around Waco including Valley Mills Vineyards, Lake Waco, Mayborn Museum, Baylor University, Magnolia Silos, Waco Zoo, and so much more!! You never know who you might see while you're visiting! There is an additional neighboring 3/2 vacation rental on the same property that can be added or rented separately.

It was great...plenty of room for us and a good central location from where we needed to be. It would have been nice to have access to the pool, but I understand it's across the street.

Overall was good place to stay, there were sheets left from previous renter in laundry room basket. Besides that the place was clean, noticed microwave/vent hood over stove did not work but there was a small counter top microwave available for use. Seen the same 3 deer appear in back pasture each day. One morning 2 horses and a donkey came by the back fence. Place was conveniently located to visit Waco (20 minutes), Woodway (15 minutes), Crawford (15 minutes) and Lake Waco (10 minutes) Helberg BBQ is 5 minutes away. Overall good location and nice home to visit the area. Thanks for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the house. It had everything we needed and it was decorated perfectly. Very cozy, soft beddings, and a lounging couch that wouldn’t let you leave. There was ample space in the front and back yard for both my toddler and dog to run around. We were greeted by neighborly horses at the fence when we arrived and that was such a treat. I would absolutely recommend the stay and would return for a future getaway. Thank you to our hosts for creating such a delightful retreat!

This is a lovely little farmhouse, so comfortable. Nice to be out of town while we stayed in the area. The owner was brilliant, so helpful, we stayed extra which was no problem to organize. Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay. Everything was clean, clean, clean! Beautiful decor and had everything we needed. A nice quick ride into Waco, but the peace of the countryside was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful retreat

This house is absolutely lovely. I cannot say enough about the comfort, cleanliness, and overall beauty of the home and property. We spent the Thanksgiving holiday and enjoyed family time in this quaint home. The two full bathrooms and full kitchen made it a true home away from home. And the beds are very comfortable!

Wonderful Stay at Waco

The home was a great place for our family to stay during our visit to Waco/Baylor. House felt welcoming, was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Host responded quickly to all question both before and after we reserved the home. Saving as a favorite in case we return to Waco.

What a gem!

What a cute little property! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms off of highway 6, a couple of doors down from Chip & Joanna’s. We loved being in the country. We loved the decor of the house and our delightful hosts who got back with us quickly every time we texted. The horses who occasionally visited along the back of our property made our grandchildren’s day when they came to visit. The fenced in yard and swing made us excited as we could let the kids play outside without worrying so the adults could visit. Overall, couldn’t be happier with this property.
