Welcome to Julep House - a thoughtfully remodeled 1950s Nashville home located just minutes from downtown in the vibrant Buchanan Arts District! While the accommodations and large fenced backyard make this a great place to escape and recharge, it's also a perfect launching point with excellent proximity to everything Nashville has to offer.

The space
Every aspect of this home has been remodeled to capture the charm and character of this property while creating a comfortable and upscale experience.

We use high quality memory foam mattresses and other sleeping accommodations for a great night's rest. Complementary earplugs are also provided. Each bedroom is designed with quality sleep in mind, so you can fully re-charge after a lively night in Music City!

Nashville has some of the best restaurants in the country, many of them located in the neighboring Germantown area, but sometimes a homecooked meal just can't be beat! For those occasions, we provide a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials you'll need.

When the celebration calls for libation, you'll find bottle and wine openers, a blender and margarita glasses, stemless wine glasses, and even shot glasses. And with the house being named for the Mint Julep, a refreshing southern cocktail, you can bet we also have a cocktail shaker!

Music is a love we share with our guests, and it's a prominent theme throughout the house. From the Audio Technica turntable and vinyl collection, to the playable instruments hanging around, you won't have trouble filling the space with sound. For the concert-goers, you'll be a short Uber ride from the honky tonks on Broadway, music row, and the best venues in the music city, including:

Relaxing in the large private fenced backyard is enhanced by the large patio, complete with Adirondack chairs and a propane fire pit.

Sometimes it's nice to just grab a book and curl up with a blanket on the large leather sectional. Or if digital is more your speed, you'll have a 65 inch 4k TV equipped with a Roku soundbar at your disposal. We don't currently include cable or streaming services, but you'll be able to easily sign into your personal accounts through Roku guest mode. And streaming music via Spotify or Pandora through the soundbar sounds great!

While this home is equipped to handle 10+ people, we think a group of 6-8 is optimal. We're happy to host up to 12, but keep in mind it may be a little cozier.
