Bienvenido a 6 Sailmaster Commons! Situado a través de la comunidad cerrada de Shipyard Plantation, se encuentra cerca de uno de sus 27 hoyos de campos de golf de campeonato y de 23 pistas Van Der Meer Tennis Resort.

6 Sailmaster cuenta con un patio de entrada privado con banco acogedor. Una vez dentro, la villa tiene un espacio abierto para el comedor y la sala de estar. La sala de estar da al patio trasero y a la laguna y tiene una gran TV de pantalla plana. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas y está justo afuera de la cocina de la cocina. Justo al lado de la cocina está el área de lavandería. También hay un tocador en el primer piso.

Tome las escaleras hacia el segundo nivel donde encontrará las habitaciones y los baños. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una nueva cama king size, TV de pantalla plana, balcón y baño privado. La habitación de invitados tiene un amplio espacio para todos sus invitados. Hay 2 camas individuales, así como, una litera y nido para dormir para 5 en total. También hay un televisor de pantalla plana, balcón y baño privado.

Sailmaster Commons Community se encuentra dentro de Shipyard Plantation en el extremo sur de Hilton Head. Hay una piscina comunitaria y está a solo un corto paseo en bicicleta de la playa. Los huéspedes de Sailmaster Commons tienen acceso al estacionamiento en el Shipyard Beach Club por orden de llegada.

Absolutely love this condo ! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. There is not another building in the back, it is full of different types of greenery and very relaxing. The owner was more than accommodating. No question we will rent this again.

Wonderful family vacation!

We loved staying in this condo within the Shipyard community. Short drive to the beach, the condo had everything we needed, and everything was so nice. We'd love to rent this condo again!

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our week at the condo. The location is great with beach, restaurants and shopping all close by. We love the big oaks and palm trees of the Shipyard plantation.

It was ok

The check in process was easy and all communication with beachside getaways was fine. The unit was well stocked which we appreciated. It was nice that they had extra dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags and even sandwich bags too. We loved the pool as well. It’s so close to the condo and quiet and clean. I wish they offered more info about the shipyard beach. The binder said the closest beach was coligney and there was nothing that expressly said we could use the shipyard beach which is right in the neighborhood and not NEARLY as crowded as coligney beach. The unit needs a good deep clean honestly. The air vents and baseboards were all dusty and there were dead gnats and stuff on the countertops when we arrived…it kind of looked like no one had been there in a while. The shower head in the king bedroom looks like its a million years old and was awful…barely any water pressure. The mattresses were all also awful and so uncomfortable. Even my kids complained about the mattresses and they will usually sleep anywhere. My husband ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor 🤦🏼‍♀️ Finally, the air conditioner went out on our last night there. We called the emergency line because it was the evening on Saturday. The guy said to flip the switch on the circuit breaker panel which we did and he came over. By the time he got there, it had turned on. The guy was very nice. Fast forward an hour or 2 later and it was back off again. Tried to call the number and left a message, tried to flip the switch again which didn’t work. We ended up sleeping with no air. The upstairs is hotter than the rest of the condo in the first place and it was miserable. We would never stay here again. I think beachside getaways was fine but the condo itself needs a big upgrade, especially with what you pay, in my opinion.

We would not stay again.

I love the Shipyard Plantation but would not stay in this condo again. We arrived and found it to be very dated and dark inside. The TV in the main area was completely dirty and covered in handprints and baby spit from the previous tenants. We contacted the rental company and they sent over Clorox wipes to clean it. The air return grates were very dirty and covered in dust. The beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were adequate but by no means luxurious. Beware, the back patio door is broken and installed backwards. It is locked with a pin. We had some trouble installing the pin after opening it one time. Because of the installation you can open the door on both sides, but you can only open the door from one side in order for the pin to go back in securely. I would have loved to sit on the back patio but the furniture on the upper back deck was dated, rusted and dirty. The bottom patio furniture was dirty as well.

Good location

We really enjoyed our stay at 6 Sailmaster. The location was great (close to the beach, walking trails and Coligny) and the owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries. The unit is stocked with everything you need for your stay and the BBQ was a nice bonus.

Everything was wonderful.

The location was good, the Villa was great too. We had a wonderful time. I love the decor. We live on a river and love all wildlife. And we saw it all out and inside on the walls. . Thank you to the administration for making sure we were always comfortable. Oh yes the restaurants! So many and they were all excellent.

Fantastic time in HHI

We loved this townhouse and proximity to the pool and beach. It was nice to have such a clean place to stay, and the kitchen was very well appointed for all of our needs.

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is great, clean, quite and has everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool, the bike rides to the beach and all the nature around. A lot of the restaurants in the area get super busy, so we ended up cooking for most of our meals. The kitchen is fully functional and had everything we needed. Great stay and would (will) come back again.

Family vacation

Great condo and location for our family summer vacation. Check in was easy and my kids enjoyed their own space. Loved having a short walk to the pool and close to two great beaches.

6 Sailmaster fun!

My husband and I had a 10 day stay here; and we enjoyed every moment. The location is ideal to Coligny and the beach. Bike trails everywhere. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. The only thing that needs some help is the rear terrace. Some of the greenery really needs cutting back and in size (small) it does not compare with the other terraces in Sailmaster. It rained a bit, so we put together a puzzle and enjoyed the Large screen TV. We never spoke with the owners, but Beachside Getaway was always available to any needs. We definitely will book again. We love HHI!

It’s a nice condo...

The house was perfect for our family trip, it can sleep there seven people comfortably, but we were only three. It’s only a short bike ride from the beach. The only issue is that when someone is having a shower there is a huge noise downstairs that it will disturb if someone is watching tv. It didn’t disturb us because we didn’t have time for tv. It’s was our third time in Shipyard Condo and we were pleased again.

Last minute family beach trip

Lovely stay at your condo. Nice pool. Beautiful community to bike around. Saw lots of wildlife..Bucks swimming in water behind condo, alligators, birds. Well equipped condo and loved having many basics there. A rare treat! It was perfect for our family of 4

Hilton Head Getaway

Although there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to leasing in this community, ie the wildlife, bike paths, etc., once you are settled in, you cannot help but have a great time. We were unaware of the private beach which was disappointing. We loved hearing all the wildlife noises at night! LOVED the cooler evenings. LOVED being fairly close to Coligny Park and Beach. Plenty of dishes for entertaining! We met up with friends who all leased in different parts of Shipyard - getting around was awesome on our bikes with baskets which we were able to set up through the rental company! We did not feel there were a sufficient amount of beach towels provided. For those of us traveling with our family by plane, we don't have the beach supplies such as beach chairs or umbrellas and they are not provided with this unit, but they are available for daily rental which can get expensive for a family of 4. We truly enjoyed this location for getting around.

Centrally located, clean property!

We loved our stay at 6 Sailmaster Commons! It was centrally located to everything and clean, plus having a washer and dryer was essential to keeping up with laundry and ensuring we had an endless supply of clean towels. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets if we needed anything extra. Our two young girls loved the bunk beds! The community pool is AMAZING!!!!! So well kept, and the gentlemen who takes care of the pool lives in the neighborhood and clearly cares. He works so hard and it shows. If anything--the pool and central location made our whole stay! Our only complaint was with the exterior landscaping as it encroached on the pathway to the home and wasn't very appealing in the backyard, but they did come and trim the front bushes at the end of the week per my request. The front walkway is the only reason why I gave 4 stars on cleanliness because this affected our walk into the home. If we didn't have to carry anything in we were fine, but if we had a bag slung over our shoulder or tried to walk bikes into the fenced in area we would run into bushes. Again, this is something they cleaned up toward the end of the week which made a huge difference. We didn't spend a lot of time on the back patio, which would have been nice had the landscaping been better, but overall if you're not at the house other than to sleep and eat a few meals, you'll be happy here! We will definitely be considering this property for our future stays in Hilton Head!

Wonderful

The location of the condo was perfect. Shipyard is a beautiful gated community with shaded bike trails and beach access. The condo was clean and spacious. Everything that you could need was supplied. Loved it!

Shipyard condo close to everything

Clean condo that is located a short bike ride to the beach and Coligny Circle. The condo was a good size it has a nice view of the lagoon. We enjoyed our stay there and would rent it again.
