Just A Short Shaded Walk To The Beach.

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Villa, (Sleeps 6)

Our Villa is at the front of the Beachwalk neighborhood (#107), which has the best and quickest beach access of any condo complexes in the Shipyard community. It’s only a short (5 minute) tree-shaded walk along the beach path to the Shipyard Beach Club and to the Atlantic Ocean. It is across the street from the Sonesta Beach Resort, the Van der Meer Tennis Center, and 27 holes of championship golf. It’s just a short walk to the Beachwalk community pool. Shipyard has two gated entrances providing quick access to everything on the island. Your booking includes a Shipyard Gate pass. An additional pass is available for a $25 fee, just ask at your time of booking.

This one level, first floor open concept living/dining area is perfect for gathering and relaxing. Dine inside or out on the elevated deck overlooking the lagoon and glimpses of the golf course. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The second full bathroom is off of the hallway.
Plus, your pup is welcome to join you!

Our host was very responsive whenever I reached out to him. Furniture and bedding was comfortable. Kitchen was well furnished. Nice deck with comfortable table and chairs, surrounded by trees. The beach is easily accessible and all the accessory type of items you would want to take to the beach were provided. We would enjoy staying here again.

The condo was spacious and as described. The location was great. Cleaning was not perfect but adequate. Suggest that not the same amount of (eg dishwasher pods) be left for a seven day stay as a two day stay. For some reason the master shower temp would never get past warm, so we showered in the secondary bathroom.

Perfect location near Sonesta Resort. A five minute walk to the beach or parking is available at Sonesta. The condo is on the first floor and is as advertised. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen fully equipped and up-dated. We will return.

The location was exactly as described very short walk to the beach. Pool area was excellent. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Furnishings were great. If you are viewing online photos for appliances, the coffee maker has been upgraded (k-cup, coffee maker combo). Back deck was recently replaced. We had a family of 5, for part of week and we were very comfortable in the space. Full size washer and dryer came in handy. Beach chairs were great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you for sharing your lovely home. Lots of wildlife to see around Shipyard.

There were 6 of us and a dog. We had plenty of room . There was a really nice air bed there we used. So no one had to sleep on the pull out couch . We had everything we needed. The beach access was very easy walk. And our host was more than accommodating. We hope to stay there again. 🤩

Beautiful condo, the complex was very nice, beautiful landscape, easy access to both the walk to the beach and to the pool. Cliff was so helpful and easy to work with. Definitely would stay there again. We enjoyed our week in Hilton head!

Great location, kitchen is fully stocked to make meals , the unit is spacious, nicely decorated. Close walk to the beach , close walk to the hotel for bars and coffee shops. The condo is extremely close to all sorts of restaurants and grocery stores.

Animal smell

The apartment is very nice but there is definitely a smell of dog urine in the one bedroom and the living room. I think there should be a deep cleaning for sure.

Amazing location and host

Everything was great! Host was very communicable and the location was fantastic! 6-7 min walk to the beach. Neighborhood was very quiet and the pool was private. Looking forward to booking the same location next year!

Hilton Head Beachwalk condo

Cliff’s condo is beautifully decorated and in a great location. He was quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed the pool and the beach as well as his deck overlooking a lagoon. We would stay again if we return to HHI.

So quiet and easy shaded walk to the beach. The kitchen was the best-equipped that we've experienced in a rental. Cliff was helpful and prompt in all of our communications!

Birthday golf vacation

We had a great stay at Cliff's condo. We were able to bring our two dogs along for the trip as well. The location is fantastic, beautiful walking trails and even better golf. The condo came with everything that we needed, we will be staying here again!
