Updated Villa with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a loft!

Enjoy a getaway in this gorgeous updated Villa on Hilton Head Island just a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Take walks along the beach with private beach access from the gated community. After a long day of fun in the sun come back to this spacious Villa and enjoy the updated kitchen and coffee bar. Make memories as you ride bikes around the community or grill out on the patio. If you don't feel like cooking this home is centrally located to several restaurants and great shopping!

Our two story villa in located in the beautiful Shipyard community; where you will find a communal pool, private beach access, bike paths, and lush greenery.

From the moment you get onto the island you’ll feel the great family atmosphere and never want to leave. Our villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with a large family style table that seats 6, along with a small bar and stools for sitting. The dining room is open to the living room where there is a large couch and love seat, 50 inch TV with cable box, and a stocked coffee bar. You may enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee or nights grilling on our patio. The patio is secluded and fully furnished with chairs, tables, and a grill. Downstairs there is also a half bath and laundry room available for use. When you go up the stairs, you’ll start with the loft area that has a bunk bed and TV with roku. The owners suite has a king bed, private balcony, TV with cable box, and full bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, TV with roku, and full bathroom with vanity and tub/shower combination.

We offer 2 adult bikes, 1 children’s bike, and a bike trailer for your use. If you need anymore rentals there are various businesses very close to the home to accommodate.

The pool is just a 3 minute walk from the villa. The beach is less than 1 mile, 20 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride, or just a quick drive. The beach access has bike racks and parking spots available.

The island is full of great restaurants and activities; from boat or kayak rentals, dinner or dolphin cruises, various restaurants and shopping, or just taking a nice walk or bike ride on the beach.

Amazing Stay

We love this condo and the Shipyard community! The condo is clean and spacious and provides everything you need, and the extra bunks in the loft/hall area are great for kids. There is plenty of seating in the family room and outdoors on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay and Angela is very responsive when we had a few questions.

Overall, we really liked it. We had a few issues with the screen door but the owners were sending someone to fix it. Overall, it was super convenient to the pool and the beach. The kitchen was well furnished and there was ample space for my family of 6. The best part was that there were towels and beach chairs that we could use for free.

Beautiful Townhome

This townhome was beautifully decorated, very clean and had very comfortable beds. All the details were thought of and there was tons of space for the 6 of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean condo

Four adults stayed one week at 33 Sailmaster and we had a comfortable relaxing stay. There was a slight problem at the beginning that the owners rectified within an hour. The rooms are comfortable, well furnished and attractive. There is a wonderful outside space with enough furniture for a group that we enjoyed every morning for coffee and every evening for drinks. We have stayed in various condos in the Shipyard area and this was one of the best we have rented. We would highly recommend this property to anyone, there are two comfortable bedrooms and a loft area that can sleep 3 children. Great place to stay!!

Feels like home away from home

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo, and it feels more and more like a home away from home each time we come back. There’s plenty of room for our 6 kids to sleep and hang out. Short bike rides to the beach are the best. Angela is an incredible host! We will be back!

Well equipped with all major appliances one needs. large byard patio with seating for 8 and BBQ as well front courtyard with seating for 4 furniture. wine fridge.a nice touch and enough room for wine beef and soft drinks. Better than the Pictures.

Very clean. Beautiful location. Lots of space for hanging with a large family. The beds are comfortable and bedding/ towels feel like good quality. The bike ride to the beach was great and close enough our 6 year old could do it with ease. The back patio is a dream in the morning to just sit with a cup of coffee or grill up a meal for your family. The outdoor shower was great for after beach trips. Angela was always available if had any questions. A great stay and we would recommend to any large family.

Excellent accommodations

This home is so nicely renovated and clean. The decor is both beachy and homey with lots of room for sleeping. Kitchen is equipped with all gadgets and appliances necessary. There are bikes, beach chairs, beach towels and beach games! All of these are a huge bonus especially when traveling with kids and don’t have enough room to pack everything. Location is PRIME! Quietly tucked away in shipyard resort, and 3 to 5 minutes away from beach access, shopping and food! Lovely home and a great stay.

We are a growing family of 9 from Wake Forest, NC. Hilton Head Island has been a place our family has been vacationing for over 15 years. We love everything the island has to offer; from the beautiful beach access, the wonderful shops and restaurants, and the tranquil family atmosphere. We purchased our villa in 2018 and have shared and experienced many memories with our growing family and friends. We put a lot of work into our home to ensure future renters will experience the same care and love we have throughout the years. We hope you enjoy!
