We returned again to this beautiful and comfortable home, because it is so special. It is beautifully decorated and has many amenities. The location is excellent. We love being able to walk to the inlet to swim, kayak, and picnic, and appreciate the close proximity to shops and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. The owner is lovely and attentive to all of the details that make the home a wonderful vacation destination. We plan to come back next summer.

The owners were incredibly kind, responsive and professional. The house is even better in real life than it was in the photos. So nicely decorated. The home is very quiet and private despite having other homes nearby. Plenty of beds for our family. The master bedroom is spectacular, and two other rooms have a balcony overlooking a children’s playground. The house would be perfect for a family with little kids. I highly recommend this home!

We had a fabulous time on our Cape vacation. Beautiful house and everything we needed was there. So much fun for the kids and the adults. Super, super clean and comfortable! We loved this house and the hosts!

Comfortable and spacious getaway spot

Our family enjoyed our few days. The kitchen was well stocked with basics, there were plenty of beach towels and chairs, and we loved the outside patio and firepit. The primary and kids dorm room both have skylights which does mean an early start to the day!

Home away from home

The photos of this house don’t do it justice - as soon as you walk in you feel at home - clean - every room was stocked with necessities enough to last 3-4 weeks ….with books and games for all ages, .Hostess , Anne W. was so helpful and accessible at all times - highly recommend this experience

Family vacation in E Falmouth

This property is fabulous...more beautiful and welcoming than the posted pictures!! The owner provides so many activities for the family...books, games, toys and even a playground set for the littles as well as anything adults or older kids need for the beach or outdoor activities With all the household amenities available, it was like staying at a luxury resort but better because it’s a private home. Plenty of communal and personal space for our group of 10. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here!!

Beautiful Christmas stay with Family in Falmouth

This house is stunning - truly has everything you could want for a wonderful family vacation. There are many bedrooms - each with its own unique personality. The kitchen was spotless, had all new appliances and had everything you could want for cooking fabulous meals. The house has games, charming books everywhere, bikes to use and is located in a lovely spot near Falmouth beaches and also to Main Street in the town. Anne is a wonderful host and was always available to answer any questions. We had a wonderful Christmas here - I loved this home!

A Cape Gem

This home is perfect for a family gathering of any kind. The house has all the amenities you would need for a getaway if any kind. Spacious, with bedrooms to accommodate small or larger groups. The outside patio was a great addition to enjoy the nighttime fires, and yard space which allowed for the traditional family cornhole tournaments. The owner was so helpful with any questions I had, quick to respond! Home is convenient for trips to other cape towns, attractions and beaches.

Beautiful home in Falmouth

This home is absolutely beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. We had a large group with different ages and everyone was beyond satisfied. Perfect! Especially, if it isn't a beach day!

We were 10. Two seniors, four adults, one teenager and an eleven, nine and five-year old. Spacious and well-equipped. Lots of books, games and outdoor furniture. Our little ones especially loved the beds in the windows on the the third floor! Easy to spread out. Hosts were very easy to work with.

Incredible home!

We have stayed in countless VRBO/Air b&Bs all over the world. This home is TOPS. Anne’s home is warm, inviting, and has literally everything you may need. If you have kids, you will have a hard time prying them away from the most magical collection of books and toys. The basement is heaven for kiddos. The pictures don’t do this gorgeous home justice. Reclaimed wooden floors, insanely beautiful master bedroom, and a dreamy kitchen. We truly loved our time here and will be back!

Fabulous Falmouth Home

This property was more than a house on the Cape. It was a home for our family Thanksgiving gathering. The property is well appointed with plenty of room for the kids (the game room on the ground floor and the kids' dorm on the top floor were major hits). The kitchen is spacious and efficient (two ovens!). The little touches (Alexa throughout the home, outdoor play area, and a sitting room adjacent to the open kitchen/dining room) made our visit a wonderful experience. The owners were gracious, attentive, and available if needed. We have rented homes up and down the East Coast (Maine to South Carolina). This rental is number 1!

Would highly recommend

The property owner is super responsive and helpful, and the house is lovely. It's in a great location drive-able to our favorite falmouth beaches. The neighborhood has almost no car traffic so it's great for riding bikes and jogging, and the neighbors we passed were all friendly. The garage had bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. Everything you need! And the inside of the house was really well equipped too. The kitchen was amazingly high-end and well stocked. We also all loved the living room sofa. It's comfier than any of ours at home! My only suggestion for improvement would be room-darkening shades for the bedrooms (sunzero drapes are so good and cheap at target!). We were all up with the sun every day. We'll just bring eye masks next time - would definitely rent again.

Exquisite, large home in great location in Falmouth, Cape Cod

My wife and I are experienced VRBO users. With that in mind, this wonderful and gracious home in Falmouth was one of the nicest, beautifully decorated, well-equiped properties that we have ever stayed in! To begin with, Anne, our Hostess, was not only kind and helpful, but she was very quickly responsibe. The house itself is about 4,000 square feet, has 4 usable floors, 4 main bedrooms with an attic which is decorated and allows sleeping for at least 6 adults/children. The furniture is high quality, the kitchen fully equipped, a back patio with nice big, teak table, firepit, and Weber grille: all ready to go!. The basement has a TV viewing area with chairs, ping pong table, and a large table with benches for children and games. There are innumerable numbers of games and also good quality mountain bikes, and even 2 kayaks! The property is amazingly convenient and close to downtown Falmouth and the campy community of Woodshole. All in all, an exquisite and outstanding home with best-quality Hostess: we will be back!

Beautiful, spacious home in a great location

This beautiful home has so many features and amenities that everyone in our family (toddler, parents, uncle, and grandparents) had an enjoyable visit. The house is in excellent condition with a high-end kitchen, lovely decorator details, and lots of amenities for fun for the whole family. The layout is spacious and comfortable for a group. We loved the inlet within walking distance where our toddler went swimming, and we returned at dusk to relax on a bench and soak in the natural beauty. Anne even provides kayaks to use at the inlet. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and within easy reach of restaurants and shopping, beaches, walking trails, and the ferry to Matha's Vineyard. Anne was very helpful and easy to reach when we had questions. This is an outstanding home, and we look forward to coming again!

Our Stay In Falmouth

This property in Falmouth was as advertised! The house was very clean and everything was in great working condition. The atmosphere was very welcoming and had all the comforts of our own home. The host Anne, was very good about answering any questions we had and was attentive to our needs. I noticed this property is very kid friendly and had many activities for children even though our group was all adults. Great location as well, close to the ferry and shopping. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy some time on Cape Cod.

Impeccable & Cozy

This was our families first time on the Cape and we not only had an amazing experience but the hospitality, cleanliness, spaciousness, and accessibility of the home made our trip top notch! Anne shared great tips for places to visit and restaurants to try. The check-in and out process was seamless and there is more than enough amenities and supplies at the home - more than any other vacation rental we’ve stayed at. Oh and the decor is spot-on! We hope to be able to visit the Cape again as well as this home. Thank you to Anne & family!

Amazing

This house exceeded my expectations and was the perfect place for my family of 10 to create life long memories. The host could not have been nicer. The house was immaculate, spacious and so beautifully designed… the play room and upstairs loft were an added bonus! Would definitely stay here again! Was so sad to leave!
