Location, Location, Location

Except for some needed (and scheduled) building repairs, the condo and medium-size complex were great. It is conveniently located…restaurants and grocery store within a short walking distance, the private beach access is just a few yards from the building, and the balcony provides a nice view of a small park and its tree lighting ceremony. The heated pool and hot tub area is beautifully landscaped and offers a beautiful view of the beach and sunsets. The condo was clean, comfortable, and offered everything needed for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Additionally, 2 assigned covered and secured parking spaces are provided, as well as guest parking, which is located in the gated private parking area. The owner, Jill, and the property manager, Rita responded promptly to any questions/concerns and were very accommodating. I will definitely consider a return visit in 2023.

A month in paradise!

This property is spacious and lovely! More like a home than a rental condo. Our family enjoyed a fantastic month. The condo is beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you need for a nice long stay at the beach. The relatively few number of primarily owner occupied units contribute to a private and secure experience around the pristine property and pool. A very favorable bonus in comparison to many of the weekly rental properties we've stayed in the past. The pool area is resort-like and the water was miraculously cool and refreshing at all hours of the day. Not to mention very clean and never crowded. A perfect spot to spend the day or drop in before/after the gorgeous beach just steps away. We grew up on these gulf coast beaches... and being there never disappoints! Nothing compares to the soft white sand, warm, crystal clear Caribbean blue water and breathtaking sunsets. Thank you for sharing your dream home with us, Jill. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Paradise

Excellent location in Indian Rocks Beach. The property is located on the beach and pool area is really good. You can watch the best sunsets in earth from here. The 2 bedroom Condo is in really good condition and it is very well equipped. It has everything to make you feel at home. Property Manager has great customer service to make sure you have the best stay you can have. On site Manager is wonderful and really helpful! This is my third time here. I love this property.

Paradise in Indian Rock Beach

This Condo has the best location in Indian Rocks Beach. The property is located on the beach and has 2 parking spaces. You can watch the best sunsets in earth from the balcony. The 2 bedroom Condo is in really good condition and it is very well equipped (only need to bring is food and drinks). It has everything to make you feel at home. Property Manager is extremely friendly and she is always go the extra mile to make sure you have a wonderful stay. On site Manager is wonderful and really helpful! This is my second time here and I am thinking to book it again for next summer!

Relaxing vacation

This condo is in a great location, with many nearby restaurants, nature trails, and of course, the beautiful beach. The condo is well stocked with kitchen items. I appreciated the closet and storage space available for our stuff. Thank you Jill for a wonderful stay!

Paradise in Indian Rocks Beach

Great Condo with excellent location in Indian Rocks Beach. This property is pretty much located on the beach and you can watch the sunset from the balcony (at least during June-July). The sunsets are the best on the planet!! The Condo is in really good condition and it has everything to make you feel at home. The common areas and in excellent conditions. Property Manager is really friendly and she is always on top of things to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We spent 34 days there and had a great experience. We will go back in at heartbeat!!

Great Beach Access - Located within walking distance to many shops, parks and restaurants.

Beach Lovers will certainly enjoy staying at this large, 2 bedroom condo. It's just steps to the beautiful Florida sand, along the Gulf Coast. The condo is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants of all sorts. This unit is well-appointed and stocked with most necessities. The kitchen appliances appear to be fairly new and were great for cooking a family meal. It has a nice dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The owner provided plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, cups, silverware, etc. The Master Bedroom, Bath and Closet are all exceptionally spacious and there were plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The second bedroom is of adequate size and has its own full bath right outside the door. Although the unit is on the second floor, an elevator makes getting to and from the condo very easy. Also, the property provides carts, which proved to be of great help when checking in/out and unloading groceries. The owner was very pleasant and agreeable. She made checking in and out a breeze. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to experience a "Florida Beach Vacation". We thoroughly enjoyed our Holiday stay but would like to make the following suggestions, so as to enhance the experience for future guests: *A Keurig Coffee Maker (or something similar) in the Kitchen for convenience. *Living area could use more light. It is rather dark in there, especially at night. A light kit on the ceiling fan would help. *The fireplace track lighting does not seem to function properly - bulbs would not stay on. *The ceiling fan in Master Bedroom needs to be mounted more securely. It could not be used at all, due to an extreme "wobble". *Can light in bar area needs to have bulb replaced. THANKS SO MUCH FOR SHARING YOUR LOVELY HOME WITH US!
