Este condominio bellamente decorado ofrece todo lo que necesita para una gran escapada a la playa. A solo unos pasos de la arena, puedes cruzar la calle para disfrutar de las increíbles puestas de sol o simplemente sentarte en el balcón disfrutando de la brisa del Golfo. La unidad B ofrece 2 dormitorios y 1 baño. Cocina totalmente equipada donde puede ahorrar dinero haciendo comidas familiares. También ofrecemos más que suficientes "cosas divertidas" para los niños. Tu unidad está llena de juegos, y afuera tenemos hockey de aire, mini baloncesto, hoyo de maíz y muchos otros juegos de playa. Sillas, sombrillas, refrigeradores e incluso vagones para facilitar el transporte están ahí para su conveniencia. Prepara una bolsa y vete a Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. Great Location!!

Best location! One block from the beach, convenience store/gas station and amazing restaurant both next door. Tonya is a wonderful host excellent with communication if you need anything. The unit was very clean and had anything you could need or want. Our family loved staying here and had a difficult time leaving. Just an excellent stay!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful home right across from the beach. Have an ocean view from your front sitting area. Looks like everything is new and updated. Had the ability to cook meals or go out to the many restaurants around you. They have a back sitting area which is very nice and various items to make the walk to the beach easy. Hosts are very warm and friendly and great to rent from. I would definitely recommend and stay here again myself.

Excellent Vacation

My husband and I chose to vacation here for our wedding anniversary. I really can’t say enough about this wonderful place. The location is awesome. It’s a short walk to the beach and it’s beautiful. The home was clean and well stocked. Tonya was very responsive and answered any questions that arose. She and her husband are kind and their property is great. The chairs, umbrellas, and wagon for the beach are a great perk. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Beach Weekend

This is a great condo for visiting the beach. Beach access is across the road. Condo has everything you could need. Beautiful outside area in the back w a Key West vibe Plenty to do in the area driving up and down Gulf Blvd. Owner extremely responsive. Quick weekend get away but we would definitely rent again.

Indian Rocks Vacation!

The rental unit was clean and comfortable for our 2 night stay. Close to beach access and within walking distance of restaurants. The only complaint and it’s not really a complaint but maybe a suggestion would be to have some night stands or small table-shelf beside the beds. The owner was great to work with and very responsive; she even brought us an iron upon request! I would HIGHLY recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in the area

Amazing

This place is amazing! Super clean and the location is great! Right next to an excellent Italian Restaurant. Tonya is so attentive and has think of everything from dishwasher soap to a series of table games! Even the rain made the place more cozy! There is access of Netflix, Hulu and others. You just have to sign into your account. The place is away from big crowds and just a few minutes from a magnificent French bakery and the best breakfast in town. I’m definitely coming back! Thank you again Tonya.

Great place to stay

This property is very beautiful, clean and packed with everything you need to have an awesome beach day. Tanya was very nice and responds so fast, she is very accommodating. The area is perfect, you are walking or biking distance to many things. Kooky coconut, Crabby bill's, the ice cream shop and jakes cantina. We road our bikes to The breakfast club and had an amaZing breakfast. And we rented bikes from the owners of this beach house. Kayaks and paddle boards where available as well.

Absolutely Wondeful!

First of all our host Tonya was AMAZING! Super helpful and accommodating! The place was gorgeous and homey! Plus you just can't beat the short stroll to the beach! We loved our stay and Tonya, hope to stay again!

Awesome!

Very close to the beautiful beach. Easy to cross the road. Property was great! Very clean and has everything you need—Including items for the beach. The backyard was nice to enjoy during the evenings. We would definitely stay again! The hosts were very assessable and easy to work with.

I highly recommend this rental, everything was perfect !! Tonya our host was wonderful, she was easily accessible for anything we needed. This rental was clean, up to date and well stocked. I rented both two bedroom condos for our family vacation. It was perfect and allowed for privicy. The outdoor living space was wonderful and frequently used by us. The cleanliness of this rental was amazing . Tonya did not miss a single detail .
