Living Room: The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and a cozy reading nook.



Kitchen: The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. It's fully equipped with all the essentials to cook a meal. A Keurig, organic K-Cups, and Sugar in the Raw packets are provided for your stay. We've got you covered!🍴



Bedroom 1: Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind! Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed with plush pillows, a wall-mounted TV, and blackout blinds for uninterrupted sleep. 💫



Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, soft linens, and a plush pillow. A cozy chair is positioned in the corner for you to sit down and put on your sneakers before heading out for a day of adventure. Both rooms have plenty of hangers for clothes and luggage racks. 💫 ‼️ Bedroom 2 can be reached by passing through Bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 has access to the laundry room and an outside door. To access the bathroom from Bedroom 2, you’ll need to walk through Bedroom 1. 🛏️



Bathroom: Enjoy a coastal and contemporary blue bathroom with a spacious stand-up shower featuring sleek glass and gorgeous tile work. The bathroom's blue color scheme creates a calming and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for washing away the sand and salt from a day spent at the beach. 💦



Outdoor Spaces: Both outdoor areas feature "Tiffany" blue-painted ceilings on the porches, providing a charming touch. These spaces are ideal for relaxing and basking in the Florida sun and fresh air. A lovely new blue ombre mural and a spacious table offer a delightful setting for outdoor dining. It's the perfect place to savor a cold drink and capture a quick photo against the mural. Transitioning to the hand-stenciled front patio, you can unwind with a cup of morning coffee or indulge in a good book. A Little Free Library is conveniently situated across the street for book lovers. As the sun sets, the twinkling string lights illuminate, creating a magical atmosphere that sets the mood perfectly! 💙🩵



The Beach: While we're not beachfront, the cottage offers the best of both worlds. Just a stone's throw from the beach access entrance, you'll enjoy the convenience of a less than five-minute stroll to the pristine shoreline. Embrace the perfect location for your beach retreat! 🌊

The Neighborhood:

Blue Escapes is two blocks from the beach! You can see the beach access from our driveway, which makes it the perfect location. Blue Escapes is a five-minute walk to Cafe de Paris, Beach Wave Grill, Coco Crush, and a 10-minute walk to The Turkish Flame! 🍊🐚



Please remember that this is located in a residential neighborhood and to be kind and courteous during your stay. Locals enjoy their peace and quiet, and we want this to remain a piece of paradise for everyone to share and love.



Getting Around:

- Some restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

There is free public parking throughout IRB. We supply three bikes (two adults and one child) for guests to enjoy during their stay!

- There is a local trolley stop on our corner. The Suncoast Beach Trolley is a cheap and fun way to explore the area! If you plan to use the trolley during your stay, we recommend downloading the Flamingo & Transit app.

- IRB is slightly south of Clearwater Beach and less touristy, which makes our town even more special. 🍹



- 15 min drive to Clearwater Beach 💦

- 20 min drive to John's Pass 🐬

- 25 min drive to Dunedin 🍻

Other Things to Note:

- ‼️TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays. 🌀



- Forget about packing or renting beach gear! We provide our guests with towels, four chairs, coolers, a beach wagon, an umbrella, and sunblock. Additionally, there's a big bag of beach toys for the little ones. ⛱️



- There are two adult bicycles and one kids' bike for you to enjoy during your stay. 🚲



- We offer a pack-n-pack at the property at all times. A crib is available upon request! If you book our property & need additional baby equipment (crib, bathtub, etc.), please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’ll gladly assist! 🚼



- The driveway fits two vehicles. 🚗



- The owner parks their golf cart, which is available for rent, on a separate driveway covered with a black tarp. Please do not tamper with the cart. Thank you.



- ❄️ AC INFO: When using the air conditioning between May and August, kindly avoid setting it below 75°F from noon to 8 PM, and remember to adjust it to 78°F when leaving the property. This practice allows the AC to defrost and operate more effectively in the evening.
