Our 35 foot stationary Cozy Camper is privately nestled in the trees, on our 20 acre property in the country. (It is near the road but if you can handle some occasional road traffic, you will love our place!)
☆ NEW Laundry Shed for your convenience! Rest on the porch while waiting for the clothes to wash.

Enjoy hearing the birds, see occasional deer, watch squirrels play in the trees, drink your coffee out in the yard chairs as the morning sunlight shines through the trees. Enjoy a picnic or watching the stars while sitting around the Gas Fire Pit and roast marshmallows.
Rest on our comfy bed, take a long shower with tankless hot water, cook a yummy meal, kick back and catch up on your favorite shows or play a card game.

Pleasant days and time together.

You'll enjoy the cozy camper. Alli has it furnished so nicely and has even thought of small but helpful things like a colorful row of hooks on back of doors for hanging extras like coats or towels. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great getaway

Clean quiet and comfortable. Great little getaway spot. We really enjoyed our time here to unwind and spend some uninterrupted time. Close to so many activities.

You can tell they care.

Every thing was as it should be. Nice and clean. They responded to message quickly and were not invasive of the space when we were there. We all enjoyed the space and our time there. I would have added to my stay. But it was booked already.

Cozy camper with the all necessities, especially the instant heat water heater!

Ali and Boots are great people with a wonderful property. They are quick to help but you will hardly know they are there. Wonderful, quiet country setting for a peaceful getaway!

Glorious Glamping!

What a great way to elevate our stay in the area from attending-to-a-chore to on-vacation! The lovely, beautifully maintained, super clean, and well-stocked Cozy Camper provided everything we needed to feel snug and pampered (soft towels, hot water, wifi, comfy queen-size bed, great kitchen and much more). The hosts are very responsive, the site is charming, and the camper itself feels far from roughing it. We highly recommend staying here for a getaway or for access to surrounding areas, including Edenton, Hertford, and OBX. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place!!

This cozy spot was great. It was roomy enough for my family and very comfortable. The host had enough cozy blankets and even marshmallow sticks. And, she responds immediately. The TV's had enough channels for entrainment and the wifi worked with no issues. There was enough supplies for cooking and cleaning up. You will definitely not be disappointed.

Perfect spot for a quick weekend stay

We needed a spot to stay for the weekend while we were working at our property. This spot was perfectly located close to Hertford and was everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay

The place was absolutely amazing. It was so clean and worked out perfect for the 3 of us. Any issues that we had like working the heat was immediately answered. Definitely will be coming back in the future. Super pleased with everything.

Perfect spot

Our family of 4 stayed for a wedding weekend in October. This camper was perfect for us. It had all the comforts of home with that camping feeling. We were very pleased the cleanliness of the camper and the hot shower was great. Thanks for sharing your camper with our family.

A True Get-Away

This little RV nestled in the trees was perfect for me and my 2 daughters. It was clean, comfortable, and the water pressure / water temperature was really nice! It's a lovely 30 min drive to Edenton and a 30 min drive to Elizabeth City; two quaint, little small towns. This made for a nice little get-away! Owner is great to communicate with as well.

This property was given to us from Floyd's father when we were married in 2000. We have worked so hard to make this place special for our guests and are adding new things all the time to make it more comfortable and enjoyable!
