My sister and I had such a nice stay here . The home was so cute and the location was PERFECT! Everyone we met were all so kind too! Love this little town

This is a quaint cottage with great views and really close to restaurants and shopping in this lovely historical town. This "apartment" inside the cottage is small but decorated really cute and is comfortable. The only notable issue is that the one bathroom is located inside of one of the two bedrooms which is slightly inconvenient. Overall, this is a good place to stay for a couple or very small family.

The location was nice, just a little noisy because of street cleaning and music from restaurant across the street one night. Great place for a couple. One bathroom which is in the master's room, very small.Outside needed some curve appeal.Host: Great!. We also had a hard time getting our TV together. She actually sent someone to help us. That was very lovely of her to do.

This really is the most perfect location in Edenton. Everything is within walking distance. The Roanoke River Lighthouse is right across the road.

Clean and quaint little cottage!

We loved the vibe of this clean and quaint little cottage in Edenton. It was so cozy and close to everything! There was an issue with the AC but the host was great and went the extra mile to do everything she could to make us comfortable until the repairmen could come for a permanent fix. 100% the best host ever.

The stay was quiet, relaxing, and great for a weekend stay. For those that enjoy some history, Edenton has it. There are plenty of photo opportunities throughout the downtown and surrounding residential areas.

Great location!

Perfect location downtown- walk or ride the bikes to everything in Edenton! Great space with everything you need. You can see the waterfront from the bed...very relaxing spot!

Perfect view! People are friendly! This is a history rich town and the space is equally the same. Would recommend this place for the quiet beauty!

I'm in love with Edenton

I fell in love with Edenton. Breakfast at Broad Street Diner. Lunch from Downtown Roots and Governor's Pub. Dinners at The Herringbone, 309 Bistro and Watermans. Sweets from the Patisserie and Corner Bakery! The location of the house was PERFECT! Walking distance to everything. The trolley tour and the boat tour with Capt. Mike was fun and informative. The Chowan Arts Council has a nice gallery with a little something for everyone. And the people are so nice and friendly. They made me feel like a local not a tourist. A town rich in history. A great stop for a history buff. Waterfront park is directly across the street from this property. They have live music in the park on Saturday afternoon. It was a wonderful visit! We will be back!

Two day getaway

This is a cozy down stairs unit that is in a convenient location. We were able to park upon arrival and walk to everything. Didn't drive for two days! Overall we had an enjoyable stay with one caveat: the bedroom with the bathroom has an extremely loose bed frame allowing the bed to wobble with little movement. It was a breath holding event event the first time we crawled in!

Charming!

For our return stay in Historic Edenton we chose this charming bungalow. It is conveniently located in the downtown area-walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and historical sites. The home was very clean, nicely decorated, cozy, and had all we needed for a few day stay. Bikes were available for our use. The best part of the stay was enjoying the beverage of the hour on the front porch, morning & evening; people watching and feeling the cool breeze from the River. The owner was responsive for a minor issue. The kitchen was stocked well. We will definitely come back to this property! ,

Good Stay!

Location can't be beat. Needs a couple small operational/maintenance items addressed (bathroom door, closet hanging bar). Quite clean and orderly. Overall a good accommodation.

Great Spot

House is in an amazing spot! Parked the car and never needed it again, Edenton has so much to offer within walking distance. The bikes are an amazing touch, rode through town and out to the Hayes Plantation. Highly recommend this property, owner is a fantastic communicator and went out of the way to be sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect Location

I booked this home based on its location in the historic area in Edenton to attend a memorial service for a friend. The service was taking place at the Chowan Arts center. I didn’t know when I booked that it was located right next door to the Arts Center. We were delighted not only with the location but the lovely accommodations! It is comfortable, clean and well appointed. I would definitely recommend!
