Este lujoso espacioso piso 10 es una luz recientemente renovado y aireado apartamento de 2 dormitorios situado en una de las zonas turísticas y residenciales más deseables de Funchal.
Este apartamento tiene un bonito salón cómodo y comedor, dos baños y un amplio balcón con una excelente vista panorámica de la bahía y las montañas. Desde este balcón de 52m2 se puede disfrutar de una impresionante salida del sol. También es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de sus comidas y para ver los fuegos artificiales en la víspera de Año Nuevo.
Una cocina totalmente equipada le proporciona todo el menaje de cocina que necesita para preparar una comida.
Usted puede encontrar restaurantes, pubs, bares y supermercados cercanos. Usted tiene acceso al mar y piscinas dentro de una distancia muy corta y por un precio razonable.
Si es necesario, puede utilizar el aparcamiento del edificio, de forma gratuita.
Justo en frente del bloque de apartamentos hay una estación de autobuses y se puede encontrar fácilmente un taxi. Si te gusta caminar se puede ir al centro de la ciudad a pie, mientras que la apreciación de las hermosas vistas y jardines.

What a view!!

A two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a great location! Close to the Lido Pool with ocean access. A perfect home base to explore Madeira!

Amazing Views

What an amazing time we had staying in this lovely apartment. The views are fantastic, all round panoramic for the mountains and sea. It is well situated, outside the city of Funchal, but close enough to all the amenities between Funchal and the Lido. It has all you need for a self catering week on the beautiful Island of Madeira and Ana, the host, was so informative and helpful throughout. We will certainly be booking for next year.

Beautiful top-floor apartment in west Funchal

This lovely classic apartment on Estrada Monumental in the heart of West Funchal is a perfect location for seeing all that Funchal and Madeira have to offer. A very comfortable and well-equipped apartment with a gorgeous balcony viewing all of Funchal and the bay. Great care and communication from our host Ana and a secure private parking spot was included with our rental. She was very flexible and accommodating and we loved this home base. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this location and rental. Many restaurants and shops are right out the door. Buses are also easy to access and many places are easily walkable as is common in Funchal. Taxis can be called also.

Outstanding apartment with lovely views

This was our third time in Madeira and our second at this lovely and clean apartment, very well maintained. Ana and Mario provide excellent customer service, with a friendly welcome, and attention to detail. We have already recommended this particular apartment to our family and friends who hope to book next year. This year we enjoyed walking from the Eira do Serrado to the Nun's Valley where we had a lovely lunch, two Levada walks from Monte to Hortensia Tea Rooms and the Palheiro area, enjoyed walks through the Zona Velha and lunch at Barreirinha Bar Café, the most wonderful meal in The Med Restaurant at the Vila Porto Mare and coffee & snacks at The Prince Charles café in Funchal - as well as relaxing on our balcony where we were able to sunbathe, enjoy fireworks, listen to the music from the traditional Fado nights drift up towards us, enjoy meals for two with wonderful views, take endless photographs, listen to the radio, and read. Fantastic!

Fantastic Apartment

Even though our flight was 4 hours delayed Ana and Mario were at the apartment at 01.00 to meet us and show us around. 2 Beds, 2 Shower & toilet rooms. Air con in the lounge / dining room and 2 awnings to cover part of the external terrace where the dining table was. The views were superb 40% sea and 60% Funchal and the surrounding hills. We also had the privilege on Saturday night (10.30) to see the fire work display from a birds eye view. Check the cupboards out for local information on buses and Maderia. A small supermarket is 50 yards away, enough in here for sandwiches, salads and a few evening meals ( on the terrace with exceptional views). Kitchen has a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and washing macchine. Superb base.

LIVING LIKE A MILLIONNAIRE IN PARADISE

We arrived at the airport and were met by a local taxi arranged by Mario and Ana (property owners). On arrival at the apartment Ana showed us the apartment and greeted us with a fresh fruit basket, cheese, Madera wine and more. The apartment itself is modern, clean, spacious and extremely comfortable with everything you would need during your stay. This apartment has a million dollar view. From the huge balcony we could watch the fireworks, the ocean and the mountains. This neighbourhood is very lively. There is a convenience store just next door, a bus stop just in front the apartment, plenty of bars, tour kiosks, car rental agencies, café's and many excellent restaurants close by. One of my favourite restaurant was Frango da Guiia, just 2 blocks away. They make excellent piri piri chicken and espatadas. The owners are very nice and helpful. We had a beautiful stay at this apartment and we would return again with no hesitation. OBRIGADA to Mario and Ana for their kindness. From: a Canadians couple who fell in love with Madeira Island.

Très bel appartement et hôtes parfaits

L appartement de Ana et Mario est en tout point conforme à l'annonce, d'une propreté remarquable et très bien équipé pour 4 personnes. Le dixième étage permet d avoir une très belle vue sur le port et d'être préservé du bruit de la ville. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Ana et Mario sont des hôtes remarquables, ils ont répondu très vite à nos demandes avant et pendant notre séjour et nous ont donné de bons conseils.

Exactly what we had hoped for

First impressions were brilliant, our hosts Mario and Ana met us at the garage level of the building as we had hired a car. we were given the zapper to allow us to take the car in and out for our holiday. a quick zip up to level 10 and you get the fantastic views shown in the photos. The whole apartment is perfect, so often there are not enough chairs/glasses/mugs/plates in a rental, not this one, we had everything we needed. Ana had left us some goodies for our arrival and after a quick trip to the local supermarket we were set. there are several shops in short walking distance and LOTS of restaurants to choose from. We heard nothing from either the apartment next-door or the one below, you get general city noise into the evening but otherwise it was easy to lie in the morning, especially if you close the shutters and the blackout curtains. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for your holiday, unless you don't like heights, or just don't look down!!

Beautiful apartment with excellent views

Ana was there to meet us when we arrived. When you ask something by e-mail you get within a very short time a reply. The apartment is so well equipped. Everything you need for a nice stay was there, even more that we have at home! Everyday we enjoyed the beautiful view from the huge balcony. In the direct surroundings of the apartment are a lot of shops, terraces and restaurants, so you don't need to go to the center of Funchal. When you want it anyway, it's only 20 minutes walk. We could park our rental car in the closed parking under the building. We can recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to visit Madeira, you will not be disappointed.

Appartement très agréable, vaste, lumineux avec toutes commodités; nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande terrasse et l'immense paysage qu'elle dévoilait ainsi que le parking fermé. Top Wohnung, top Lage, top Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Lage ist nur wenige hundert Meter vom Meer entfernt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind direkt vor der Tür. Von der Terrasse hat man einen super Blick auf Funchal und das Meer. Ana und Mario waren freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber.

Beautiful apartment with excellent views

Excellent service from Mario and Ana from our initial expression of interest to the end of the holiday. Mario replied immediately to my enquiries and Ana was there to meet us when we arrived. Lovely additional touches for our stay such as a bowl of fresh fruit and nibbles. All essentials were provided including toiletries and beach towels. The apartment is exactly like the photos. The huge balcony and views to the sea and mountains are fabulous. Ideally situated, the apartment is a 20 minute walk into the centre of Funchal. There is a bus stop outside the apartment and a taxi to the centre is only about 6 euros. The apartment is very roomy and comfortable and a delight to return to in an evening after a full day out. There is a supermarket next door and lots of really good restaurants within a few minutes walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Madeira. We will be back and would love to stay in this apartment again. Thank you.

Perfekter Urlaub mit wunderschönen Apartment.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit einem traumhaften Balkon und Aussicht. Perfekt um einfach zu entspannen. Die Gastgeber sind auch total freundlich man fühlt sich direkt bei der Ankunft wohl. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Man kann alles ziemlich schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Das Apartment kann ich nur empfehlen und ist perfekt als 4er Gruppe.

RIEN A REDIRE

Cet appartement est parfait, que ce soit au niveau de l'emplacement à Funchal, du confort, de la vue magnifique depuis la très grande terrasse, commerçants et restos à proximité. Rien ne manque : cuisine ultra bien équipée, salle de bains pour chacune des chambres, parking de surface d'accès facile. Notre hotesse était charmante, bien que nous soyons arrivés plus tard qu'annoncé. Si nous revenons à Madère, sans hésiter, nous y reviendrons sans hésiter

Ein wunderschönes Apartment, tolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber und eine perfekte Ausstattung. Riesiger Balkon mit dem fantastischen Blick auf Funchal, das Meer und die Berge. 5 stars for being in paradise!!!!!

Hello, my husband and I we spent 9 days in this beautiful appartement. We had stunning views from the huge balcony where you see Funchal, the mountains and the sea. By night you are speechless, it's just gorgeous. Excellent restaurants are nearby ( we recommand " the restaurant Atlantic " just in front of the building, only a few metres away), a small supermarket next door has everything you need for your breakfast.....they also have excellent wines. There is a bus stop on the other side of the street which brings you downtown. Funchal is a very relaxed city with nice buildings, small parks with a lot of exotic plants and trees......have a look at the " theatre cafe " where you can enjoy your wine. It's a place where we will surely come back to enjoy a few relaxed days. This is really a 5 star appartement and Ana and Mario are angels. Simply perfect!
