Our fully furnished and equipped apartment is located in Ciudad Las Canas, Cap Cana, a highly secure area. Being a first floor unit, relax or socialize in the apartment terrace or choose to enjoy of various activities, at no additional cost nor need of a car, within apartment complex.

Apartment ideal for families, couples & people looking forward to disconnect from city life. Being on a first floor & having free parking space in front of unit, you will be very comfortable & at ease during your stay. In addition, enjoy of the amenities that the apartment offers!

Enjoy playing tennis, soccer, beach volleyball & ping pong. As well as benefit from the use of outdoor gym, indoor gym & outdoor running tracks. If feeling in a more relaxed mood, go ahead and read a book in the outdoor reading area, chill by the pool or detox in the sauna.

Also, go ahead and grill some steaks or prepare some veggies at the BBQ area.

If not in the mood of going out, you have the facility in receiving delivery of food & beverages to our apartment: such as supermarket requests & fast foods. For this service, there is no additional charge.

Because apartment complex is located in within Ciudad Las Canas part of Cap Cana, you can access to complete Cap Cana facilities. For access you will require to register in a specific nearby location (5 min walking) however, this access is exclusive to our tenants and has no charge. Cap Cana is a gated community & makes sure to have high security check points, in order to maintain current exclusivity.

The area where the apartment complex is located, allows you to enjoy of the sunny & warm Punta Cana, without the hussle of noise, commercial activities & traffic. Safely go jogging or walking, inside and outside the apartment complex, given that its within a private community.

In order to get around & be able to enjoy more the area, it is better to go on your car, rent a car or use taxi. Within the community there are no available taxis on site or public transportation. If you come from abroad, at Santo Domingo, La Romana or Punta Cana airport you can require taxi services & we recommend to negotiate with the company, recurrent services during your stay.

• No taking the sun nude nor in pool area or apartment terrace
• The use of the sports courts is first come, first serve. Doesn’t require reservation. Sports gear can be requested at reception
• For BBQ, you most buy charcoal and make sure to clean BBQ after use. Also it is first come, first serve. Don’t require reservation
• Cleaning services is done at Check Out, not daily. If you require a daily cleaning service, you must notify previously before arrival. It will have an additional charge that will be specified after booking.
