En el corazón de la comunidad segura y cerrada de Punta Cana Village, esta casa de 2 niveles y más de 3 habitaciones es ideal para familias, grupos, parejas o amigos que buscan disfrutar de la playa, el golf o simplemente relajarse. El lugar está cerca del aeropuerto, hermosas playas de arena, campos de golf y parques.

Como nuestro huésped, tendrá acceso a la hermosa Playa Blanca, campos de golf de clase mundial en La Cana Golf Resort & Club y mucho más.

Village Center ofrece restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados para todas sus necesidades.

El espacio

La planta principal tiene una acogedora sala de estar con Smart TV (WiFi gratuito disponible, no servicio de TV cable); un comedor formal que incluye una nevera para vinos (amplia selección de vinos disponible en el supermercado); un medio baño; una espaciosa cocina totalmente equipada; una acogedora terraza con un cómodo juego de comedor y un ventilador de techo; una terraza secundaria con dos sillones ideales para tomar el sol en privado; una terraza adicional con asientos disponibles y un patio donde puede colgar sus toallas mojadas y trajes de baño después de disfrutar su día en la piscina (Tenga en cuenta: *** no se proporcionan toallas de piscina / playa ***).

El segundo piso tiene tres habitaciones, cada una con una cama queen-size y mucho espacio de armario y cajones. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con A / C para una noche de sueño relajado y tranquilo. También tienen sus baños privados, cada uno con secador de pelo y dispensadores de jabón / champú / acondicionador. Además, hay una habitación familiar en el segundo piso con un sofá cama doble y un Smart TV. La habitación familiar se abre a un balcón orientado al oeste que da a la piscina. Tambien cuenta con un escritorio para trabajo remoto.

Me resulta difícil elegir mi lugar favorito en la casa, pero debo decir que puedo pasar horas en la terraza bebiendo una copa de vino, jugando a las cartas y pasando un buen rato con familiares y amigos.

Luis y yo hemos preparado esta casa pensando en usted, desde muebles de buena calidad hasta equipos y elementos esenciales. Por eso la casa incluye:
-Juegos de dormitorio Rotta, fabricados en Brasil, de madera 100% sólida de bosques renovables, y diseñados con pegamento PVA no tóxico
-Ropa de cama limpia
-Toallas de baño
-Secador de pelo en cada baño
-Jabón / champú / acondicionador en cada baño
-Una caja fuerte en el área común para guardar sus objetos de valor.
-Cocina totalmente equipada
-Cocina y juegos de cuchillos
-Juego de comida, cubiertos, copas de vino, etc. para servir a 8 personas.

Su seguridad es importante para nosotros. Por eso hemos preparado un mapa de evacuación, ubicado en la cocina. También hemos instalado dos extintores, uno en la cocina y otro en el segundo piso.

¿Le preocupan los servicios en el área? Bueno, no hay por qué preocuparse. Tiene todo lo que necesita a solo minutos de la casa. El Supermercado Nacional está a unas cuadras, y una gran variedad de cafeterías, restaurantes, bares, farmacias, salones de belleza / spa, cajeros automáticos, oficinas de cambio de divisas, etc. Hay muchas opciones de restaurantes en el Village, pero si eres goloso, te recomiendo que vayas a Baskin Robbins, ¡mi favorito!

Por último, pero no menos importante, un nuevo centro comercial, BlueMall Puntacana, se inauguró en agosto de 2017 a solo 2 km del Village, con boutiques, restaurantes y cafeterías para todas las preferencias.

Acceso de invitados

La casa está ubicada dentro de una comunidad cerrada, por lo que es muy segura. Como nuestros huéspedes, su nombre y la placa del automóvil (si corresponde) serán notificados a las puertas para facilitar su acceso al Village. Hay cochera en la casa para 2 vehículos, pero puede estacionar dos vehículos más en la entrada.

Moverse

El Village está cerca del aeropuerto, a 5 minutos en coche. Una vez que esté allí, moverse es muy fácil; Todos los servicios están a poca distancia.

The Village tiene mucho que ofrecer para su disfrute, pero si desea aventurarse en el centro de Punta Cana para bailar en Guaguancó o Coco Bongo, o si desea pasar el día en la playa de Juanillo (15 minutos en auto) o en la playa de Macao (30 minutos en auto ), Te recomendaría alquilar un coche. Otra opción es contactar a un taxista que hemos usado muchas veces antes; Proporcionaremos su información de contacto a pedido.

¿Quieres visitar otra playa? La hermosa Playa Blanca de arena blanca es una excelente opción, a solo 10 minutos en coche del pueblo. Para llegar allí, le sugiero que tome el servicio de transporte que funciona desde las 10:15 a.m. hasta las 11:15 p.m.desde el hotel Four Points By Sheraton, convenientemente ubicado fuera del Village, a 5 minutos a pie de nuestra casa.

Fantastic home and location

We could not be happier with our accommodations! The home is stunning, with large comfortable rooms, has every amenity necessary, and is very clean. The is a large common pool to use that we thoroughly enjoyed. The owners were very helpful and communicated with us quickly whenever we had questions. We will happily recommend this booking to friends!

Perfect in every way

This property is exactly as advertised. It spacious comfortable and well located. It’s proximity to Punta Cana village with its restaurants and shop is a bonus. It is part of a neighbourhood so that isolated feeling you get at resorts does not apply. We enjoyed the pool. Never busy. Also the number of shaded areas for lounging and eating. Our month here was pure relaxation. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

A beautiful piece of paradise!

What a beautiful piece of paradise! Our family of eight (we have six kids ranging from 16-2 years old) stayed at this amazing home for 9 days! It was a wonderful and relaxing vacation. From the well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with AC, comfy living room for family movie nights, beautiful outdoor patio surrounded by lush landscaping where we ate all our meals, the awesome pool which we enjoyed every day and so much more. The pool felt private, as we were the only ones using it during our stay. Everyone in the surrounding residences were friendly and welcoming but kept to themselves, although our kids managed to befriend a couple of the local kids and would play with them in the evenings :) The weather was beautiful every single day with perfect temperatures. It was nice to have many shops/restaurants within 5-10 minute walking distance, also the large supermarket Nacional and Blue Mall (about 20 min walk) and the airport (20 min walk). I would definitely suggest renting a car if you are hoping to explore outside the village community, especially if you are a larger group like us. Alternately obtaining the contact info (from the hosts) of the excellent local taxi driver who can expertly show you around. The hosts Luis and Ileana were absolutely outstanding, so helpful in every way and great communicators! We really felt their pride of home ownership, hospitality and genuine kindness from the very first communication and though-out our stay. We highly recommend this property and would love to visit again!

Simply the best!!

WOW WOW WOW! This place is fantastic, it’s hugely spacious and so very well equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a family holiday. There are two separate dining areas also two separate tv/lounge rooms, a big kitchen with all the bits and bobs you’d have at home…and more! There is a laundry room with a retracting roof which makes dry things a doddle. The outside dining area backs onto a small grassed area which leads to the most fantastic family swimming pool, it is very clean and warm, we stayed for 9 days and were the only ones in the pool as the other residents don’t seem to use it. The beds are super comfortable and each room has an en-suite. It was absolutely perfect for our 2 children aged 5 & 9 plus we brought the children’s God Parents who are in the 60s and also loved the place. The villa was so good in its self, but mostly we were so impressed with our wonderful hosts Luis & Ileana. They don’t actually live there but we’re so brilliant at communicating, being understanding and flexible of our needs from before we booked until even after we left. They are obviously lovely people and have pride in making your trip so perfect. A special thank you to them. The location is really ideal just a few minutes walk to lots of restaurants and essentials. The host connected us to Frank the Taxi who acted as our tour guide translator and all around great guy. We Stayed Six Weeks

We wintered six weeks at this VRBO. We loved the pool, which was literally steps away through the privacy hedge screening the backyard. The year long residents of the compound don’t appear to use it often, and we always had the whole pool to ourselves. Some days, we would take the free shuttle to the beach or mall. We also loved walking to the “village” area! There were many shops to browse and lots of wonderful restaurants to enjoy, as well as a farmer’s market each Sat. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community. Punta Cana has their own Tourist Police force, whom we found to be friendly and very visible. Luis certainly was the premiere host, responding to questions or needs practically immediately! The only surprise for us was the noise level. Though most days and nights were very quiet, there were two birthday parties during our six week stay, one of them lasting beyond the wee hours. The weather was gorgeous! Every. Single. Day!

Great!

Our family stay at this great Punta Cana house was amazing. From the start the owners were very communicative and accessible. The house was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. All the air conditioners worked perfectly. The neighborhood or village is very safe; you can only go in with a pass or permit. Very quiet, clean and nice. Many restaurants just walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Punta Cana Palace.!!!!!!

Lets start by saying I never wanted to leave.!!! During our five day vacation, we were spoiled with a location that was only an eight minute walk to the store and other fabulous attractions. While staying at this location we were able to use the Four Point Hotel to set up all of our excursions as well as travels to Playa Blanca at no cost. Sharing the pool was a big worry, but upon our arrival we had multiple occasions of alone time throughout the trip. We also experienced a brief period of time without water due to maintenance turning the wrong valve, but a quick response from Luis & Ileana fixed the issue. I cant wait to plan our next visit.!!

Mind Blowing!!!!!!

Words can not describe how beautiful this place was. First, the pictures don't due this place justice. We were excited as soon as we turned the key and walked in. The house was clean and nicely decorated and very spacious. We spent 7 days there and wished we would have stayed 14. We did not want to leave. The patio that leads out to the pool was a great addition. We did eat out some but having a full kitchen allowed us to walk to the grocery store that was less then a few blocks away and cook and enjoy the sun as it set over looking the pool. The free shuttle to the beach was great, and the beach was so nice and clean and private. We overall had a wonderful experience with Luis & Ileana Luace, they were very helpful and answered all my many, many questions. We are already looking for dates to go back, since we left on August 17th we keep reliving different days of our trip and wished we would have stayed longer. EXCELLENT TRIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You Luis & Ileana Luacesfor all your help.

AS PICTURED: Very nice villa minutes from the airport!

Luis' communication from the time we reserved the villa until we returned home was impeccable! He was clear about expectations, informative about things to do in the area, and very helpful in connecting us with reliable transportation. There was constant and consistent communication. His sister assisted with our welcome and opening a bedroom in the villa that was locked. We absolutely loved the villa and the space it offered, as it was more than accommodating with beautiful views from every angle!!! It was clear that the house was well maintained and cared for by the owners. The gated community was so quiet and offered a sense of security. Note, the hot water is very limited and showering for four people presented a challenge to make sure everyone was comfortable. If there is a secret to using the showers, please share (*we should have asked during our stay*). On the other hand, the temperature of the water in the shared, communal pool was HEAVENLY!!!! If it were not a safety concern, we could have slept in there! Unfortunately, it was closed for a day and a half during our stay for maintenance. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Brot Bagels was absolutely delicious and very well priced! However, we quickly learned that a car was needed for everything else (i.e. beaches, food variety, resorts, excursions, activities, etc.). Playa Blanca and Tortuga Bay were less than 10 minutes (driving) from the villa. The main strip of resorts and activities were located in Bavaro, approximately 20 minutes from the villa. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend the villa to other travelers looking for a nice getaway in a gated community. Thanks for everything Luis!!!!

No podía ser todo más perfecto!

Desde el momento que hice la reserva Luis fue súper amable y atento con nosotros. El día de la llegada nos organizo un taxi de confianza que nos llevó hasta la puerta de esa preciosa Villa... allí estaba esperándonos su hermana Milli para abrirnos las puertas y mostrarnos la Villa! Milli fue también increíblemente amable y atenta, justo el día que llegamos, nos dejó como excepción un buggy para poder ir al súper a comprar ( ya que veníamos con niños pequeños con hambre). La casa está totalmente equipada con DE TODO, la verdad que todo lo que necesitábamos lo teníamos a mano!! El vecindario era súper seguro, que para mi es algo importante ya que íbamos con niños... tambien era tranquilo. Hay restaurantes, bancos, supermercado y centro médico muy cerca De la Villa, puedes llegar fácilmente caminando. Que más decir, que volvería 100% a repetir y volver a esa preciosa villa :) fuimos 8 personas y todos quedamos enamorados!! Luis gracias y nos has tenido muy mimados!

Luis and I have been married for 32 years. We have two young boys and a very large family. We have been living in Canada for 20 years but always go back to the Caribbean to enjoy our vacation. We have travelled extensively but always go back to Punta Cana, the place we love!!

Luis and I have been vacationing in Punta Cana for a long time. It is simply a place we felt in love with. No need to mention it was an easy decision to buy a place here as a vacation property. All amenities are close to the house, beach and golf courses included. Even if we don't feel like going to the beach, we just relax in the pool and then suntan in our own lounge chairs while sipping a glass of wine!!

We love our house. It is very fresh and spacious. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is very convenient when we invite friends to spend time with us. The terrace is my favorite place to enjoy my meals and hang out with family and friends. Breathing clean air and enjoying the birds' melodies brings me good memories of a simple and pure life.
