Waves Edge North es una hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños situada en una de las playas más hermosas que se pueda imaginar; Ubicado entre la avena del mar que desemboca en las playas de arena blanca y aguas cristalinas, esta zona es tan famosa. Al cruzar los puentes y contemplar el agua turquesa brillante bordeada de palmeras se dará cuenta rápidamente de que ha regresado a la vieja Florida, una porción de paraíso que lo transporta a un momento en que el ritmo de la vida era más lento, más suave y más despreocupado.
A solo unos pasos de restaurantes y tiendas, y muy cerca de las paradas del Island Trolley gratuito que recorre toda la isla los siete días de la semana de 6:00 a.m. a 10:00 p.m., esta puede ser la mejor ubicación de la isla.
Waves Edge North, con sus techos abovedados y una pared de ventanas, ofrece el exterior y te ofrece vistas panorámicas del Golfo de México. Right on the beach

Beautiful view, close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Having a pool was nice. It is a shared pool and porch somewhat separated. We had a very nice group next to us. Thank you again it was wonderful

Wonderful Vacation in the Perfect Beach House

Waves Edge North is the perfect beach house for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of the Gulf. Our group from Oklahoma had never been to Anna Maria Island and we enjoyed every moment spent watching the birds and dolphins, sitting by the pool and exploring the island. The house is comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. It is located on a quiet street where you feel isolated from the hustle & bustle of the traffic throughout the busy island. We can’t wait to return to paradise next year.

Holmes Beach Heaven

We love AMI and this property is on a beautiful part of the beach. The house is very accommodating with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It also has a loft area if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials. The champagne and cake in the fridge was a special welcome! The listing is just as described with a nice laundry room available to use. Beach essentials were available such as towels and an assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, sand toys, etc. Great location for all areas of the island. The walk to the water is maybe 50 steps and your toes are in the sand right at the gate! It's so nice and peaceful. If we had another family traveling with us, we would definitely rent here again and also rent the property adjoining. The pool is a shared space (which is clearly stated) but it was a bit awkward when we sat on our porch/patio. With the pool right below us and the other renters utilizing the pool almost the entire time, it lacked privacy. We go for the beach though so it wasn't horrible but we didn't sit on the porch as much. We just took chairs down to the beach more! It's a great place and we created special memories there. The host is a fast communicator and has all the perfect touches to make it feel comfy and cozy!

Wave's Edge Delight

We had a gathering of sisters in our family. Great location, great house and beautiful sunsets every evening. Wonderful natural light even on rainy days.The best stocked & organized kitchen of any beach house we have ever stayed in. The owner was thoughtful and communicative in every way possible.

Met our expectations plus some!

My husband, myself and our 4 kids (7, 11,15,17) stayed here for the week of spring break. This house is at the perfect location for sunsets and beach days, pool was great, and the house was beautiful. We really thought it was everything we hoped for. Thanks for a great week. Brandy

The property was lovely! Heated pool, walk out to the beach, quiet, well stocked kitchen. Host was very nice, champagne, welcome card and cake in the refrigerator on arrival. However the deck is way over due for replacement, boards warped, alot of rot and termite damage. That's the only negative I have on the property.

Great location, pool disappointing

Property itself is very pretty and the location is perfect. On our last stay we spent a lot of time in the pool. It was too cold this time, although you pay more for a pool..just couldn't use it. .

Repeat Visitors - Will Keep Vacationing Here!

We love Waves Edge North and Anna Maria Island. This is our second time staying at this property, and when we arrived, it felt like coming home. It is the perfect set-up for a family and the accessibility to the beach is unbelievable. I highly recommend staying here when visiting AMI!

Beautiful beach place

The location of this beach place was absolutely perfect. It was a cute, clean, beach place right on the beach. The pool was nice too! The owner was so friendly and communicated with us. She even left a welcome present, as well as spices and condiments for us upon our arrival. It was also well stocked for cooking. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Private but not remote

We enjoyed the convenience of the location and nearness to the beach. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. There are a few safety issues … splinters from the decking, uneven step/trip hazard on steps down from porch to pool, no handrail to assist getting in to pool. The nice touches like the orchid, wine and fancy cake were appreciated but save that money and put it toward new toilet plumbing and balancing the AC system. Our granddaughter learned to swim in your perfectly sized clean and pretty pool.

AWESOME LOCATION

Right on the beach with an easy walk through the finest white sand imaginable. The view was incredible. Sunrise was cool but the sunset, epic. Close to the trolly line, grocery store, Walgreens and (beach walking) distance to two bar/restaurants North and South. This part of the beach was never crowded and we always had room to spread out without someone right on top of us. The grill allowed us to cook some meals at the property and there were plenty of dishes and cookware to accommodate. This does have a full kitchen and all appliances. It also had a washer and dryer that came in handy. The pool was very nice and warmer than the mid-March Gulf. We had very friendly neighbors while we were there and there were never any issues with any of the facilities or pool use. The deck is in need of some TLC, and would recommend not walking barefoot. That's the only negative, truly.

We are very fortunate to find this gem!

This was thee perfect spot. Quiet, beautiful setting, beach is perfect, sunsets are gorgeous, pool is very clean. The house is clean, very comfortable furniture close to everything you would want or need. Communication with management was great and the cake and champagne that was left in our fridge was delicious!! So inviting. Just really can’t say enough good about this place. I really want to take my husband soon.

House on the beach

We loved our stay on Anna Maria Island. The house was just as it was pictured and it was lovely to just walk out onto the beach. Nicky was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues at all!

Loved it

Nice stay in beautiful Holmes Beach. Perfect location, nice amenities in the home. Would be fun to go with another family and rent both sides. Didn’t bother us to share the pool, it was never an issue. Nicky left us the most delicious cake as a welcome gift. Our daughter cried when we had to go home. That’s a sign of a good trip!

Amazing Vacation Spot

Great location directly on the beach

The house was perfect for our family. The pool was clean and warm. The house was spotless when we arrived. The owners had a stocked supply of spices and condiments available to us upon our arrival along with a wonderful surprise in the fridge for us. The beds were comfortable and plenty of closet space for clothes and storing luggage. The couches and chairs were also comfortable. I liked that there was no carpet to have to vacuum sand, only hardwood floors. The kitchen table is large enough for 6-8 people if you use the additional bench located under the table and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and plates. My only suggestion would be to add a few smaller throw blankets in case in the evening you get chilly. But other than that, the property was wonderful and enjoyable. Grocery shopping and beach essentials shopping is 2 blocks away and within walking distance. Perfect location to the island. Although we had an ant issue to start, the owners promptly had an exterminator come out and spray the exterior and interior of the home. Even with the ant issue we would definitely rent again. Nicky was very quick to answer questions/concerns and was a great host.
