Idyllic Holiday Properties es una pequeña y amigable compañía de vacaciones que ofrece un servicio honesto y eficiente para nuestras propiedades de alquiler de propiedad privada situadas en lugares fantásticos en la Isla Anna Maria en la costa del Golfo de Florida. La isla tiene 7 millas de hermosa playa de arena blanca como el azúcar donde verá bucear pelícanos, jugar con delfines y correr ibis.

Tenemos 6 propiedades en la isla, incluida nuestra casa de playa, que, como su nombre indica, está situada justo en la playa con vista al océano, y nuestras 3 cabañas que están a solo 200 pies de la playa y tienen el beneficio de una piscina de forma libre con cascada

Perfect location!

This house is in a perfect location! The views were fantastic!! The property manager was quick to respond if I had a question. It was a very clean property. The beach does not get too crowded. My family and I enjoyed our stay and plan to return!!

Perfect location for family

Quiet location, well equipped kitchen and clean! The trolly was convenient. We needed a railing for the staircase and they put it up immediately which made our stay much less stressful. Wonderful service!!

Comfortable and right on the beach

I was a little hesitant to book this property because you must pay in full within 2 weeks of booking, and then there is NO refund policy. We got lucky that everything worked out well. The house was clean, and the location was ideal. There is public beach access right next to the house, so that increased foot traffic a bit right there. And there was a bit of road noise since it was near a busy part of Gulf Drive. Those golf carts are loud! It did quiet down during the night...usually. The house had everything we needed, which is so nice! Past renters left plenty of beach items in the closet under the house, which came in handy. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We would consider renting here again. It is a sweet, classic AMI house and I love that. I would like to see some sort of cancellation policy, which would reduce the anxiety of booking such an expensive property though.

Perfect location

We had a lovely stay. The first morning, I looked out at the ocean while sipping my coffee and saw a dolphin swimming by. That dolphin siting set the tone for the entire week. They provide beach gear like beach towels, skim boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and much more. I was entertained by the myriad of gulls, terns, and sandpipers that endlessly traverse the beach. It was also fun to watch the colorful parasailers float by each day. We couldn’t resist and tried it ourselves and had a blast. We took many long walks on the endless beach. We rented beach bikes for the week and that got us around the island and beyond. We had top notch icecream and tasty grouper on a daily basis from the many options on the island. We took a Segway tour on the second day of our stay which was super fun and helped us get the lay of the land. When we return, we will be sure to pack shampoo and soap (the soap was very small bars that dissolved within a couple days of use since we wash our hands very frequently, but it’s super easy to throw a bar of soap into the suitcase for our next visit to this rental). I’d stay at this house again in a heartbeat. We had a lovely time. I highly recommend this rental.

A Perfect Getaway

The house is just as lovely as pictured and it is right on the beach. The wrap around porch has a roof which was perfect on the two rainy days of our vacation. We were still able to sit or lounge outside and read or dine while watching and hearing the ocean. On lovely days we were just steps from the beach. We loved the shower and faucet on the lower deck for cleanup after a sand beach visit. There are lots of fine restaurants close by. You can drive your own car, ride the trolley or rent a golf cart. It was a wonderful vacation and we would truly come back to this little hidden gem.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Find another home if you dont want to be treated like a dog!!!!

The house is perfectly located, beach front and super spacious, but I do not recommend this house, if you want to have a peaceful family vacation please rent another house, there a sooo many houses to rent in this island (I rent every year 10+ houses) and never felt as badly as I felt in this house…. Let’s start from the beginning, they have a no cancellation policy and will keep your security deposit even if you attempt to cancel 24 hours after booking, all houses I’ve renter you have up until 30 days before the vacation to cancel, mind you I attempted to cancel more than 5 months before and it was less than 48 hours after reserving the home. Then, we rented 3 houses because we are a big family, the only house that was beach front was this one and obviously my family had to park in the parking lot of the house I RENTED to enjoy the beach and they left at night. Since the first day the manager started calling because of the cars in the parking lot, second day she appeared at the front porch, without notice, without knocking on the door and gave mi 5 min to wake up my kids and my sick aunt (just had chemotherapy 1 day before) because she needed to do a walk through. She went in and saw 2 more people than the house permits and left saying she was going to get us kicked out if they slept there (I explained we rented 3 homes) Last day I write to her about my deposit and she said she will keep it because : 1- 5 bags of garbage (are we supposed to eat our garbage?) 2 - More people than allowed, I explained to her we rented 3 houses and have proof 3- She saw inflatable matresses ( Well yes, I have small kids that slept on the floor) 4- She saw a miniature scratch on the oven (who Im sure was there when we got there) They will make your vacation a living hell!! Please do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere, Im telling you from experience, this is the worse renter you will ever find. Completely ruined my family vacation!

We absolutely loved the view, extensive ocean front window sliders and beachfront porch for watching sunsets. Kitchen is a bit dated but serviceable. Would love to see the lamps updated when we return in a few year.

What a beautiful view! We ordered inights as we loved our beautiful view!

Thanks for such a well stocked kitchen! The beds were comfy and all furniture was as pictured. Really we spent most of our time on the beach and deck. Thanks for the wagon it really helped getting our beach chairs to beach. We want to come back soon.

Amazing!

We had the best time! The location was absolutely PERFECT! We had a few small kiddos with us and found it very kid friendly. We had everything we needed for the beach and there were even lots of beach toys for the kids! Will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing beach getaway!

I could type for hours how nice this place is. The balcony, view, and distance to the sand is just perfect. The house is very cute but honestly you'll be spending most of your time on the balcony. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it had roaches (some alive some dead), the mattresses were low quality, and sheets were stiff as a board. All easily correctable issues that should be addressed because I saw some of the same complains written in the visitor book. Constructive feedback aside I would defiantly stay here again. Overall it was wonderful.

The idyllic holiday properties team were great. The property needs repairs badly and it seems they are painting over their problems. The appliances need updating and the beds need to be replaced. Had a great time. Loved Anna Maria Island.

The Beach House is amazing! Location is perfect, house is adorable and comfortable..

Such a wonderful stay at the beach house. Mattress were replaced and the beds are very comfy. I saw some earlier reviews about that. Sharon , property manager answered my calls right away and she was lovely and helpful. We hope to be back .

Perfect beachfront location!!

The location is the best! Right on a wonderful, quiet beach. We loved the raised deck overlooking the beach/ocean. Perfect place for morning coffee and to watch the sunset in the evening. The house is great, very clean and so cute! The only thing that would make it better is new mattresses. The beds were not really comfortable.

Labor Day Bliss

The beach house was exactly what we needed; access directly to the beach, nestled in a quiet location with room to stretch out on the beach, stunning round the clock views of the ocean from the living room/dining area as well as the large back deck. I loved cooking in the open kitchen. But the best part was seeing the baby sea turtles hatch and make their way to the ocean!!!
