Perry is very kind and very easy to communicate with! They do an excellent job with not having a long checklist for check out. Their property is clean, has a great golfcart and lots of space. We will definitely be back.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Not having to rent a golf cart was a plus, the homey-ness of the house left us all feeling “at home” after a fun day out at the beach or pool. The house was super clean when we arrived and there was a guide to anything you might have a question to surrounding the home, golf cart or community. I highly recommend a stay here!

The house was adorable and fit our family's needs well. The beach was so close, and the private beach parking was wonderful. We stayed over Christmas, and the host was available had we needed anything. He was quick to respond when we booked and made sure to let us know that we could reach out anytime, if we needed anything. This was the perfect place to stay for our Christmas vacation; our children will be talking about it for years to come!

Perry made everything so easy for us and was very responsive. The house was cleaner, more spacious, and less expensive than the hotel our family of 6 was going to book. We didn’t have time to use any of the amenities of Oceanside Village because we were so busy with family in the area, but are very much looking forward to another trip in the future.

Great Stay!

I stayed here for a few days in early December as I was traveling to visit family. The house was perfect for what I needed and Perry, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. The house would easily accommodate a family and I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Our stay was great. With 3 kids it was a great location to keep everyone busy until bedtime. We brought their bikes to ride in the evening, perfect with the slow traffic, and the pool was incredible and is now a must have for future vacations. Thanks for a great stay!

We booked very last minute, like day of last minute. Perry made the process quick and easy to get us in. The house was nice and fit our family of 8 perfect. It had everything we needed and the golf cart was a nice bonus to have to get around the village. Next time we make it to the beach we will definitely stay there again!

Very informative of everything about the property in advance to arrival. House was clean and suited us well. Fit all 9 of us perfectly. Any questions we had, all we had to do was text the owner and they were quick to respond. Would def rent from them again.

Excellent first experience

This was my first time using VRBO, and my experience staying here was great. This place was clean and exactly as described. Perry was very responsive and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. I have family in the area, and plan on making many trips back. I will definitely look to stay here in the future.

We booked a last minute vacation for just the two of us and were very impressed with the quick response from property owner and his willingness to go above and beyond to make this vacation possible. He made himself available to us at all times during our stay even when I'm sure it was very inconvenient for him. We love Oceanside Village and usually rent a large house in Bermuda Bay each summer for my very large family. I will definitely book from him again when just the two of us.
