Little cottage near the sea! In 2026, bookings include a golf cart!

This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. This charming 1100 square ft house is within a 7-minute walk from our private beach and all village amenities. Enjoy indoor pool, shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball, and more. The new kitchen is fully stocked. 1 king bed in the back bedroom and two twins that can be made into a king in the front bedroom. All new mattresses and bedspreads. All new linens. 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, a full laundry room. Outside deck, with a picnic table and an umbrella. New gas grill. Central air, all new windows, floors, doors, Beach chairs, and umbrellas. In 2026, we added a golf cart! We have everything to make you stay fun and comfortable. You only need to bring your bathing suit and toothbrush! 1 small dog is allowed ,50 lbs or less.

It was a spacious, 2 bed 2 bath great for the family. The patio and grill outside behind the house was very private and relaxing. This host was very attentive, friendly and very very helpful. So much so we hope to go back again next year!

Beach getaway

Our stay was a perfect getaway for my teenager and me. The house was perfect for our needs and Gail was an amazing hostess!

Comfortable and well equipped house

This house was perfect for our long weekend visit. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living area was comfy and it was great that detergents, paper products, linens, etc were provided.

Great communication! Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great location near the pool. Had beach toys, chairs & towels available to use. Would definitely recommend!

Beach Getaway

Gail was very helpful and great with communication and she had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. The cottage is centrally located inside the complex and close to the pool and beach, we rented a golf cart right inside Ocean Village to get around and loved that Ocean Village has it's own private parking lot for the beach.

Great Surprise

We have been staying at Oceanside Village for 30 years. Same house for first 15 yrs and then never could find a place we would like to stay again since. Always some kind of gimmick or mess until this one. Great find. Clean. Taken care of. Owner covers details. Would stay again for sure.

Great!

Came to South Carolina on our yearly aau basketball trip. We normally stay at tupelo bay, which is also a very nice place to stay. We like the location of this cute little cottage by the sea better! Renting a golf cart and heading to the beach everyday was awesome! There is so much to do in Oceanside village. The property was very clean and well taken care of. Gail is very friendly and checked on us throughout our trip. We will be back. Thanks again!

Excellent host and superb property!

We absolutely loved the beach cottage! It was so cozy and felt like home. So clean and everything seemed new and fresh. The cottage was beautifully decorated and very organized. I've never stayed at a vacation rental with all the comforts of home sweet home. Gail, the host, truly was amazing and thought of every little detail. She even sent us rescue when we accidentally locked ourselves out. We will definitely be back! Loved the ease and convenience of the community too! Very family friendly and did not feel overwhelmed or over crowded at all. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Nice manufacturing home with ramp

It is a nice manufacturing get away to the sea home for a family of 4. Gail is living nearby, fast responding and can quickly help with all your questions. The walk to the beach is a little bit far but manageable. Most of the people are treating golf carts for $60-70 to go to the beach. Golf rental is in the same gated community. You can also use your car to drive to close by public parking that we experience never full. The house has a ramp that is the must for our wheelchair daughter. Community has hot tup and pools. Recommend.

Wondefrul Experience, Wonderful Owner

The owner, Gail, checked on us and texted at check in, about mid-week and the night before we left. A very caring and gracious lady. There were a lot of little things she did that made it a nice stay. Having soap, towels, sheets, laundry detergent, first aid kit, etc. just made things nice and easy. Enjoyed cable, Netflix and Disney Plus (we have a 6 and 8 year old) on the TV. Lots of recent upgrades with mattresses, bedspreads, fixtures, etc. Was very centrally located inside the complex. We rented a golf cart right inside Ocean Village, and that was a lot of fun.

Cute little home

Gail was most accommodating. This house had everything we needed, except a golf cart but we did know that in advance and easily rented one on-site. Great place to stay, fit 4 people comfortably.
