Relájese en esta espaciosa y hermosa casa de estilo mediterráneo recién remodelada durante su estadía en Arizona. Esta casa cuenta con 6 habitaciones amplias, 5 baños y un estudio / despacho privado con cortinas de privacidad y un sofá cama Queen que se puede usar como un séptimo dormitorio. Dos dormitorios principales, uno ubicado en el piso principal para facilitar el acceso. Esta casa está ubicada en un culdesac tranquilo, a solo un minuto a pie y estás en el parque y en la cancha de voleibol de arena. Algunas de las comodidades que sabemos que disfrutará son la cocina gourmet completamente equipada, la isla de barbacoa al aire libre, la fogata, el mirador y la piscina privada vallada de agua salada climatizada. La piscina de agua salada produce agua de sensación más suave, que muchos encuentran deseable. * Se aplica una tarifa de calefacción mínima durante los meses de invierno y primavera para el uso con calefacción. También hay una piscina comunitaria climatizada que se incluye sin cargo si no desea agregar tarifas adicionales a su estadía. WiFi gratis y conexión inalámbrica a internet también. Great house, great beds. A/C on top level worked really good due to having 2 units. the main floor was 84 degrees only one unit it was August and it was hot out just an fyi. but great property and the owner was great to help out.

Lovelt home with plenty of room to spread out!

We live in the area and needed a place to stay for a month during a remodel. This was our home away from home for the entire time. Very comfortable and perfect for furry family members too. Lovely park within walking distance as well.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood

Our stay at Casa Villa was very enjoyable. The house is lovely and just as pictured. Home is decorated beautifully and very comfortable and House Manager was very responsive with the few questions we had. Overall myself and all my guests would love to stay there again.

Very accommodating

We were provided with pack and plays and high chairs for the young kids. The check in and checkout process was so easy and the house had everything and more that we needed. Beautiful location.

Beautiful Property!!!

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property. Very clean, excellent communication, nice neighborhood, will definitely plan on returning soon! We had four Moms and our teenage daughters. The layout was perfect, with plenty of space for all of us! Love this place, highly recommend.

I was looking for a home to rent for my family that was coming in town for my wedding, and it exceeded my expectations. From the amazing communication with the host, to the welcoming check in process....to the GORGEOUS home. It was so comfortable and so peaceful....absolutely an oasis.

Best vacation home we’ve stayed at!

My fiancé, his family, my family, and our two dogs all stayed in this house the week before our wedding, and it was amazing! This house has so much room that we could all spread out and not feel cramped. This is the first time we had all traveled and stayed together and the minute we walked in the doors we were all blown away. From the welcome basket and cupcakes, to the grand and spacious hallways and rooms, to the lush backyard and sparkling pool there was not a single low point in the house or for our stay! We loved walking the neighborhood, using all the trails and switching it up and swimming at the community pools. The kitchen was huge, so we made a giant family breakfast every morning and took advantage of the awesome outdoor area to BBQ and dine at night. We had to have mail sent to the house and the Latifa was kind enough to bring it to the house for us! This is just one example of how amazing she was, since I booked this house 3/5months before my wedding she has been communicating with me the whole time, Send additional information, helping my coordinate our arrival, and sending additional house specifics. They say never judge a book by its cover, and that can be said for this house, for these pictures do not do it justice! It was everything we wanted and more, Don’t waste your time browsing and not booking this house, do it before it’s gone!

Fabulous Christmas visit

Beautiful home with plenty of room for all of us (8 adults, 2 almost-2 year olds). Babies could be in pack n plays in separate rooms, so much nicer for the folks. Each couple had their own bath, plus 1/2 bath near main area. Fabulous family room. Latifa a great host. Beautifully decorated Christmas tree. She even got 2 high chairs for us! Would highly recommend & would come back in a heartbeat.

Spacious, beautiful, well-stocked home!

If you're looking for a quiet home for up to 12 people, this is the BEST option in town! The home is well stocked: lots of towels, bedding, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, cleaning supplies, spices, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper. This made our 10-day stay very comfortable since we had supplies for the entire visit. The living room area is AWESOME for large groups: the couches seated all 12 of us as we hung out, watched TV, and talked. The full-wall sliding glass doors that lead to the outdoor patio/pool area provided warm natural light each day and enticed us to wander outside to sit by the fire pit or in the covered cabana with our morning coffee (and afternoon margaritas) in our hands. The gated pool area was equally fantastic- I had my 13 month old son with us and felt completely safe knowing the pool area was securely fenced off from him. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool with daily family swim sessions in the warm 86-89 degree heated water (available at an additional fee)! The pool is not very large or deep, but it's perfect for lounging on the sitting shelves that are embedded in the pool and cooling off with some water fun. A huge bonus is how responsive and accommodating Latifa is- this is a big benefit for any stay and especially longer stays! We asked about some additional skillets to support cooking for 12 people, and Latifa had them dropped off just hours later! If you have any questions/needs, Latifa responds immediately, ensuring your stay is comfortable. We especially appreciated that the home welcomes pets (upon prior approval pending breed and weight for $25 per pet, per day). We brought our 2 dogs (55 & 35lbs). For future guests, I wanted to clarify one thing: the listing says the home sleeps 12. Note that only 8 people are covered in the initial price you see on the booking page (assuming you input 8 guests or less in the search). If you have more than 8 guests then there's an additional charge of $25 per guest per day. Again, if you searched for 9-12 guests then the cost will adjust accordingly, and this cost is specified at the bottom of the booking page in the "Rates & Availability" section, but it can be easy to miss and can come as a surprise if you initially book for under 8 people and later adjust up to 12 people, which is what we did. Overall, we had a phenomenal stay at this home and would be honored to stay again (and again!) in the future! THANK YOU, Latifa, for welcoming us in your beautiful home!

Beautiful, Peaceful Home

The home is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is private and shaded with room to relax. The home is clean and very well stocked. The property manager is VERY kind and accommodating. When the pool was a little too chilly for us, she came over immediately and heated it a little more. There was some fresh fruit and fresh cinnamon cake when we arrived. The only different thing about the house is that you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get through to the other bedroom. The Master bedroom suite was enormous!

Gorgeous and well-appointed

Appreciated all the lovely and luxurious touches — things like the abundance of towels, the well-stocked kitchen and coffee kit, the various soaps and toys. The heated pool was a huge hit with the kids eve.min in winter. Latifa was an excellent and quick communicator. We loved our stay!

Relaxing

Our family of eight stayed at the villa for a week. It was extremely well stocked, clean and roomy. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was very safe and friendly. Latifa was very responsive to questions and overall I would definitely stay here again.

Siblings Stay in Arizona

Our family of 5 siblings and their spouses came to Arizona to celebrate our Moms 20th Birthday (she is a leap year baby). The Casa Villa was FANTASTIC. Each couple had their own bedroom and there were more beds than we needed. The kitchen was fabulous. Large, which allowed all 10 of us to help prepare each meal, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Outside was beautiful and peaceful. There were enough chairs for all of us, a grill, gazebo and pool. The house owner/manager was very easy to work with. One of our shower/tubs had a problem and within 50 minutes the repairman was there, fixed it and our plans for the day were not interrupted. We would highly recommend this house. I know when we come down here again we will be coming here again.

Wonderful

Wonderful place for our family to gather. Very clean, which is important as we have several members with allergies. The pool was grand. Owner was very responsive to requests and questions. We've stayed in many homes and this was the best. Hope to come again.

Lovely Luxurious Oasis

We loved every second here! The house has everything you could ever need, and more space than it appears in the pictures. We didn't even use one whole bedroom or either of the pull-out sofas! The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the pool was awesome. We looked everywhere for a place with a gated pool as we had two smaller children with us, and this was PERFECT! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
