We are a small family-owned business that specializes in Luxury, High-End Vacation rentals! This single-story with a basement that has a private residence is located on a 1.5 -acre lot in a quiet neighborhood IN THE HEART OF GILBERT, AZ. This home has everything that you & your family need to have a memorable vacation!



The Space:

This property sleeps 24 without the Guesthouse, and sleeps 30 if renting the Guest House as well. The Guest House sleeps 6 and can be added for an additional $295 for the entire stay



This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood! We ask that your group respect the Noise Ordinance of Quiet Hours from 10pm-7am. Thank you for helping us be good neighbors to those who live around us.



You must be 30 years of age or older to book this home.



Additionally, this property is available for Lodging Only. If you're looking for an amazing home to have a wonderful time making memories, this is a perfect home for you to get away, have fun and relax!



However, events, parties or gatherings of any type are not allowed. If you're looking for a venue to host an event or a party (including but not limited to Weddings, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, etc,.) Unfortunately, this is not the property for you. Please inquire if you have any questions or would like clarification on this policy.



Please Note: When you book, we collect 50% of the total amount due. Then, 30 days prior to your check-in date, the remaining 50% will be automatically charged to the same card you initially provided. Please contact us if you have any questions.

There is plenty of seating and gathering spaces between 4 common areas for family and friends to get together, watch TV, or play games! A total of 14 Ultra HD Smart TVs are on property, so if you prefer to watch the game in your Room, at the Pool, or under one of the outdoor Verandas, you have those options! Kitchen includes a Coffee Bar and Large Island with comfortable seating. The Grand Dining Room seats 24 between the dining table and breakfast bar! In the Back Yard the fun continues! A Mini Golf Course, Large Pool with Rain Curtain & Swim Up Bar, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Corn Hole, Ping Pong - and a new favorite, a Pickle Ball Court, all await your enjoyment!

The Family Room is perfect for quiet relaxation or for many to gather and watch the huge 86" Ultra HDTV.

The large 3-piece sofa with SEVERAL BUILT-IN RECLINERS can be seen from the spacious Dining and Kitchen area, as well.

The basement is suitable for quiet relaxation or large gatherings and has a huge leather sectional sofa with THREE BUILT-IN RECLINERS and ONE BUILT-IN CHAISE LOUNGE RECLINER. The 70" Ultra HDTV can be seen from the Foosball Area.

The Kitchen is equipped with HIGH-END STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, a SIX-BURNER GAS RANGE AND CONVECTION OVEN, MICROWAVE, KEURIG, DISHWASHER and a LARGE STAINLESS STEEL FRIDGE as well as it's fully stocked with a large supply of pots, pans, bakeware, cookware, flatware, serving trays, and a variety of small appliances (blender, food chopper, crockpot, Keurig, automatic drip coffee maker, etc...)

Vehicles are the primary choice of transportation, but many like to rent bicycles. Gilbert Regional Park has various places to go for a jog or ride a bike. Gilbert is known for its variety of golf courses, parks, 5-star restaurants, nightlife and hiking nearby.
