¿Buscas algo especial y único para tu grupo? ¡No busque más! Se eligió The Pillars por su ubicación a poca distancia de las atracciones de Pigeon Forge y por sus vistas a la montaña. Basado en años de experiencia en alquileres locales, el edificio fue remodelado a medida para incluir la combinación perfecta de servicios para la mejor escapada de vacaciones.

Management company was amazingly responsive to questions and minor issues we had. The day before we were given a check/in time, but on our travels there we were given a 1.5 hour delay due to cleaning. The house is large, so it is understandable they needed more time. Plan accordingly and be prepared for a possible check-in delay.

Amazing house

The house is amazing, very large and lots of amenities. My only complaint is several of the TV cable boxes didn’t work. A few broken door knobs also.

Great, large space but dirty and needs TLC & updating badly

Reviewer Comments: The house and property are amazing with 9 bedrooms and so much space! It also has some really unique features- the sauna, videogame, movie room and the splash pad was a big hit with our kids and we enjoyed the big screen outside as well! Unfortunately, the house was not very clean with really dirty carpets and rugs that desperately need to be replaced. All the woodwork was VERY dirty and would look a thousand times better if they would just take a magic eraser to it or paint. Don't think we'll be back to the Pillars unless some serious updating and a deep cleaning occurs.

Family Outing

This property and it’s location was perfect! The outside setup was awesome not to mention the huge hot tub. The house itself is roomy and the kitchen is awesome. The only thing I can say that needs improvement is the detailed cleaning. But for it being right in town and big enough to house 30 people easily it was over the top!

The home is beautiful and well maintained. The kids loved the basketball court (but need to catch those balls before they roll down the hill), the splash pad and the movie theatre downstairs. So many options for everyone to do. Loved the huge kitchen for our family meals. Great location overlooking Pigeon Forge. Will definitely stay again. The management team stayed in constant contact with us which was very encouraging.

It was perfect for what we needed, we were able to use the theater as our meeting space for all our sessions, there was plenty to do during free time with basketball, the hot tub, pool table, And more. It was plenty big enough to be able to spread out and have privacy when needed as well. Love the kitchen, would highly recommend for large groups.

Large Family Dream

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation in the Smokies was comfortable and entertained in this lovely spacious home. First Smokies rental our family has all agreed on booking again for our next vacation. Very clean on arrival. Maintenance was promp in responding to text and sending maintenance. We did have a few issues that were challenging for our large group. Refrigerator wasn’t maintaining its appropriate temperature and by the end of the week we had spoiled food. Maintenance came to evaluate a few times, noting the problem but didn’t change the fridge out. Also, the air conditioning in the kitchen was not strong enough to cool the room. There were 3 floor vents blowing air and the room needed at least 6. We used fans to blow cool air from nearby room which helped some. The rest of the house had perfect air conditioning. Both of these issues are still not enough to keep us away. Home was still wonderful and we’ll certainly be returning! Overall would encourage other large family to stay too!

A Manion on a Hill

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home. Looks just like the photos. Plenty of space for my destination wedding weekend. The house wasn't filthy, but could definitely use a deep cleaning (i.e. dusty, smelly garbage disposal, dead bugs in window seals).Another issue was all the TV's had several remotes. One to control the power/volume and another to change the channel. That kinda confused some of my guests, but overall everyone was well pleased with the accomodations.
