¡Hermosa unidad de primer piso 2 ubicada en el edificio Penthouse!

Esta hermosamente decorada, recientemente renovada unidad de 1 dormitorio se encuentra en la planta baja, por lo que no hay escaleras para subir o bajar .. a pocos pasos de su patio personal, la piscina y la playa! La cocina completamente equipada tiene todo lo que necesita para permanecer durante una semana o quedarse durante un mes: cocina y horno de tamaño completo, microondas, lavavajillas de tamaño completo y refrigerador de tamaño completo con máquina de hielo. Además, todos los elementos esenciales: cafetera, licuadora, tostadora, utensilios de cocina, platos, vasos y una cena completa para cuatro. El área del bar tiene asientos para cuatro personas y se abre a la sala de estar. ¿Quieres parrillarte? ¡Las parrillas est��n justo afuera de tu puerta trasera! La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama nuevo y muchas almohadas y ropa de cama extra. También hay un televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared y conexión Wi-Fi privada. Pisos de baldosas en toda la unidad. El dormitorio tiene una nueva y súper cómoda cama tamaño queen, un televisor de pantalla plana montado en la pared y mucho espacio en el armario. It was very nice, equipped with everything you need and so accommodating for my husband and I. Staying at Silver Dunes is like home away from home with benefits of the pool & beach! I have recommended it to my friends and told them how wonderful it is and how pleasant the management is to work with. I can’t wait to come back!! I say if you want a great place to have a wonderful vacation, book your stay at the Silver Dunes in Destin!

There was a fully stocked coffee bar which made mornings very enjoyable. The location was central to everything around town and the beach was the reason we keep coming to this property. The included beach service was one of the many reasons that we chose this unit for the 2 of us. We will be back.

Needs updating

We were pretty disappointed when we checked into our room. It was much smaller than we anticipated, and in bad need of updating. The bed and pillows were both uncomfortable, and bedding very low quality. The positive was the beach. It was lovely, and the pool was nice enough. Heated, so that was good. All in all, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great little condo

We stayed for a short girls trip. Everything was comfortable, and clean. I love silver dunes, you can walk down to the beach in just a couple minutes with it being a smaller condo. Beach service staff was friendly, and helpful. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to arcade/water slides/restaurants etc. Easy checkout as well!

Amazing place and near the beach

We loved our stay in the house. It's a cute house and we liked cause it's in the ground floor, so no stairs. The only complaining that we have is about the umbrella on the beach. I sent a message days before asking if they provide chairs and umbrella for the beach, so they informed that didn't provide. So we bought 2 chairs and a tend, but when we arrived at the beach, 2 guys informed that we couldn't install the tend, it was written in nowhere and nobody informed us about it. But the big surprise was that the second day there was more than 3 bigger tends installed around us and nobody said nothing to them. We were very upset with that! So don't forget your chairs and umbrella, NO TENDS if you are lucky!

Family Fun in Destin

Enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and functional. Loved being on the beach. The only thing I found wrong was being awakened each morning at 5am by the trash truck. I would definitely stay at Silver Dunes again, but perhaps a unit further away from the trash truck.
