¡Disfruta de un pedazo de paraíso! Unidad # 1106 es una unidad de extremo muy espacioso dos dormitorios / dos condominios de baño ubicado en el piso 11 del edificio Breakers East. Esta es una comunidad cerrada directamente en la playa, no hay caminos para cruzar. Reservado, espacio de estacionamiento cubierto para su comodidad. Vistas espectaculares frente al mar desde el amplio balcón con acceso desde el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar. Disfrute viendo los delfines desde su balcón con binoculares siempre! Este condominio tiene ventanas adicionales en la cocina, comedor, viviendo una atmósfera muy brillante / alegre.

Remodelado Condo - hermosa encimeras de granito en la cocina y los dos baños. Suelo de travertino en cocina / comedor / sala de estar / baños. Refrigerador extra grande en el lavadero, máquina de hielo separada. Ambos baños remodelados con nuevos gabinetes / encimeras de granito, combinación de bañera / ducha, cabezales de ducha de lluvia con mano de obra individual, vanidad individual. TV por cable de 46 pulgadas en la sala de estar con reproductor de discos Blu-ray y Yamaha reproductor de CD, TV por cable de 40 pulgadas en el dormitorio principal con reproductor de discos Blu-ray y TV por cable de 26 pulgadas con reproductor de discos Blu-ray en el segundo dormitorio, Ambos dormitorios. Cortinas de apagón en el dormitorio principal y sala de estar. Ambos dormitorios tienen alfombra y alfombra de área muy grande en el salón. Excellent Beach Condo

The space is wonderful. Plenty of room to spread out as a family. The kitchen was a great setup. Large, well laid out, and well stocked. The laundry room and extra fridge were nice bonuses too. The large balcony was really nice. This was our first stay, but we booked our next one while we were there. Terrific experience.

The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Was very satisfied with all the cooking supplies as our family does like to cook a couple times throughout our stay. Been coming to Destin for about 16 years and this is one of the best condos. Close to the Harborwalk, restaurants and pretty much all the attractions.

Listing exactly as described! Amazing views from the balcony, very short walk to the beach. We loved that the property was gated and the parking spot was a covered spot as well. Huge plus that the beach equipment was included!

Great experience

First time staying at Breakers. Rooms were large, including kitchen. Extra refrigerator/freezer was helpful. Beach right in the back yard. Weather was one of the best weeks we’ve had in over 15 years. It was also close to most of the offsite activities like fishing, boat rides, water park and restaurants. Not too much of an inconvience, but one elevator was malfunctioning on 3 different days. They got someone out to work on it each time. Property was well maintained, secure and quiet. Will definitely consider staying here again.

We loved our stay at Breaker’s East. Our host, Carolyn, made everything so easy. Wonderful communication. The property was more than we expected. The elevator was a bit of an issue for a couple of days, but it all worked out. We plan to make this our regular vacation destination.

Great Place!

Condo was just as listed and shown in pictures. First VRBO that we’ve stayed in that didn’t give me an “ick” about anything. Very well cleaned and all the amenities you would ever need! One elevator still down (which we knew at time of booking) but really didn’t cause an issue of wait times. Would recommend and would consider another stay if we returned to the area!

Reviewer Comments: Loved a 4 night stay here Prosa) The condo is at 11th floor farthest for the elevators and quiet. b) Was nicely spacious for family of 4 with two older kids. They have their own bed room with individual queen beds which they lovedc) The balcony was very spacious with the sea visible from Master bedroom a well as living room. The balcony has access from both rooms. had 2 fans which could be great during summer.c) The kitchen wa well stacked and we did use them for making brunches. Has two refrigerators which was nice but we did not use the second.d) Saw little things that the owner thought and I liked it. For example there was a cooler in the balcony which I thought was nice. There were actual standing speaker system in the house for music.e) Loved the showerhead which was very large and had the feeling of showering in the rain.f) Had pleanty of towels etc g) Kids loved the dedicated 2 pickle ball courts and we used it quite a bit.h) Gated community so was safe.i) Have board games and cards in the drawyer j) Location was great.Consa) The TVs are genuinely outdated especially the master and the kid's room.b) Some lights were not working c) Sometimes if all the folks go to shower back to back hot water ran out probably because I believe the showerhead was very large, using a lot of water.d) No gym in the facility again not an issue with the condo.e) The pool seems to be ot heated so did not see anybodyf) One of elevators are being repaired and will be good by March 24. So have to wait sometimes.g) The toaster did not work h) On right side there is a tall building which block last 20 degrees of the 180 degree view from balcony. But having said that the view is great still with 160 degress of unobstructed view from the reallys pacious balcony.Overall we loved the stay.

Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for home cooking, Having washer/drier and 2 refrigerators in the unit a big plus. Cariline and Erica from Your Assistant on the Beach were very helpful and very easy to communicate with, Breakers East is a gated property directly on the beach. Overall, we had great time and looking forward to return.

Great rental, wonderful location

Just perfect for our family. The heated pool was great on cooler days, and the covered parking was a plus. The condo was down to a single elevator (in the listing) so that was a small inconvenience.
