Rental Summary

It was okay. The neighborhood and location were pretty good, but there are nicer neighborhoods in Naples. Also, there was construction going on next door and a sometimes barking dog. We left two weeks early as we were bored. The owner would not allow us to have friends use the remaining time.

Perfection

Property was better than advertised. Location was ideal on a quiet residential street yet close to downtown as well as Waterside Shops. We loved every minute of our stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

Great neighborhood

Owner was amazing. So nice and responsive!! A few issues w appliances which he addressed. Outdoor pool furniture needs updating. Towels and sheets and kitchen supplies were great.

Amazing and better than advertised.

This property won’t disappoint. The owner was in contact prior and gave plenty of support prior, during, and post stay. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. We will be looking to book again here!!!!

Excellent experience

From the beginning everything went very smooth. Lots of pictures, great communication with property owner. The home itself was exactly as advertised and The owners thought of everything that guests might need. All household supplies were there upon arrival. Such things as paper towels, TP, baggies, etc. Spotlessly clean and fully stocked. There was only one small issue that the owner addressed within minutes, problem solved. Overall excellent and we would definitely go back.

Idyllic!

There is no detail forgotten in making your stay truly idyllic on this property...the beach cruisers are amazing down to the phone/cup holder on the handle bars; being able to sync to the speaker system; the ease with which you activate the spa; a perfectly equipped and miraculously clean kitchen; great grill; an awesome 2-headed shower in the master bath. Incredible!

Great house, very well removated, comfortable and private.

Wonderful vacation house, very well located to all Naples areas. Beautiful appointments and the pool/lanai is most enjoyable. We especially appreciated the owners accessability from the very beginning of the booking all the way through to post leaving. All comments and questions were immediately addressed. Highly recommend this beautiful rental home.
