Great location. Coffee shop, beach, and little tienda just steps away. The pool was perfect! It had what we needed. Nothing fancy, but perfect to have a place to go back and relax.

Great location

Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, ac worked great. Pool is wonderful. Beach towels provided. Some parts of home are tired and need updating/deep cleaning, but the location makes up for it.

We were just across from the main beach and so close to many restaurants. The property manager was very responsive and our stay was great!

Location was very convenient. A/C worked great, bed linens and towels were clean. The condo needs a deep clean. The walls in the kitchen were dirty, the door to the laundry was covered in dryer lint, the hot water did not work in the shared bathroom and there were a few boogers on the shower wall that were not ours!

Ideal location

As others have said, the location is perfect! Walkable to everything - beach, shops, restaurants, coffee, groceries. The overall complex is clean, feels safe, and has a great pool that the kids loved swimming in after the beach. The property was fine for the week. It was spacious, had wifi, washer/dryer, and a great AC. People working there were very friendly! The furniture could use a refresh, and the water pressure was lacking, BUT the location made up for any flaws.

Ideal location in a clean and spacious property

Our family was comfortable and very pleased with this prime location in Tamarindo for 2 nights. Surfing across the street, surrounded by shops and food all walkable! We hope to be back soon!

Highly recommend!

Great place for our 3 day/2 night stay in Tamarindo. The condo accurately fit the description. Enough space for all 6 of us to spread out. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, and wifi worked great. Quick and easy access to the beach! The pool area was lovely and a nice break from the beach. All areas of the condo complex felt safe and secure. On the 2nd level but there was an elevator.

Christmas in Costa Rica

The location is close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The AC unit had a mind of its own and showers were luke warm. Overall the location and communication with property manager were great! Would stay again!

Vacation in Tamarindo

The place was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults. It is a great location right across the street from the beach. The only suggestion once the items are fixed is they need more than one hand towel for each bathroom and the water in the shower is cool not warm or hot.

Great Condo

Location and security was perfect. Just across the street from the Diría Hotel. Place was as described, pool and common areas were clean. Well equipped and I was surprised that it has central AC (not in the bathrooms tho but that’s ok).

Great condo! Perfect location

Loved our trip to Tamarindo staying at Sunrise 34. Was in the perfect location, just off the beach and the main shopping street. The balcony was a great place to play cards and stay out of the rain! House didn’t have a cutting board, so we bought one and left it there. The pool was also having maintenance done so that was a little disruptive. But overall was great and I would book again.

very spacious, can't beat location

very spacious, location is ON POINT! super close to the main beach and surf shop and walkable to LOTS of restaurant. pool is a good size! the only thing is we ran out of body soap (provided) during our 3 nights stay. also if you plan on cooking breakfast, get some butter or oil. the supermarket (small) is right outside the condo areas. you also get 1 parking spot in the gated community. would totally stay here again if we come back.

Only plus was location, condo needs help

Very misleading. If it wasn’t spring break and the town full, we would have looked for another place. While the location was ideal, the property is outdated, furniture stained, sliding doors don’t lock, old food splatters along kitchen counter walls and splatters on bathroom walls, thick dust on baseboards, only three chairs for table, beeping noise all the time even though maintenance changed smoke detector battery, no door peep hole, decorative pillows falling apart, had to cover furniture with sheets to sit on, only one towel per person, safe broken and maintenance had to basically rebuild one of beds because ready to fall apart

Sunrise Unit 34

We stayed the last two nights here. We had a party of two adults and a 7 yo. The location could not be better. We had contemplated staying at a resort, and we’re so happy that we chose not to. This property is literally right across from the beach where we got to enjoy the day playing in the waves. Once we left the ocean, we headed to the pool, which was very clean and had a fun waterfall. we were able to walk around town and even went to the Saturday morning farmers market. We always felt safe. The condo is absolutely huge. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. And it was nice to have a washer and dryer after traveling a week in Costa Rica. we will definitely recommend this place to other families and hope to be back soon.
