Esta casa completamente amueblada cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos, camas, ropa de cama, lavadora y secadora con carga frontal y una cocina completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita para cocinar y servir comidas (solo traiga comida).

Hay un baño privado en el dormitorio principal en la planta baja. Un baño de Jack & Jill en el piso de arriba es compartido por el segundo dormitorio y un hermoso dormitorio tipo loft. La caba��a está cerca de Lagos, senderos, golf, tiendas y restaurantes. Hay un fácil acceso todo el año en una zona tranquila y hermosa con altos pinos, a dos cuadras del lago Pagosa.

Las aguas termales del centro se encuentran a 5 minutos. Wolf Creek está a 30 minutos. Durango está a 60 minutos. El Bosque Nacional está a menos de una milla en el camino.

Puede columpiarse en el porche delantero, disfrutar de la vista desde el balcón trasero o encender la parrilla en un patio trasero privado con terraza. Durante la noche, puede relajarse en los muebles de Sierra Lodge y disfrutar de la calidez y el brillo de la chimenea de gas.

Great cabin, great location!

I went to Little Rabbit cabin for a long weekend with my kids and my friend and her daughter. It was the perfect location for our little girls’ trip! A quiet safe neighborhood with lots of trees but only a few minutes from the hot springs and shops etc. Plenty of space for the five of us, very comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back!

Great cabin!

Our family of four enjoyed this home! It was really comfortable and in a great location to enjoy all that Pagosa has to offer. We enjoyed hiking, rafting, paddle boarding on a nearby lake and fishing. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. All of the beds were comfortable and it was a great place to relax. We were there during a hot week in Pagosa and the cabin stayed cool during the day and the ceiling fans were helpful at night. We would love to visit again! Thank you for sharing our home!

Awesome house within walking distance of the Lake!

We really enjoyed staying at this place while vacationing in Pagosa for my 30th birthday. They had everything we could possibly need to feel at home away from home and one seriously amazing upstairs patio that was fabulous for bird/critter watching. The stargazing at night was absolutely incredible! We were lucky enough to be there during a big meteor shower and could have easily spent the whole night watching the stars from the comfy patio chairs. Not only is the lake just a short walk down the road, but the golf course and the Pagosa Brewery are just up the street too! If/when we return to Pagosa, we will definitely look to stay here again.

Love the Little Rabbit

Our stay at the Little Rabbit was a home away from home. We arrived after a week on the road and were immediately impressed with the attention to detail in the cabin. Everything we needed to cook our meals was provided. If you want a 'home away from home' experience, stay at the Little Rabbit. The cleanliness, organization, comfortable beds, soft linens, and decor created the perfect vacation in the mountains. The outdoor grill made it even more enjoyable for the hubby. It's situated in a very family friendly area with fishing, biking, hiking, and tons of other activities. Thank you again Denise for opening up your home to us! We'll be back for sure!

Perfect

Thank you so much to Denise and the property manager who made our vacation amazing with this charming cabin! From booking to checking in, both Denise and Christine were so accommodating and helpful. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do during our stay- close to downtown, but remote enough to feel like we were away from it all. The cabin itself was absolutely perfect- great family space in open concept living/dining/kitchen, and great bedroom spaces for our extended family. Loved the backyard and front porch for relaxing and eating. The house was soooo clean, and so well stocked that it made daily living tasks stressfree. I can not say enough how blessed we felt to find this location for our trip. We hope to return to Pagosa Springs next year, and will definitely be staying at the Little Rabbit log cabin. Thank you again for offering your beautiful home!

Observations

Trash receptacle was locked so we couldn’t put it out on Wednesday. The book of information was outdated… I tried to contact property manager but was told she didn’t work there anymore and that cabin wasn’t on then property management list.

Wonderful Christmas memories!

From the start to finish of our vacation, we had an amazing time in Pagosa Springs. This cabin made the experience all-the-more special for our family. It was warm, cozy, and outfitted to every detail that we could think of. The location was ideal, not too far from the main thoroughfare and set in a picturesque array of pine trees near Lake Pagosa. Our children had so much fun playing in the snow with the plastic sleds on the slope near the front drive. After short 30 minute commute you can find more winter activities at Wolf Creek pass. We opted for the snowmobile adventure and were not disappointed. For those who are looking for a bigger rush, Wolf Creek ski resort is just a few minutes up the road from there. Another one of our activities included a train ride in Durango, CO. It also was well worth the one hour drive through beautiful scenic surroundings. Overall, I give this rental a five star rating. The owners have gone above and beyond to provide a unique atmosphere in the home as well as comfortable accommodations. The kitchen is stocked with every gadget and utensil you will need, there's a plethora of DVDs, strong WiFi signal, a large capacity washer & dryer, and plenty of towels for a large family. Communication and responsiveness from the owners is also A+. Rosie's Pizzeria and the The Springs Resort are also worth the mention. We reluctantly left this beautiful place as our vacation came to a close, but we will always cherish the wonderful Christmas memories forever captured in our hearts! <3 :)

Very nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood and was close to our friend’s home. I have to say that the bed in the downstairs bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Enjoyed it!

The best location in Pagosa Springs

What a charming property in a great location!! We never wanted to leave. It has everything you'd need for a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and located just a short walk to the lake. It is also a short drive to downtown, or the hot springs, or Pagosa Brewing (which I highly recommend for tasty food and great beer!). Our favorite place to hang out was the balcony off the second floor. We could sit there all day and watch the antics of the Magpies or just take in the fresh air. With three outdoor spaces to choose from, it's hard not to spend time outside. We didn't sit on the lower back patio much, as the patio furniture was often wet in the morning due to the weather, but it is a nice space and a bonus that it's fenced in. With three rooms (one is located in the open loft space) there is plenty of space for a family. Lots of linens provided and the kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need for your stay. The wifi is solid- we brought our Fire TV stick along with us for streaming movies at night and they streamed seamlessly. The property is definitely decorated with love and kind of has a 'museum feel' to it with all the antique items on the walls and around the house. Fascinating to see some of the old items like the sleds and the fishing gear. Two recommendations I'd make to the property owners/managers - Luggage racks would be a nice add, as there really wasn't a place for us to put our luggage so it had to go on the floor. Also, there is a lot of furniture in the house, but some of the bedroom pieces are not functional for travelers to use, so perhaps removing some of the items on the dresser tops would allow for a little more space for travelers to put their things. Fall is our favorite time of year and if you like to leaf peep, early to mid October is the ideal time for this in Pagosa Springs. During our stay, we really were able to embrace the full Fall experience and a short drive to the San Juan River Walk or Treasure Falls allowed for many opportunities to see the beautiful changing leaves. We really enjoyed our time at 1 Little Rabbit and would definitely stay again when visiting Pagosa Springs!

Wonder Week at 1 Little Rabbit Cabin

Excellent location-close to golf course and ot too far from The Springs. A nice lake is also nearby so we jogged and rode bikes around it and enjoyed the beautiful scenery, especially at sunset. It was nice to have 2 adult bikes provided by the cabin. Some restaurants and grocery store nearby. We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute at the cabin. It is decorated so cute and has a nice enclosed backyard with deck , nice lounge chairs & table, picnic table, & grill. We slept in the bedroom downstairs. The bed is cozy & comfortable. The upstairs bedroom has a patio with table and chairs. We enjoyed having coffee out there in the mornings and watching the hummingbirds. The cabin is well stocked , very clean, and everything is in good working order.

Great Family Escape!

Our family of 5 stayed at The Little Rabbit for my son's "senior trip" February 20-26, 2021. Our trip included skiing 3 days at Wolf Creek, hiking to see frozen Treasure Falls, lots of cards and board games, home-cooked meals and wonderful rest! Our favorite things about The Little Rabbit are its open floor plan, well-appointed and equipped kitchen, and its non-sterile (read: homey) feel. Located in a residential neighborhood, Little Rabbit is a quiet, peaceful place. The managers of this property have thought of all the little things that you might need or desire to make a stay comfortable and hassle-free, like having a new, packaged sponge at the sink and a full rack of cooking spices in the kitchen, plenty of hooks for coats and towels, and nice ceiling fans in every sleeping space and the loving room. The full bookcase of books in he master bath makes me want to come back and stay long enough to read some of them!
