Mi hermano y yo crecimos en esta casa, y nuestra familia todavía disfruta de las vacaciones aquí en diferentes momentos durante todo el año. Se asienta en un hermoso lago privado de 67 acres, claro y alimentado por un manantial (sin acceso público). Tenemos una canoa, bote de pedales y remo para que pueda salir y pescar o simplemente divertirse. La casa se encuentra a solo 30 minutos de la costa del golfo, a 25 minutos de Tampa International Airpot y a 2 horas del área de Disneyworld. Es 1400 sf. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas. La sala de lavandería tiene una lavadora / secadora muy agradable. Hay un estacionamiento cubierto para un automóvil y mucho estacionamiento adicional para otros vehículos.

This was our second stay at the lakehouse and it was as wonderful as we remembered it. It’s a nice, private location with a gorgeous view of the lake. The house is well-decorated and stocked with all the amenities you could want and more. The boys went kayaking every day and we were able to take chairs, coolers and towels to the beach. We didn’t want our vacation to end.

Fabulous Stay

This is the third time we have stayed at this property; it is a wonderful home with a great dock, and equally fabulous fishing. The host is always available and checks in regularly to make sure we are ok! We will stay here again.

Great stay

We just completed a stay at this home over Thanksgiving week. The home is as described and pictured in the listing. Its an older home in a safe and established neighborhood and sits on a lovely piece of property on the lake. We would recommend this home to others.

Wonderful property and such a comfy house

We loved our stay here. The house was just as advertised and so comfortable. The property is beautifully landscaped and the dock right outside the door is fabulous for fishing and watching sunsets

Quaint country lake house

We enjoyed the location immensely, waking up each morning to the beautiful sunrise over the lake. The home had ample supplies of basics and the kitchen was stocked with every cooking and serving utensil imaginable. Just down the road we had a fun time feeding carrots to the farm animals especially the alpaca, donkeys and goats. We had various guests over our 2 month stay and they all enjoyed the uniqueness and country charm of an older Florida lake house.

Great peaceful place to enjoy!

First at all, Dr. Larry is on top of everything, he is detail oriented and made sure that we were comfortable. The property is lake front in a very quiet, relaxing location and is 20 minutes away from great restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Peaceful getaway

Our stay at the lake house was so peaceful. We enjoyed our stay so much. We kayaked and swam in the lake. The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. We will definitely consider this house for future vacations.

My Mom & I very much enjoyed our stay over the week of Christmas. The home & property were well equipped and maintained. Driving to Tampa & Clearwater Beach were pretty easy, as is Tarpon Springs.

Peaceful hidden gem

This house is warm and inviting and sits on a beautiful, quiet, private lake. Conveniently located between Tampa, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and Clearwater is a great for multiple activities. You could easily stay right at home and enjoy the lake. Owners are great people who were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous Property

We have stayed at this property once before and hope to come back again. The home and grounds are so beautiful; the whole experience is peaceful and calming. The furniture is super comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked. We just cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Hutton's Home. We feel blessed to have been able to stay there.

Home away from Home

This was a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed it very much. Very well stocked and comfy. Has all the things you could need for a stay away. The best communication from the owner making sure we were comfortable and relaxed with no worries. We will be coming back again!

Whatever the weather.

We’re retired and enjoy traveling,. This was among our best VRBO (or other rental) experiences. We enjoyed the paddle board, canoes all around the lake, read by the lake, and even lived the rain from the screened-in porch, The owner was THE BESR.
