¡SASSY Studio ~ a dos cuadras del Texas A & M Campus!

El SASSY Studio está ubicado a una cuadra de Texas A & M. A poca distancia de varios restaurantes como Chili's, Torchys Taco, Laynes Chicken Fingers, por nombrar algunos. Un par de cuadras de distancia se encuentra Thomas Park, que está bien sombreado con un sendero para correr, canchas de tenis y baloncesto, piscina pública abierta en el verano y columpios.

La cabaña descarada se encuentra detrás de la casa principal de la propiedad. Hasta algún momento de octubre, no habrá áreas compartidas en la propiedad. Una vez que se renueve la casa principal, funcionará también como alquiler vacacional y se puede reservar por separado o en conjunto con la cabaña. Una vez que esto ocurre, las únicas áreas compartidas entre los dos serán el patio trasero, el área cubierta para jugar ping pong entre las dos casas y el cuarto de lavado. Cottage y la casa principal tienen sus propios patios separados.

Such a cute cottage! The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean! Location was perfect! 5 mins from College Station where my daughter had her new student orientation for two days. Will definitely be back!

Cottage Stay

A nice cottage stay for a couple. The yard is big and comfortable. It is a very nice place for a quiet weekend or game weekend.

Nice place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for an overnight while we were visiting Santa's Wonderland. With 2 teenagers, the ping pong table and horseshoe pits were a big hit! The space had everything we needed and was cute. The backyard is very big and there are several outdoor spaces to sit and play games or have a coffee.

Just Right!

My daughter and I stayed the weekend in this sweet house. We brought her doodle and the yard was a perfect place for her to run around! Great neighborhood and close to A&M and all the shopping and food!

Great little bungalo

We were at A&M for a short conference, and this was perfect for the 3 of us colleagues/friends. Nice little kitchen and lovely living/bedroom area (studio). The neighbors were obnoxious one night, but that was rectified. Highly recommend!

Good Experience

The guest house was fine for my husband and I. The property manager was attentive and responded quickly when we needed something. The only not-so-great things were the house smelled like weed and the towels/hand towels were stained. Overall a cute place though.

When I arrived I was very pleased that the host had allowed me to check in early. However, the check-in instructions had the wrong code for the lock-box. Additionally, nowhere in the listing does this state that it is in a backyard with the main house also being rented. You have to go through an unstable path to get to the spot. The thing that was my biggest concern was the people occupying the main house were extremely loud from midnight until 2 AM and when I contacted the host they never got back to me. Not even the next day. Extremely disappointed with the lack of empathy and communication. Do not recommend staying here due to unresponsive host.

The casita was quaint, but the main house, that was connected and had shared back yard area, was rented out to 3 different families each night and they had rowdy parties well past 1am. Keep this in mind when booking this site!

This studio is such a cute place. It is clean and had everything I needed available. The communication with the owner is amazing and the directions are completely detailed. I would definitely stay again.

Wedding weekend

We stayed in the studio while the rest of the family stayed in the house. Great space for our small children to sleep without the full house waking them up. Could be awkward if you didn’t know the people in the house

Lots of potential but needs work

The stay did not start of well as I had requested an early check in and upon arrival the loft was not clean. I contaced the property manager and someone was there to clean quickly so we left and planned to come back when they were done.When we came back the construction crew for the main house was parked in the driveway blocking our access. Again having to contact the manager and wait for them to move so we could access the property. MInd you, this was in the middle of a flooding rainstorm.Once inside the loft finally, it was found to be musty and dank. After trying to air it out with AC I was still getting a headache so we had

Canceled second booking

The place was cute and small. The bed and pillows are hard. The additional bedding had pillows without cases so unusable. The fan light combo was scary because it seemed to have an electrical issue. The pavers are uneven at the porch causing a small injury as there are no lights on at night and you step down into pavers with large gap. It clearly states access to washer dryer but there is none. Also no hot water in the shower! This was actually the worse vrbo stay I have ever had. The bright side is these should be easy to remedy and hopefully they do!

Very convenient to Weaving Conference

We needed an affordable place to stay while I attended a statewide weaving conference. It was close to the location, comfortable for my husband while I was busy and very close to lots of great restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and the efficiency suited our needs very nicely.

COCKROACHES AND MOLD

The listing looks cute but dont be fooled!! It initially started when they sent me the wrong code to even get into the cottage. After that it was just all downhill! I walked in and immediately it smelled musky and wet. Well that's because there was mold all in the shower and the bathroom and on the walls! After that I also found a cockroaches on the walls as well! I slept terrible and now I am very sick because I'm extremely allergic to mold! I tried to reach out to the host about all of the issues and have yet to receive a response! I want a freaking refund for this absolute nightmare of a stay! But hey if you like cockroaches and mold then this is a place for you!
