Maravillosa casa adosada construida en 2015 en el sur de College Station. Cerca de la Universidad Texas A&M (7. 3 millas a Kyle Field) y muchas excelentes tiendas (nueva tienda de comestibles HEB) y opciones de restaurantes en el desarrollo de TowerPoint cerca. This home is beautiful and in a great location. The host was exceptionally communicative and accommodating. We did an extended stay over the summer and had absolutely everything we needed. Also very pet-friendly, which was such a blessing.

A great place to stay

We needed a place near our home while repairs were being made. This home was perfect. Our little dog enjoyed the yard. Loved the neighbors. The townhouse was very well furnished. All in all we would highly recommend it.

Who Could Ask for More?

The property was perfect in every way. We had everything that we needed. The house was very clean and well organized with high end bedding, towels and kitchen appliances and utensils. The backyard space was just enough to keep us and our small dog happy. The neighborhood was very friendly and well maintained with a local park very nearby. The landlord was extremely attentive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great home away from home!

Another wonderful stay!

We have stayed at Hullabaloo house multiple times now and each stay is as great as the first. Shannon has done a wonderful job making you feel at home. My wife and I may be what you would consider "rental snobs". We like the places we stay to be clean and comfortable. Hullabaloo House delivers every time! Comfortable

Relaxed while visiting son's family just after living through and experiencing the devastation of Hurricane Ian as it hit Fort Myers, FL. wiping out Sanibel & Captiva Islands. House is in a great location for food and services, helpful neighbors and filled with all the things one has at home. At ages 82 & 81 we found the facilities excellent, easy to maneuver about, and very clean. Walk-in shower easy to use and sleep-number bed outstanding for sleeping.

Outstanding House and Host

This was our second time staying at Hullabaloo House. It was an outstanding experience the first time and this stay was every bit as good. The house ticks all the boxes - it's a high-quality house, clean, well-appointed (really everything you could want and more), and conveniently located. The check-in/check-out processes are as easy as they get. Shannon is an outstanding host. Communication was excellent before, during, and after. Thanks. Hullabaloo House sets the standard all rentals should try to achieve! AAA+

If you are looking for a really nice place to stay in College Station Hullabaloo House needs to be at the top of your list for two reasons – the property and the owner. The property was the perfect home away from home for my wife and I, and our two small dogs, during our 5-week stay in College Station. The property was immaculately clean and well-appointed, is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, and is conveniently located with easy access to everything we needed in and around College Station. In addition, the owner (Shannon) was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks, Shannon.

Gracious Living at Hullabaloo House!

A beautiful, well-appointed home, with high-end bedding and luxurious towels in the master suite. In the kitchen, there is beautiful custom cabinetry and almost everything a chef could want, including pampered chef tools and caphalon cookware. In the living room, you’ll find an expansive cable tv package, multiple smart TVs, and an indoor/outdoor sound system. The gracious hosts could not have been more flexible or responsive to me as a guest. I highly recommend!

First-time Snowbirds

This was our first-time visit to College Station; an escape from the Iowa winter. We loved it! The property was perfect and Shannon was an absolute joy; a perfect host. The property was everything as described and more. The kitchen was awesome allowing us to prepare many meals during our extended stay. The location was convenient to getting around College Station/Bryan. We normally change locales each year but we fell in love with College Station and plan to be back next year. The property was amazing. It was well maintained, clean and had everything you could think of.

Our overall stay was the best experience to date we have had with VRBO. We have stayed in maybe 12 places between my wife and I and this was by far the best. I don't really believe we will find a better place to stay. The property was well maintained and clean. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The details of how to work everything was awesome. The property is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood that we were able to walk our dogs around in. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs to run around and play. The owners were also available if we had any questions. We absolutely loved our stay here and when we head back to College Station this will be the first place we check for availability. You will not be disappointed.

Couldn't have been better!

My wife and I just spent 6 weeks in BCS and stayed at the Hullabaloo House. The descriptions and pictures don't do the home justice. Everything we needed was there and it was the cleanest place we've ever rented! Shannon was friendly and very easy to work with. The location is great, walking distance to the grocery store and within 5 minutes of many restaurants. The only suggestion I would have for Shannon is to get some more rentals! I would love to stay at a Hullabaloo House in Arizona!

Beautiful home! Well equipped. We will definitely stay here when visiting our newest Aggie!

We rented the home for A&M graduation. It happened to be my birthday as well. The home is not only beautiful and tastefully decorated, but also well equipped to handle guests. We had plenty of room and seating to accommodate family and friends. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need and the home's technology is well up to date. We will definitely be back to stay here with our newest Aggie. The property was immaculate and the homeowner is a pleasure to work with! Renee A.

Awesome Condo, owner and location!

I would give this 10 stars if I could, beautiful, clean, well appointed, everything we needed and then some. We have stayed at many Home Away properties and this one ticks all the boxes! We loved the location , a big H.E.B grocery store very close and many restaurants also, having a garage was wonderful , not a usual perk with a vacation rental! Shannon is wonderful to work with and on top of everything! Great experience and we will be back!

The Perfect Home in the Perfect Location

This is it! Look no further for a home in College Station. This home is furnished with gorgeous furniture, great amenities like a Krurig and coffee, creamer, sugar spices and numerous other necessities for a great kitchen. The beds are comfortable, the showers have great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The towels are thirsty too!! Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing host & everything you could need or want!

My husband and I lived at the Hullaballoo house for 3 months while we searched for a home to buy in College Station! We had a wonderful experience and communicating with Shannon was a breeze! The home is very, very nice and has everything you can think of. Cooking in the kitchen is an 'experience' as I was able to make so many different recipes without ever needing a different utensil or cooking tool. Not to mention, you can almost see the big HEB from the house! The master bed is tempurpedic and super comfy. There are surround sound speakers throughout the main part of the house for movies and listening to music. The backyard is perfect for fur-children. We also loved grilling out front on nice nights! If you're looking for a home away from home, the Hullaballoo house is a wonderful place! We have great memories to keep with us :)

beautifully decorated home

You will be WOWED when u walk into this home. It is gorgeous. Every inch has been meticulously adorned with something special. It is a treat to stay here and the HEB is so close for anything you could want!

Perfect!

This is a perfect location to visit College Station for any occasion. The ability to bring your pet is a great plus. The back yard is a nice size to have a cook out and game of corn hole. The interior of the house is nice and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities for any thing you might need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom linens are very nice. I will keep this location as a favorite for a place for my family and I to stay when we visit College Station.

Home away from home!

I travel a lot for work. Typically that sadly means my dog has be boarded while I'm gone. This time however, my work travel only took me a couple hours away from home, which meant I could bring my favorite furry family member with me the entire week! Hullabaloo House was not only beautifully staged, it was warm, inviting, fully equipped and most importantly, it was pet friendly! It was so nice to come back to a relaxing home environment after a long day of work...and a wagging tail :) I highly recommend walking only a few blocks to the local ice cream parlor, Farmhouse Creamery! Yum! I have already re-booked the Hullabaloo House for a second work trip and will do so anytime I am in the College Station area.

Adorable home away from home

This house was perfect! Everything felt brand new and very clean. The decorations were adorable and every need was thought of. We have 4 children so hotels are difficult but this was perfect. We even brought our pup and he had a little yard to play in. We have stayed in several VRBO houses and this one was great. The owner left clear instructions and the house was so organized you didn't have to look far to find what you needed.
