We enjoyed our stay here. The AC was wonderful, the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was close to everything. The apartment was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again. As stated previously, there are many things you might need to bring (pots, coffee, disposable cups, Kleenex, kitchen sponge, etc) but my son lives down the road, so this was not a problem for us. Thanks for a GREAT stay!

Got the job done!

Host was responsive. Place was clean. TVs and AC worked great and the beds were nice. Could’ve used some things you never think about until you need them like Kleenexes and paper towels. Otherwise, worked perfect for our needs.

Newly renovated but still needs some finishing. Threshold between hall and bath missing, need deadbolt on door, toilet paper holder, and needs more hot water

Great base of operations.

My wife and I were in college Station since she had to work some shifts at the hospital. We needed a place to stay for the weekend, and this was perfect for us. We felt very comfortable and had plenty of room to move around. We were fairly busy and stopping in and out, but we rested well at night. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood with a large backyard that allow us to have some privacy. Dog walking in the neighborhood is quite easy to do, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Appliances were modern and easy to use. Highly recommended.
