We do want to clarify that we have no record of any direct communication from you during your stay, so we weren’t given the opportunity to troubleshoot in real time. Additionally, our post-departure inspection confirmed that the TVs and internet were functioning properly at the time of checkout. That said, we appreciate you sharing your concerns. If a connection issue arises, it’s often temporary or device-specific, and we’re always happy to help right away when guests contact us directly using the information provided in the check-in instructions.
