El Royal Kahana Resort, ubicado frente al mar en West Maui, se encuentra en Kahana y ofrece todas las comodidades que pueda desear mientras se encuentra en unas vacaciones tropicales. Nuestra hermosa suite del segundo piso de dos dormitorios y dos baños tiene vista al mar, por lo que puedes ver las hermosas puestas de sol de Maui desde tu lanai privado y tu sala de estar. ¡También puedes ver a las ballenas atacar desde diciembre hasta abril! Esta unidad espaciosa está completamente amueblada con decoración isleña y encimeras de granito para darle un aspecto elegante y limpio. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos, utensilios de cocina, vajilla, cristalería, licuadora, cafetera y más. ¡Perfecto para preparar una comida gourmet o mezclar su cóctel favorito de la isla! Los baños están bellamente embaldosados. El baño principal tiene una ducha y el baño de visitas tiene una bañera y una ducha. Un secador de pelo se proporciona convenientemente como ropa de cama y toallas.

Dated. Needs new mattresses and linens. Location was great. Awesome pool. Kitchen well stocked making cooking at home easy. Internet was very poor and tvs didn’t work. Had an issue and reached out to the property management company and they were very rude.

This property was highly disappointing and did not accurately reflect the listing description. Upon check-in, we encountered several issues, including non-functioning dining room light bulbs, an inoperative AC system, and a guest bathroom toilet that did not flush consistently.I initially attempted to contact the provided number, but it was unavailable after hours. With a one-year-old child and insufficient lighting, we had to seek assistance from an on-site maintenance worker around 9:00 PM. Despite turning on the AC at approximately 1:00 PM, the unit remained above 80 degrees, creating an uncomfortable environment—particularly for a family with a young child.The following morning, I contacted VRBO customer service, but the experience was equally frustrating. The representative was dismissive and stated that inspection photos indicated no issues. I was also informed that the listing disclosed the absence of traditional air conditioning, referencing only a “chilling system.” However, this detail was not clearly communicated at the time of booking and was only noted later in the arrival instructions. The only recommendation provided was to close the blinds, which did not resolve the issue.Additionally, there was a leak from the bottom corner of the freezer, resulting in water pooling on the floor and creating a potential safety hazard. We also observed small roaches on the countertop during our stay.Overall, this experience was unacceptable, posed safety concerns, and did

Thank you for your review. We take guest feedback seriously, but we must respectfully clarify several inaccuracies. Our team is locally based on the island and personally inspected the property prior to your arrival. Everything was in proper working order at that time. Shortly after check-in, you contacted us requesting a free stay, which raised concerns given that the issues described did not align with the condition of the property upon inspection. We are available after hours and provide a dedicated phone line for guest support. When you attempted to call, the line was active and included instructions to reach assistance; however, you indicated that you did not listen to the recording and chose to hang up, which limited our ability to assist you in that moment. When you later reported that a toilet was not functioning, we promptly sent a maintenance professional to the property. Upon inspection, the toilet was found to be working properly, and no issue could be identified. We also responded to your concerns as they were raised and made every reasonable effort to assist. However, after multiple follow-ups and inspections, we were unable to find merit in the majority of the claims presented. Due to the nature of the situation and the discrepancies between the reported issues and our findings, we escalated this matter to VRBO for review. We stand by the quality and condition of our property and remain committed to providing a positive experience for our guests.

Mid winter break at Royal Kahana

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An epic adventure for sure. We arrived mid afternoon Feb 9th knowing that a hefty storm was hitting. Checkin instructions arrived early the day of Feb 9th and were clear and easy to understand. Getting into the unit went smooth. All the while winds were hitting 50mph. We weren't too worried and winds this high we are used too. The unit inside is great has an authentic Hawaiian vibe and we really wanted to know who the native Hawaiians in the picture art were. Kitchen well appointed. Beach stuff and chairs too. Stocked with showering ammentities. Later that first night we headed to dinner at 7pm Order drinks and Bam the power goes out. And as a precaution the power stayed out for 30 hours straight, too avoid another disaster on the west side. Our family lives on a small touristy island as well so we get these things. After the power came on our faucet sprung a was immediately fixed later that day. The buildings hotwater was affected also for awhile and when we could use it the we found the dishwasher had died from the power outage. It was also immediately replaced with a brand new dishwasher. These were all acts of nature and problems caused by rightly trying to avoid another tragedy.It really made the trip one to remember but also hope that next time mother nature gives us a small break! Epic reality was super responsive to all the problems and we still had a memorable trip.Thank you to them and the owner

Maui trip for the Graduates

The condo was exactly what we were expecting and what we needed to make our trip to Maui a success. We did experience some issues with the washing machine, but the property maintenance and Epic Realty were so easy to get ahold of and did what they could to try and fix the problem without it hindering our stay. We appreciated the effort and the communication. Location was perfect, lots of places to walk to or short drives from the condo. Will definitely be back!

Relaxing Getaway

The host was very good with communication, the property was gorgeous and just as it looked in the pictures. We were walking distance from quite a few great shops but rented a car which I recommend doing for this location. Great community in the Area!

This is a nice, basic condo N of Kanapali with short drive to stunning beaches. The beach here is eroded some but we enjoyed playing in the waves and lounging by the nice sized pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Good place if focus of trip is this area.

Wedding Event

The property was a perfect place to stay, well-equipped with everything you need like in a perfect home. A "feel at home" was I felt the moment I stepped in. The view was beautiful! Overall, I would come back and visit again!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed 10 nights in this beautiful apartment. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfy and the in apartment washer and dryer were a bonus. The location of the building in Maui is great - we were close to lots of great snorkeling and swimming. We really enjoyed our stay here an would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Overall this rental was perfect for our trip! I loved the location in Maui, the staff at the resort and beach equipment included. After going to a beach at a much bigger resort that was incredibly busy, I was thankful to stay somewhere less big. I was able to walk or drive quickly to many things in town. My family appreciated the view, availability of beach equipment and the two nice spacious rooms. Our only complaint was that our dishwasher did not work. I emailed Epic directly instead of through VRBO (I forgot that I booked through them) and didn’t receive a response. This could have may have been resolved if I messaged througj VRBO instead of email. I wouldn’t judge the rental based on this, but it is worth messaging.

Great stay!

Had a great time staying here. It easily fit our party of 7, and was right next to the beach. All the beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed. The kitchen came with all the basic spices, and general necessities needed to cook for all 7 of us. We ended up purchasing an additional pot for the vrbo. We would definitely book again!

Maui vacay

We had the most amazing time in Maui! The condo was very spacious bigger than i thought it was going to be. Well equipped had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the sliding door it was a little loose so with the wind it made for a little more noise at night with the wind other than that it was amazing! Will definitely stay here again if we visit again

The resort is centrally located and just a short distance to world famous Kaanapali Beach and Napili Bay which are great for swimming, snorkeling and long walks on the beautiful Maui shores and just a short distance from great places to eat and enjoy. 220 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with upgrades throughout like stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath. Our Team strives to provide the Aloha Spirit from the moment of booking until departure. We do our best to provide all the home away from home feels for our guests during their time with us. We hope that you created lots of memories and enjoyed some amazing Maui sunsets during your time with us. It was our pleasure to host you and your Ohana. You are always welcome back.
