Esta es una casa de alquiler más popular ubicada en la esquina sureste de Grayton Beach. Vista desde las grandes porches exteriores del Este es de nuestra piscina privada, muelle privado en el lago, y Grayton Beach State Park. Vista desde las grandes porches oeste incluye el Golfo de México y la playa. A solo 150 metros del famoso restaurante Red Bar y del nuevo restaurante Chiringo. Las mejoras recientes son el nuevo muelle, la nueva superficie de la piscina, las nuevas sillas de la piscina de Frontgate, los calentadores de agua sin tanque, los nuevos muebles de la cubierta posterior, la nueva superficie de cocción, los nuevos pasamanos exteriores y la nueva pintura exterior. Esta maravillosa casa es perfecta para familias numerosas o reuniones. Prepárese para un viaje en pareja con 6 habitaciones que tienen al menos una cama King en ellas. It was a stay for entire family. Adult children, spouses & 7 grandchildren 8 YO & under. The home was great but had a few initial issues but they were addressed.

The most incredible house and experience at Grayton Beach, FL

We came here for my bachelorette, and working with Mr. Cole... he made everything so effortless and enjoyable for us. He went out of his way to ensure that our experience was more than worthwhile. The house was extraordinary, fitting 16 people so comfortably. We look back to that trip and say that it was the best vacation yet, and we truthfully believe one of the main reasons was because of how amazing the house was. My family plans to return to Grayton Beach and rent Seaspray because of how much we have been raving about the bachelorette trip and based off the pictures we showed them from the house. There is not one negative thing I can say about my experience with Seaspray, and every single one of my bridesmaids on the trip would agree. We will 100% be returning!!!!!!!!

The proximity to the beach is excellent, huge pool, fun game room and the dock connecting to the lake behind the house is such a nice amenity too. It's nice to have the game room in addition to the large living area on the second floor. The owner/manager lives down the street and was easy to deal with throughout the entire process and our stay.

Cherished Family Time

There is no way to value too much the time we had together. The house is in a great location; the pool is great. If anything is wrong Grayton Coast will fix it.

Overall fantastic

The rental company is fantastic! Communication is excellent. This property is perfectly located and appointed. The main negative thing is that we had WIFI issues immediately and they were communicated by me immediately and was never resolved. This is not a big deal if you don’t require an internet connection. We had 4 dads who needed to work and were unable to do so. That would have been a game changer had we known in advance. Secondly, the layout of the rooms was perfect and the kitchen is amazing with Subzero, Wolf, and fully stocked. Then there was the living room furniture which was actually patio-like furniture and 4 chairs that are just not comfortable. For a house that sleeps 20+ people, it would have been just perfect if there was better/more furniture to sit around in the evenings.
