10 year anniversary / family beach vacation!

This house was the perfect spot for our 10 year family beach vacation and sleeps 26 COMFORTABLY! The large room with 2 kings and 2 queens was perfect for 7 teenage girl cousins to have a slumber party and all of the grown ups had beautiful private king rooms with their own bath! The living area held our whole family and two dishwashers were perfect for cleaning up dinner for 26 people! We loved having the spool on the main living area of the house! We figured out a system to get all of our stuff down to the beach at the public beach access 0.2mi down the road! The inlet so close to the house was fun to explore and having the state park next door made morning jogs even more wonderful! The kids could safely bike to Rosemary Beach as well! The game room area on the first floor was a great spot for the little kids to play and have a space of their own! Abby, the concierge for the house made the stay even more wonderful! She was always a phone call away and let us know we could ask her anything! We’ve already booked for our family for next year!

Overall it was a lovely property. The size of the home was perfect for the group. There were a few things that needs to be addressed. One of the bedrooms upstairs (2nd floor) with the two king beds had NO airflow. A/C vents need to be checked. There were a few upstairs bathrooms that weren't cleaned properly and the refrigerator needed cleaning otherwise we would book again.

perfect for our work retreat!

I cannot say enough nice things about our stay at the Blue Fin! It was absolutely worth the investment. The place is beautiful and minutes from the beach. The pool was such a game changer to have right out our back door. The thing that stood out the most was how attentive and helpful the team at Stay at 30A was. The times we reached out with needs, they accommodated so quickly.

Amazing Thanksgiving Week!!!

This is our 2nd year in the Blue Fin home. We have spent many Thanksgivings down at 30a and Blue Fin is definitely a favorite amongst our family. Each room is beautiful and spacious with comfy beds, and the main gathering space and kitchen are perfect for our large family. The best part of Blue Fin , though, is the pool! It’s heated to perfection and the pool managment folks do a fabulous job keeping it perfect! Lastly, Dolly and Rebecca are amazing property mangers and go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Thank you from our family!

Cozy and accommodating

We had a wonderful time at Blue Fin. We were quite a large group with kids and the house is very spacious and accommodating for everyone. We rode out a storm and had a few maintenance issues that were resolved in a timely manner but overall we enjoyed our stay

Blue Fin House

Great house for my family to enjoy. We certainly enjoyed the pool with small kids. It is in a great location not overcrowded area. Very clean. Great communication with property managers Would stay there again.

Beautiful Property

Property was excellent for 3 families! 6 adults and 9 kids. Quick walk to the beach. Nature trails near by. Close enough to Panama City Beach for entertainment, but far enough to avoid the crowd.

The Best Beach Getaway

This house was amazing with so much room for our whole team. It was such a close walk to the beach and super close to town. Literally the perfect house to stay in, and the host was super responsive! Would definitely stay there again!

This a great location to be in the 30A area without being in the overcrowded parts. Location is about 1 mile from Rosemary and easy bike ride.

Beautiful house close to the beach

Overall a great experience. The house was great for 6 adult couples to have privacy and still have space to gather. The property manager was super responsive, and the proximity to town and the beach was great. A few warnings - there were no toiletries, so bring your own shampoo, etc. There were only 2 rolls of TP and 1 paper towel in the entire house, as well as 1 dishwasher pack. Not sure how that's supposed to work for a house that hosts 12+ guests and has 2 dishwashers?! The other bummer was that the beverage cooler/ice maker didn't work. The alarm for the doors to the pool is a safety feature, but was incredibly annoying, and you can't leave the doors open to allow the breeze to come in... So other than some feedback for the restocking and repair side of things, we had a great stay.
